Missing Products in Collection on Mobile

I noticed today that some of my products were missing in one of my collections, but only in mobile view (this is not in app). I am on an iPhone 6s and my collection only showed 5 items, but on my browser my collection shows 7. I hope this is just a temporary technical issue because I was promoting this collection today and I might miss sales if some products in the collection can't be seen. Seeing the product will prompt a sale and most potential costumers viewing my collection will not be on the Zazzle app, they will be viewing first from my social media platforms where I promote so it is very important that all my products are viewable.

Will this be fixed, or is there something on my end that I should do to fix this?

Hi @MissPaperFarm,

The two products below are set to "hidden" so they will not show up regardless of the device/browser used.

If you set them to public, they should then appear for you.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! I didn't know they were hidden because of the icon that showed. It looked like a red caution sign. To which, when I hovered over it, it did not say what the issue was. If I remember, in the past, the hidden icon was an eye with a slash through it. 

I have now unhid them, thank you!
