My Shop Disappeared! My other shop is up but my primary shop is gone.

My Shop: GiftShopOnline disappeared about 2 hours ago.  My other smaller shop is still up so that makes it even more concerning.  Help!

I see two stores when I click on your profile - did you maybe accidentally unpin it? That can be scary... if you unpin your store and the view is set to show only pinned stores, it looks like they've disappeared.. but if you change the view to all stores, you'll find them safe and sound.

You can also find all your shops in you go into one and click on the name of the shop between your logo and the "follow" button.

I'm only seeing one store when viewing your home tab; Women's Golf.
When I click on the stores tab, no stores appear, which doesn't seem right.

What do you mean by "my shop disappeared"?

Can you provide me some instruction on how I can reproduce this issue?

Carmen - I can see your store when I click on your zenandoatmeal link in your post (it takes several clicks to get there, and my computer is suffering from extreme laziness - slo-o--w-w-w).

You have been quite busy! Quite a few products with 3 or more collections. I really like your leafy designs.

There might be a delay in the server/s updating - always a concern at Zazzle. Try logging in again, and or re-boot your machine again??? Good Luck

Thank you for checking. It was back on my end too. I now have a big problem with the shop categories showing empty when they are not, or shouldn't be. I have one item saved in a category. The rest will not. I have checked over several hours.

It can take a bit of time for some changes to be viewable publicly. If you're moving products into categories it can take around 24 hours for the changes to become visible.

Stores should not be disappearing.

This is the exact same thing that has just happened to me.

My store, Fantasy Sports Spot,  also just disappeared a few minutes ago. I have several stores and that is the only one that is not showing. My list of stores also do not appear when I click on My Stores.

It's the exact same thing that happened to @zenandoatmeal.

I had that happen to one of my stores it turned out I accidentally unpinned it.  It reappeared once I  pinned it again.
