It probably used one of the fonts that Zazzle discontinued without providing a replacement.

That design uses CINZEL font and it seems to be still available. I wish they say why it got deleted just like that

Cinzel wasn't on the deleted list as far as I know - just used it this morning.
I had a bunch of wedding programs that got deleted. I couldn't figure it out until I realized that I'd used a little curly-Q from the Sugar Plums Symbols as a text divider - literally one character in the entire design - but that was enough for them to delete them all. Sigh.
I hope you get it resolved.

If you have received an email from Zazzle content review team, feel free to write back to them asking why the product was removed.
Unfortunately, if you have not received an email than you can't ask them directly.

I think Cinzel is safe -- not only is it a fairly popular font, it is also an open source font and free for personal and commercial use.

I tried to recreate the deleted product and found I used one of the symbols font that got deleted. It is very frustrating as that button was in the top of the popular buttons. I wish that Zazzle would have informed us and gave us the chance to replace the design. It was very hard to get to that position and just to be deleted without notice.

I really hope that your designs are just not showing because of the font that wasn't replaced with another yet. And hopefully, they will be back as soon as that font is replaced with another.

I doubt that's going to happen - especially with the symbol fonts. It's difficult for me to imagine that they could even find something to swap out that would contain similar symbols.

I really really hope its a glitch and all of you guys' designs get restored. I can't imagine this was done purposely. This is bad for revenue if top sellers were just deleted with no word. I REALLY hope someone from Z chimes in that they are aware and looking into this and offer a solution (I also hope solution is posted PUBLICLY so we all know and know what to expect as new fonts roll in. I'd also really love to know why some of the popular fonts were discontinued because I know it wasn't all licensing... and not to mention why wasn't licensing extended for something like Blooming Elegant which was SUPER popular??)
