Newly created items not showing up in back end

Just want to report that along with the duplicates issue, the products I just created are not showing up in my back end.

yes I have a few missing as well from what I have seen they will miss their mommy and come home sometime just need to wait for them ..Make sure you look down in your file as I have found some to return home and hide in a lower leave then they should be. some of mine I found hiding in plain sight 50 files back

Yes I have this problem also, out of 5 new products that I listed today none of them are in the back end.  I am so thankful I immediately added them to a collection..otherwise I may lost track of them.

Yes, exactly this. In addition to duplicate listings, now newly created listings don't appear in the store's management products list

I am having the same problems with duplication of products and new products not showing up in my store.

Yes just had the same thing. Not sure who is working the web site but someone messed up the coding. I just went and created a sling bag and thought I didn't finish it redid it again and notice it doesn't show up. smh

When I make some items and come back after break I check where I left off. Today items are not showing up in the back office. Some are showing up as made twice. Hence I figured I made duplicates and deleted the duplicates which I worked long on. I them clicked on one of the duplicated only to find that it did not exist any longer. I guess the same items are showing up duplicated and getting rid of one is getting rid of both.  After being away again I continued by checking all products to see where I left off and again nothing is showing up as made. Is this going to be fixed. I advertised to a couple sites the ones that I deleted and now those Ambassador attempts are lost to the public only to bring in customers to a general oops page. This is really a problem especially because making any sales that make a meager amount anymore is nearly impossible. I do hope you are going back to the old set up and that is the problem.

The same thing happened to me. I created a few articles today, but they're not showing up in the back office.

It happens to me too.

The products created today June 4th don't show up at all, although they exist (I see them in "Recently Viewed Items").

The products created between June 1st-3rd show up twice.

The products created in or before May show up normally.

Wow, I had similar issues.  I had a pair of leggings show up twice.  I thought I made a mistake but whenever I clicked to delete one, it would highlight both leggings.  So, I finally deleted them and started over.

So this morning, I have noticed a product I just created not showing up in my store.  I know it hasn't been 24 hours but I still get nervous because I am used to them showing up immediately.  I created a beautiful acrylic wedding invitation and I really want to make sure the world can see it.

I would suggest not deleting anything right now especially if you spent a lot of time making it. I lost quite a few things because I thought it was me making duplicates.

Can the development team consider providing guidance, perhaps via a high-visibility post and alert, on how designers should proceed until the missing/duplicated item issues are fixed? Is it safe to post items for now, despite their disappearance from the back-end after posting, and is there a workararound for finding them on the backend?  Is it OK to edit items, although this seems to create duplicates?

The duplcate items issue is causing data loss for some people. Some designers are deleting their duplicates, thinking it's a user error, especially if they haven't seen the forum posts yet. It appears that the duplicates have the same product ID as the item's main instance, so deleting a duplicate seems to delete the main item.

Sending out some type of interim guidance, even if there isn't an ETA or solution yet, might help reduce some stress, rework, and unintentional product deletions. Thanks so much!

I've been facing this technical issue since yesterday: my products are duplicating, and new designs aren't showing up on my product page. Before deleting one of the duplicates, I tested it by selecting 'make hidden' (from the drop-down menu.) When both duplicates became hidden, I realized it was a technical problem – and that deleting one would delete them both. I'm sure we all spend far too long creating designs to risk that!

I also have duplicates of my products and all my newly created products are not showing up in the backend. When I put in the link in the marketplace they can't be found either.

I made 3 products this morning and none of them are showing up in my backend. None of them are in saved design. I cleared my cache, restarted my computer. Nothing is helping. When I try to publish all I see is is the dreaded red rectangle in the bottom left telling me "something has gone wrong." Should I give up and go to the beach?

4 out of 5 products created yesterday show up duplicated and now today only 1 out of 5 created today show up in the backend.  I normally work on new designs by going to my last created one to just change the image and tags and now today I can't find them unless I go directly to it from the your design is published page link.

Has anybody had their missing designs re-appear? Just trying to decide if it's worth it to post right now or if I should just wait until all this is resolved.

what's odd is that when this first started on Friday, those ones that disappeared did re-appear. Sat-Mon they were all appearing just fine. Starting last night though, new ones started disappearing right after posting. I do know they exist though, because I've been saving their links.

exactly -- then you can still work with them for cover photos, etc.   I've been saving through the emails that say I've created a new product.

No way am I creating any new products until this mess clears up. I might even wait a day to make sure they got it right. Only so much frustration I can deal with. (Checking in from the beach. I forgot I could do that.)

A thought if you want to be able to access them now -- I have been able to access them through the email (if you get one) that says it has been posted.  Then you can do a cover photo / upload to social media / whatever and feel as though it really does exist.

6/4/25 9:45pm EST, Mine are still missing from the backend. They show up on the public side, but  can't/choose not to recreate them from there, might create duplicates. A couple of products that show in backend are also in my saved images.

Just got bell notified for  two to optimize earlier today, tried to optimize them, nothing updated, stayed the previous date, no change. Also while finding those two, found other reds, could not do anything with them either, changes don't take, stays previous date, even tho I refreshed the page to reload it, which usually works and updates the date to today. Fun times.
