Poster Royalty

I know there was a problem with royalties for posters with frames, but I thought it was fixed by now. Anyway, when I clicked on the product's (customized) name, it shows it was framed and sold for $82.07. My 10% royalty (with no referral) is $1.41 ----- I removed the frame and saw just the poster would have been $14.11 (justifying my royalty for the poster). I don't understand the $2.12 subtotal, and if I am right about the customer purchasing the frame, I don't understand why I did not receive the 5% royalty for that. Can you please look into this.

Thanks

Royalty Adjustments: Framed Prints

Frames are no longer calculated as an Upcharge but rather as an Accessory, so the Creator royalty will be figured solely on the amount the customer paid just for the print. In your case that works out right ($14.11 x 10% = $1.41).

No idea yet why it's showing $2.12 as the total the customer paid.

Thanks ColsCreations, I wasn't aware of that. Doesn't seem right 😞

I never would have clicked on that link if it wasn't for that unusual $2.12.
