Product Disappeared From My Store !

I woke up to a notification that someone liked my product, so I clicked on the link to see which one exactly, the page opening says " Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for "... searching the product by name in my store doesn't find anything either and it just disappeared from my store and collection, I checked my Pinterest pin of it , it exists there but still the link to the store comes back to the same blank page with same message. 

I remember awhile ago major products disappear glitch everyone were facing, I'm just wondering if this is the same situation or anyone else experiencing anything similar ......

Yes! This happened to me last night! I just responded to another post with the exact same thing, but here it is again:

"They might have taken down your product for some perceived infraction. That happened to me last night! Without warning & in quick succession, I had around 15 products taken down. I don't know why, exactly. No email from Zazzle, not even today! 2 possible reasons: I used a photo from Pixabay as a template & I had a dingbat from Sugar Plums in it. I had recently made real gold foil versions of the original cards & did a copy & paste of the Sugar Plums dingbat, even though it was now discontinued but it still worked. In terms of the photo, I did not get permission from the photographer, but it is one that is plastered all over the Zazzle mp, used by a ton of other creators. So is that the reason? They also took down another card that used a different photo, also from Pixabay. I can't see anything in my titles or tags that would have triggered a takedown.

I bought another photo (super legit this time, no freeware) & remade 9 last night. I'll redo the rest today. I actually like this new (100% legal) photo better than the Pixabay one.

On the original cards that I made last year or the year before, I only had a couple of sales. One, however, I did sell a bit of. If this takedown is not justified, I would like Zazzle to restore it, please, if this is the case. PID#256050491352829520

I know they can do that because over a year ago, I had about 80 or 90 designs taken down (a title originally triggered it) which weren't justified (I legally had ownership of the art & proved it) & they were all restored after a couple of weeks of back & forth.

This is so scary when this happens! And it makes me realize how impermanent our cloud-based businesses are. Ugh.

Wow You mentioned a great point, this was my own art work and didn't contained any stock photos but did featured one of the symbol fonts that is now discontinued....I better check my other designs with those elements then, since they were part of the design that is not for customization I though still wouldn't be a problem....I'm sorry you lost so many of your products ! its awful and disappointing.....one of my best seller designs on several products contains the discontinued font , it is dis-heartening I wish I could re-edit and save without losing the status on the products....

Hi, I woke up to a lot of missing products this morning (UK) and after a while I realised that it's all the products using one of the old symbol fonts that has now been retired, so I am presuming and hoping they will all return soon with whatever font is replacing the one I used before.

Yes ! I check my other products that had some ornamental symbol font that are discontinued now , that are not available any more and wont open to edit even.....

Now I am truly furious... I asked about this 2 weeks ago https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/question-about-discontinued-fonts/m-p/33851#M3314
and received absolutely no response from Zazzle... not a peep and now I go in and find my products are disappearing without a trace - with no notice prior and no notification afterwards. Things I probably could have gone in and altered - I have access to my own dingbats and the ability to make my own.... things I have sold and were decent sellers for me. Seriously this is a really, really poor way to treat designers. 

Yes, now I see one of my other designs which was editor's pick and sold well, is disappeared and that too had sugar plum symbol on it ! This is disappointing ....I'm going through my stuff to recheck everything now. Sorry for all your product losses too 😣

Exactly! I am one of the fortunate ones who have replace product & I could have "fixed" all the "problem" designs. So if it's the dingbat/decorative fonts that are the problem, offhand I'm not even sure where else I had used them. Guess I'll find out if I try to look for something at some point. But I don't even have a record of these missing products anymore. They're just gone from my backend, like they've never been created. 

Still no email from Zazzle, still no response here. WE DESERVE AT LEAST THAT!!! What the **** is going on???

Now what about the other fonts on my list - I have quite a large number of products that I now must assume are at immenent risk of random deletion?

Seriously though, I wish they would just make it hidden like discontinued products, so we could at least see which products need to be re-edited, or be able to re-edit and save without it being posted as new product, so we wouldn't lose the views and stats.

It appears I have about 20 products missing since last week with no email or explanation. I didn't use a ton of those extra character fonts in general and have no idea what was removed.

I hope Zazzle addresses it before I lose more sales. I can't even access the original designs to try and help my clients.
