Product Image Downloads Not Working

The Downloads for product images on the Listing Tools links, is not working. If I click the link it removes the Listing Tools links bar altogether and nothing else happens, so I cannot download product images. Clicking the other links are working fine.

I have not been able to recreate this issue today, it is possible it has passed by now. Can you check again and let me know please?
