Product Not Yet Updated in Marketplace

Hi everyone,

I uploaded a product to Zazzle on Tuesday, March 11, at 10:25 AM, but it still hasn’t appeared in the public marketplace. I can see it when I click on the "Products" tab in my account, but it’s not visible in the marketplace or public storefront.

Has anyone experienced this before? How long does it usually take for products to be published? Any insights would be appreciated!

My products from March 11 are not yet showing, either.

Since March 9th, there hasn't been anything new published that I've been working on, on the marketplace,... Can you see what's happening? Thanks in advance. 🙄

I think some products take more time than others.

What's the timing on a fix for this? I have several products created between 3/10 and 3/12 not showing in my public storefront.

I just started my store this month and added a product on the 11th that is missing. I've been counseled by the sages to be patient, but I don't understand the lack of real time updates within the admin area. Woke up this morning thinking... I know I changed/fixed that, why doesn't it show accurately? And sure I understand the indexing for search, but I find it difficult to build a workflow if I cant see real time changes in the product/categor/collections admin area. 
I need more counseling 🙄

@debbiealane  You'll learn that nothing is immediate on zazzle and any "real time changes" you make take days to stick (sometimes longer)

There are issues where products aren't finding their way to their departments but still show on the store front.

Best workflow is to do design a product, make a cover image - put it in a collection (make a collection cover) - promote it and wait for the site to catch up (which it will eventually - in theory)

Rinse and repeat

Takes a few days for products to appear in the market place, takes a few days for them to appear on your store front, takes a few days for collections to appear on store front - well you get the idea.

It helps the tech team if you can link to the product that gone AWOL and they can add it to the list

some products seem to have appeared after more than a week. Others still are not appearing. Coincidence or not, nothing with a cover photo has been added to marketplace, only those products that have the generic zazzle images

Hi! Whatever products I have created since March 10 none of them is  showing in the Marketplace. Too many products to copy the IDs, but for example this one  Product ID: 256019583358043048 or from my another shop this one  Product ID: 256129666219969170

I have the same problem.

I made a search in the MP this morning and ordered by Newest products,  it seems that the latest products available  have been published on 10th of March. I think indexing is stuck since then.

It keeps happening to me all the time. One day is fixed, and another it gets stuck. Hopefully there will be a permanent solution soon.

Same here. My notifications bell is stuck too! I can view it, I can log in and out, but it still shows new notifications even though there aren’t any! I am presuming, that my store just isn’t getting any updates on both posting my new products and notifications!

Thanks for those who have provided examples. Just 3-5 products is fine.

@Scott - This is marked as solved but I'm still missing a few from March 11th and then a few made just recently. Is this affecting everyone or do you still need product numbers? 

I thought it has no solution.  Because products started appearing at my public storefront one by one. now few has been updated in my public storefront

What is Ur suggestion to this problem ?
Have you analyzed the product(s) and can i know status of it ?

It's really troublesome to constantly have to check if a product is in the marketplace or not. And apparently "not" is the rule these days. I hope this can be fixed. Thanks.

Hello, I hope this is my problem.
I am an absolute newbie creating a store and I only have one product. (set to sell on 3-11-2025)
I see my product in the admin, and on the home page in a collection, and category, but it does not populate the public view of the Products Tab, nor does the collection show in the public collection Tab.
I would very much like to confirm if this is how the indexing glitch messes with things because I have spent hours thinking I am doing something incorrectly. Thanks to those who can shed some light on this.

@debbiealaneif you are an absolute newbie creating a new store it can take a few more days for your store to be set up correctly.

Keep creating products, putting them in collections and promoting and they will find their way to your store front eventually.

I would say this is not the norm and products normally are published within a couple of days. (but slow indexing can happen at any time)

New stores can take longer to set up so you just need to be patient

It looks like indexing in general is stuck again. Latest seen in my store is the 17th. Not sure if related, but there are also very few views/sales.

I added 5 products and they are also not showing. I'm new to Zazzle and was thinking that I just can't figure out how to get them to show up. Looks like this is a platform-wide issue. 😒

i'm new too. Posted a product on Mar. 11th or so. It just showed up today; almost 2 weeks later. Everyone was telling me to be patient and that this is outside of the norm. But geeezzz I stayed up till 3am thinking I was doing it wrong. So.......here goes. Patience.
