products not moving to departments

I assume I need to start a new thread with my issue? Old posts are not being migrated to the new platform?

Products are not moving to their departments. Is there an ETA when this will get fixed?

This is exactly what i have been trying to tell them is happening. Many of my kids and baby shorts do not show up in store department search. It's also an issue with foil invitations and other stationery

Proceeded to move selling through Etsy, Redbubble, Ebay, Pinterest. Zazzle's website seem quite old. Bit of a headache for a simple functionality

I created some new categories.  I can’t move any items to newly created or old categories.

Just noticed all my categories as of yesterday show "no items" for all.

I'm having the same kind of problem. Items aren't showing up in the new categories. I'd really appreciate if you can give us some help.

As far as I can see nothing has been done, it's now 23 March 2023 and I see nothing in my categories.

Hi there, I am having the issue about items not showing up in their categories after several days. Is there a workaround for this problem. Please Advise!

It is very difficult to re-arrange my store by moving products around to different categories when they don't actually move for several days.  The products are stuck in categories that I wish to delete and the new categories I tried to move the products to remain empty.  There really should be no delay whatsoever when we move things around.  With this delay, I can't tell what all I've done so far and what else needs to be done and it creates a lot of extra work for me to try to keep track of it all.

This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year now.  How soon will it be fixed, please?

So we are a year on from this post and still it takes forever for categories to update. Just a smidge frustrating.

I have changed my shop categories to make them more logical for a customer. Now stuck in that limbo land where products are still showing under the old category but when I check the "Edit Details" section of the listing the new category is shown.

I don't expect Zazzle to do things instantly, but this has been an issue as far as I know for 3 years.

this thread seems to have been taken over by concerns with categories. The OP specifies that the issue is that products are not showing up in departments.

There is still an issue with departments. Specifically when searching for baby shirts on the back end- only a small number of results show up compared to the number of results. This issue has been ongoing for 1 year. 

The posts got merged, it wasn't taken over.
