products still not appearing

Hi all - I seem to be having the same issue. I have several products that were created on 03/17/2023, and when I try to see them in the store, I get a 404 - Not Found (https://www.zazzle.com/store/eclipseambassadors/products). I'm not sure what next steps to take as I've made sure that everything was public. What am I missing?

Using an alternative browser (PC not mobile) to the one where I created my products, I had only 11 out of 36 products showing. The products were sorted by popularity. After changing the "sort by" to "Newest" all the products were shown on the webpage. Is this a glitch or intentional?
I'm pleased that all my products are there but concerned that buyers won't see the full range on offer.
Is there a way to prevent this?

I'm experiencing the same issue. None of the designs I've created are showing up in my store. It's very discouraging. It makes me want to just give up on my Zazzle store and just delete my account all together.

Hi @mendyliz,
I have checked your store and I can see that all of your products were created on 07/31. It can take up to 72 hours for products to index and show in your store.
Having just checked your public store, all of the products are now showing.

Anyone new coming to this thread experiencing similar issues. There's an initial delay between creating products and them appearing in your store due to the platform indexing the products. This can take up-to 72hrs. I definitely experienced this and being new to the platform thought it was something I'd done, but they definitely will appear.

Hello Fellows, can someone help me out, please? I have loaded up to 15 products but when I entered to my store gave clicked on products. It just said: oops something went wrong. What should I do, please?

@elysee24 it can take up to 72 hours for new stores to populate with new products as they need time to index on the website. Be patience, keep creating and they will appear eventually

I have been creating products for a few months now with no issues with all being displayed on my Products page immediately after creation and eventually published to my store. Yesterday I created one new product and also one new one today, neither are showing on my "Products" page. I have the view set to "Newest to Oldest". When I created them, I added them to a Collection. Navigating to that collection I can see them but that is the only way to find them. Does anyone know why they are not shown in Products?

Hello, i've uploaded my designs to sell but I am not able to see them in my 'live store' view. Is this still an occurring problem? How long does it normally take for your products to be visible? Its already been 2 days...

@LittleStarsPrin it varies from 48hrs/72hrs normally.
Could be a few more days and if you have a new store with new categories to index - sometimes it can take up to a week.
You can still promote your products using the share option from your store backend so they're still available for sale and visible when someone clicks on your links.
They will appear eventually on your store front, just have a little patience.

The products that i have created on 24th of JAN are still not on marketplace .
