Sale doesn’t reflect 14.9 earnings

Hi there, I sold a poster yesterday, where the customer paid $102.30 I have a percentage of 14.9%

the sale was a non referred sale and my earnings from that sale was $7.26, I am no Einstein but I think that my earnings should have been $13.82,

I am just a bit confused.

@Will

what poster type was it? (just checked your latest sales and found it)

Check your royalty history. Does is have ++ next to the royalty conversion?

The difference could be is that you are an international seller maybe and an extra carving out is happening for sales tax

Or the customer had a coupon and your royalty would be less than the listed

@Will

The poster was probably framed and you do not earn a royalty on frames as they are defined as “Accessories”

The royalty you earned was for the poster print only

Hi Sara_H thank you for your reply but the price base of the poster was $92.80 discounted from $116.00,  so I don't really know about the frame,  as 14.9% of $92.80 it is $13.82 I am more confused now lol

Thank you Sara
