Saved Designs Disappearing

Yes, I'm having the same problem! I was working on a few designs, but didn't publish them because they still needed tweaks, and now they are nowhere to be found!

Same here. I always save after I publish something (because I'm paranoid? lol). Nothing today has saved. Yesterday it was fine.

Hmmmm... perhaps this reinforces my paranoid practice of publishing half finished things as hidden. Then when I finish it I publish the real version as public and delete the hidden one.

 I'm having the same problem. But if the new design originated from a published design (e.g. where I'm making a new color version), when I go back to that published design, the window pops up asking me if I want to "Continue your design?". When I click yes, it takes me to the missing version.

This is what I am experiencing also. The designs DO exist somewhere in limbo, so long as it's an edit from an existing/published product, but are not appearing in "Saved Designs".

Same thing for me. However, I found all the designs I started yesterday by going into my browser history and was able to work/publish them. It's not a proper fix but it will have to do for now

I can publish them but if I try to keep them in saved designs they disappear.  Just made another one today and disappeared.  Can't design as long as this is happening.  Zazzle needs to address what's going on.

I use saved designs ALL the time because my laptop color display just can't be calibrated correctly, so I use my phone to determine more accurately what the colors will look like printed. Sometimes I feel like creating but not listing/doing all the metadata. I also like taking a break and looking everything over to make sure I haven't missed something important!

I'm having the same problem with saved designs disappearing.  I've been working on an invitation for 2 days and now I can't find it to complete it.  Just did a "test" invitation with one piece of art on it and that invitation is not showing either.

Over the past 2 days i've had almost 60 saved designs just disappear also including current designs for 3 different sets i've spent weeks working on. Im almost afraid to click on something and then click back out of it because they don't save, neither does anything new i've tried to create. But I may have found a work around this til zazzle can address this issue. If you bookmark the design you're working on then open the page from your bookmark it will open your design. Least it does for me. Happy zazzling everyone.

I started working on a Christmas collection and none of my products were saved, I wanted to go back and edit them if needed before publishing..   Not sure do I start all over (don't want to do this) will the saved products update soon?

Try finding the designs you've created in your computer history. Open the pages that your designs are on from your computer history and bookmark the pages. From there you should be able to continue working on them. These steps worked for me so far and the editing does save. The only thing I haven't done yet with my designs is post them for sale. Happy zazzling.

Adding my frustration to the list. I'm having this problem too and it's driving me nuts! I don't like publishing one design of a set at a time. I use saved designs till I have the entire collection complete then go with updating all the data to publish. Zazzle needs to get on the ball with this.

I pretty much do the same as you with designing a whole collection using saved designs then update all the meta data and then publish 1-3 pieces a day. 3 collections of "saved designs" have disappeared so far. (hugs) I feel your frustration. One of these sets was also a recreation of a discontinued paper type that i've recreated using different paper.

Saved designs, i've noticed when published are removed from your "saved designs" when published. Are you saying you do not see your design published either? When published there is a link to see your item. Had you clicked the link to see your published item and it wasn't there?

@khorah I think Z should have some kind of weekend staff on call for emergencies like this. For those who spend weekends creating content on Z, it's frustrating to see work go down the drain... For those of us outside the United States, the issue won't be resolved until Monday afternoon or even later, depending on where you are on the planet.

I have had the same problem since yesterday. I was getting ahead on work on my mobile phone. You can't do much on the mobile version, but it's useful for making quick sketches of designs that I will develop later. I thought it was something wrong with my phone.

Same here, and I'm not happy about this.  All my calendars have disappeared.  I don't make them all at once.  I take photographs monthly and use a design then put them out for sale by October.  I lost my Plymouth, Massachusetts calendar and my sea glass calendar.

I  noticed my notification icon disappeared at the top of the page between the chat and profile picture at the same time the auto save feature disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this also?

I tried to get a design saved today and it disappeared just like it did the day before. Frustrating, hope Zazzle will be able to fix it soon. I thought maybe I had too many saved designs so I deleted a bunch that I wasn't as crazy about but my work still disappeared.

I have all the new designs in different tabs of my browser and I am publishing without any problem. They appear in the 'Latest Products Created' section of my profile and in each store. But they are not being saved.

It's Monday, sadly all my saved designs have not been restored ( it's close to 100 now )  and im not able to save any recreated designs currently working on, they still disappear. Posting apparently does work as it has in the past where your created designs will be removed from your saved designs when they are published for sale. I however have not tried this yet as im trying to sort and process all this out 😕
