Saved Designs Disappearing

My old saved calendar designs were not restored.  I started creating them again from memory.  So far they have been saved.  My goal is to complete them and mark for sale as soon as possible.

Same problem here. I worked all weekend on some new products and was waiting to publish the entire collection. They're all gone. I just tried to recreate a product and every time I try to go into the design to edit it, or look at the saved designs to see if it's there, all my changes that I made revert back to the original graphics.  Since the wallpaper doesn't seem to tile properly I have spent forever trying to tile a gingham check print myself, one square at a time. Every time I get it done and I try to leave to put the item for sale, it reverts back to the original!!!  Oh, and I "Grouped" all the little tiles to keep them together, then "locked" it, but it still reverts back to the one tile which isn't big enough for the product....  I'm SO FRUSTRATED!  Zazzle, PLEASE get these issues fixed!!!!!

ZAZZLE HAS DONE NOTHING AND THE PROBLEM STILL PURSISTS.  I'm designing a business card for a client.  I do part of the design,  Then I go to her text message for exact wording.  When I go back to the design area, it is totally gone.  Can't believe Zazzle has let this go on for this many days,

I was able to resolve the issue. I logged in using a different browser and edited some designs, which were saved successfully. Then, I returned to the original browser where the designs hadn't been saving, and the newly edited designs appeared there as well. I started editing again, and this time the changes were saved. It seems like the problem has been resolved.

Were you editing already saved designs or did you create a new design?  I just tried creating a new design on a different browser, and it didn't save it.

I always create new designs based on previous ones. It's true that when creating a design from scratch, it doesn't save. In that case, I would copy the link of the design before closing it.

@SweetBrie23 I haven't noticed any difference when switching browsers, neither on my laptop nor on my mobile phone... But interestingly, a design transfer and a design from another designer who is also reporting issues have been saved.

Ty for replying, i've also tried and the issue is the same over multiple browsers. Sorry for the response delays as my notification icon has also disappeared when the designs began disappearing and im not seeing any notifications on my zazzle pages.

Spent most of today working on Christmas cards, which have all gone MIA. Lovely. 😡

I am very new to Zazzle, and every single thing I have created in the past week, aside from two products I have published, are missing. I use an iPad and tried both Safari and Chrome, but everything still disappears. Nothing in saved designs, no way for me to find the ones I spent hours on but didn’t fully complete. Is Zazzle working on this problem? I’ve seen other threads about them working to fix Categories, but I haven’t found anything about them even acknowledging this specific issue. I’m in a Zazzle group on Fb and 98% of the people are having the same problem. Is there a way to contact Zazzle directly?

If you havn't cleared out your browser history on your computer check to see if your design pages are still there. If they are then bookmark the page and from the bookmark you can open and work on your design. All edits do save while using the bookmark.

As far as I know i've seen people posting that their designs when published for sale have all been saved. So hopefully once you find your designs either publish them for sale as hidden and work on them from there or you should be able to work on them from the bookmarked design which is what im doing.

I use Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and there errors and issues are the same on both browsers.

I emailed Zazzle customer support about this and they replied:


"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our technical team has been advised of the error, and they are currently working on a solution. The situation will be remedied as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience at this time, if there is anything else I can help you with please let me know."
 
Very frustrating. I haven't been able to create anything for days! Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Whoot, i've just tried and mine has saved also. Now im back to happy zazzling 😊

I was able to use 1 saved design but it's not working for me now. 

Same here, sighs i've gone back in and tried again and it's no longer working for me either.

I lost two calendars, my sea glass and Plymouth, Massachusetts for 2025.  I just tried recreating but not fully.  In the past, I've been able to work on my next year's calendars all year and put them out for sale in the fall.  For my town calendar, I take photos monthly and find the best one for the calendar.  I'm very disappointed.  I have cleared my cache and nothing works.

I'd wondered about clearing the cache but was worried i'd lose my bookmarked hidden designs that I can at least work on so I didn't try that option. Ty, and I appreciate that you let us know you had tried and it did not work.  I hope you can at least recreate some of your calendar as i'd love to see it this winter.

Here is the response I received from Zazzle Support today:

 
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your newly created product not appearing on your Saved Products page. To ensure your design is saved correctly, we recommend creating the design directly on a blank t-shirt using our design tool rather than using the create tool. When you upload your design directly onto the product, it will be automatically saved and visible in your Saved Products section.

I tried doing what Zazzle Support recommended but it didn't work. I had the same result. The product was not saved.

The designs have started to appear. Duplicates may show up and we'll need to clean them up, but fortunately, they are there. Thanks!!!

My designs from the last few days are still MiA, but I do appear to have a design there that I created this morning and did not yet list for sale. 

Nothing so far for me.

Nothing so far for me either.  I can bookmark a new design and come back to it, but it is not showing in my Saved Designs.

Just went on saved designs today and nothing appears after I try to save the design I just made.

I got one design to reappear but none of my other work has come back. New designs that I'm working on are still not saving.

My new designs are saved now, I left them in the saved design folder for a day, it didn't disappear .... Thank you 🙂

Hi Scott,

Something totally new is happening, today I went on my stores to design new products, I bookmarked them so they were saved. I then published them from the bookmarked pages. Then about an hour later the published designs showed up on the save your designs page! Which makes no sense as they are showing published in my stores under New Products. Just thought you might like to know this is happening.

This issue is definitely still happening for me. No designs are saving, whether created from existing products that I "edit" nor from creating designs from new blank products. Given what others are experiencing I am rather afraid to even attempt posting anything for sale at this time, so I am at a standstill with designing any Christmas collections. Please let us all know what is going on with this issue as soon as you have any update.

Designs are still not saving.  Any progress on repairing this?  It's been 1 1/2 weeks, makes it hard to do new designs!

I had one design show up in my saved designs.  I did a new design that saved, but the next one I made didn't save.  I still can't open an older design and get it save the changes or even show up in saved designs.  I know you're working on it--just wanted to let you know that not all of us are back up and running yet.

Actually, I got excited too quickly!!  I realized that one design that I made this morning is not there.  But all of the ones that I made several days ago came back.
