I just did a search on "orchard wedding invitations" but could not find a single orchard related invitation on the first page.

This is what a screenshot from a search engine looks like, apparently with some Zazzle products, but obviously no one would be able to find them on Zazzle:

Trying a search for apple wedding invitations:

Obviously not one apple in sight.

I have a few different orchard themed wedding designs, but of course no one will be able to find them.
They have "orchard" even in the title ...
Would appreciate if this could be improved, thank you

This is what I find when i used "apple orchard weddings". https://www.zazzle.com/s/apple+orchard+wedding

The other reason may be that there are very few of these tags used together in the MP. You might start something new for a niche. 😉

I like how you specifically search for wedding invitations, and the results are maybe 60% invitations to 40% miscellaneous. This is Zazzle's search in a nutshell. Pick a random item, and you'll be lucky to find it. Try "doberman shirt", "graduation mug", "50th birthday gift bag", "batman mug". Whatever. Good luck finding it.

I did a general search on ORCHARD INVITATION, than selected WEDDINGS and got something similar to your desired results.

The results for [orchard wedding invitation] are super interesting! We already know that our dummy template text is searched along with tags and titles. So any time there is seemingly weird results with no apparent reason to be there, I check the template text and that usually explains it. A search for invitations to a 1st birthday party might pull up invites for all different years because people have used somethingsomething 1st street as a sample address on all their cards ... In this case, all of the products on the first page of results that I checked, including the top five, have GROVE in their template text as part of the sample address ..  Wiilow Grove, Coconut Grove ..... Dictionary wise, grove & orchard aren't exactly the same thing but close enough that most would use them interchangeably. So huh! Has Zazzle search grown smart enough to look for synonyms?

[apple wedding invitations] results are skewed by the same thing - template text using apple as part of the address.
