Title Issue When Listing

Hi,

I have not come across this issue before.  Today I was listing a Stainless Steel Water Bottle.  I created the Title with my descriptive words, followed by the Stainless Steel Water Bottle, 24 oz that was already there.  When I clicked off of it to continue with the listing, additional wording was added that repeated the "stainless stell water bottle, etc" all without capital letters, and it kept doing that.  

Not sure why and has anyone come across this issue at all?

If I understood your post correctly, you added the product type to your title. You don't have to do that. It is automatically added to the title. Try editing your product, go to the title, remove your product type from your title. That should fix it.
