Unable to remove products from Collections

I am unable to remove products from Collectiion. I tried it from the product page (by unclicking from the "Add to Collection" menu) and from the collection menu itself: in both cases it does no work.

This true for all my products, all my collections and all my shops.

May I delete a product or products within a collection?

A: Yes, you can delete products within a collection by going to the same place on the product page where you added the item to your collection -- this time, just uncheck the box.
Try reloading the  page after you make a change, may not immediately change on the page. There may be a delay on Zazzle’s end. Just tried it myself, and it did not remove from my collection. Will check again later, and next day to see if to do with indexing.

Removing products from collection used to work and was instantaneous. I checked 24h after removing the product the collection but the product I removed from the collection was still there.

Probably a new bug. Could Zazzle look at this issue ?

Just checked again, product still in collection even tho I reloaded the page. Last night I checked again, hoping indexing straightened it out, but no. This morning, tried again to remove it. Unchecked, but still shows in collection. It has now become a Zazzle issue.
@Scott    @Mark.  @Emma or whoever has forum duty today. Tech, thanks in advance for using your magic on this. 🙃
btw, this issue seems to have been brought up months ago with no fix so far. Search on the forum for the word collections.

I’m having the same issue and came to post about it - cannot remove products from a collection. Example of products: 256364623582763435, 256970954792185930, 256471849984271303, 256319200016540677

I am having an issue with this today. I used to be able to remove a product from a collection by unchecking the box. Now it doesn't let you do that and gives me this notice

"You already have a collection named [ ] and it already contains this product. Neat!"

I am not trying to add a product i am trying to remove the product from the collection

I just checked, everything is back to normal.

I'm still having this issue, is this still an open bug (I see that it was resolved 06.09.22, but I'm still having the issue)?

The issue seems to be back. I wrote a little about it earlier today here.
