Let me preface this question by stating that my store and all of it's products are set to PRIVATE/HIDDEN while they are still in development. I did post about this in the Product Creation section as well.
That stated...
While creating products I noticed that after I finish creating a product and click POST-IT this page appears only once and then I cannot access it again. I cannot find it anywhere.
Should I copy and paste all of the URLS and CODE to another empty document and store it on my computer for later use?
Can one get this page back after it closed. If so how?
Any and all information anyone can provide this includes Zazzle Moderators is needed and appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Our discussion on this forum will help others who have the same questions.

You won't see and can't access that specific page again because it is just to show that you published the product and give you a couple hot links to immediately promote the product or work on your store. But you don't need to access that page to do any of those things. They can all be done from the back end of your store and by clicking on the product thumbnail dropdowns in the back end. The URL is just the URL of your product page which you can access by clicking on the product.

No... all of this information and more is accessible through your store's back end (store management)...
And it is only necessary to post your question under one topic...

PenguinPower No disrespect Your response to my question seemed a bit rude. I am still learning and new to this. I am sorry to have bothered you or anyone else. I will be sure and NOT post a topic in two places on the forum. Have a nice day. Sorry!

Let me add to this by stating that I have hired a company to help me build my website where I intend to sell my Zazzle and Redbubble product lines under my own brand name. I will need to have access to all of the URLS and Code to send off to someone else. Again should I copy and paste all of the URLS and Code contained there in before closing this page?

As PenguinPower already said, these links are easily accessible through the back end. The URL is just the link to your product page - Easily accessible from the back end - just go to your products list and click on the one in question - that will bring up the product page. The copy/paste link just brings up the share links dialog, which is easily accessed by clicking on the share link in the back end product list.
BTW, putting all of your comments in bold is not necessary - the mods have asked us to refrain from this sort of thing because it tends to come across like you're shouting. And I don't think Penguin was trying to be rude by letting you know that you don't need to post duplicate questions on different boards, she's just letting you know that it's not necessary and it won't help get your question answered quicker. BTW, the mods have also asked us not to post duplicate questions because it clutters up the forum. Once again, we're not trying to be rude, just letting you know what the general etiquette for this forum is. 🙂

What you stated about etiquette is spot on! Not a problem! Thank you! I honestly did NOT know this. No one to date has reached out to me and communicated any of this to me. There is nothing rude about what you stated. Thanks for your honesty, time, wisdom, candor and response. I do not have time to test what you outlined yet, but I will. Does having my products and store hidden while in development affect how things function on the backend? Again I thank everyone for your continued patience with me and for your guidance. It is needed and appreciated. I am very sorry for having misread or taken out of context what was said. I really appreciate this. Sincerely. I internalised and took things to heart that I should not have. That stated thank you all. I do appreciate you making this known.

NO worries! In terms of having things hidden... I don't think it should impact how the back end works, but since I've never really done that I'm not completely sure.

Please note, to avoid possible confusion down the road, that since your products are all hidden, your helpers won't be able to see anything at the URLs you send them. They'll get a page that looks like this:
They'll still be able to use the URLs as they build your site but they won't be active until you make them Public so your helpers wont be able to access any info/images they might need from the product pages. Have you considered using Direct Only instead of Hidden? That way the parties involved in working on this with you would have access to the product pages but they'd still be out of public view.

Where do I go to access my Store Management please? I need to be sure I can access this information before proceeding with product creation. PenguinPower stated I can access all of this information in the backend under Store Management. Again these posts will help others NOT just myself. Thanks again to all. Please try NOT to get frustrated with those who are still learning. We were all new to something at some point!

Can someone tell me where the STORE MANAGEMENT section is located on the backed please? Is a there a button, a link? What should I be looking for?
I DO NOT see a link or page anywhere on my backend. Am I missing something? Again I thank all in advance. Sorry if this seems like a newbie question. I am still learning just so everyone knows. I need to ask these questions to learn. Sorry if this frustrates anyone.

Again I cannot locate the page or the contents there in after the page is closed on my back end? Can someone be so kind as to provide step by step instructions and NOT snarky surface information that is neither useful or helpful to anyone. Thanks again. I am doing all of this on my own and I need help and guidance. This again will help others besides me on these forums.
Again I cannot locate this page or the contents on my backend after said page is closed. Help is needed and appreciated.

Can I just say how grateful I am to all of you. PenguinPower know how sorry I am for the way I internalised your very helpful post and for my embarrassing behaviour on this forum with bold text etc. . You were very right to have to pointed this out to me. I was very wrong and stand to be corrected. That stated Kat thank you for making all of this known to me. I wish someone had made all of this known to me sooner. I am so embarassed. And yes I do see that one can toggle between the published and unpublished states and access the URLS and CODE. Thank you all so much. Seriously. You have all been great about this. And I so appreciate it.

No worries. Zazzle is far more interactive for designers than other PODs which means there is a steep learning curve. The more designers are allowed to tinker with customizing products, stores and now the product page itself via cover photos, the more there is to learn. 😎

There's no need to apologize! Nobody was angry or offended or anything - I certainly wasn't. Just wanted to clue you in to how things generally work on the forum. And we all remember what it's like to be a newby on Zazzle - a bit overwhelming to say the least!

This thread made me wonder about rules and etiquette for the forums, so I went on a search. The only thing I found was Scott's initial post explaining how the "new" forums work. (Newcomers won't know this is a replacement setup for what we had for a number of years.) Here's the description from Scott: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-information/a-brief-introduction-to-our-community/ba-p/19 which doesn't include forum behavior. Does anyone know if there's a description anywhere for expected forum behavior? It's certainly something that would help those who are new to it.

That's not a bad idea. I was mostly just digesting things the mods have said in response to specific posts - stuff that someone new to the forums might not know. Off the top of my head, here's a list of things that might be helpful:
- When to start a new thread vs replying to an old one (like, for instance, should we even be having this discussion in this thread or should we have started a new one?)
- Which things should go on which boards? I think some boards create a help ticket and others don't? I'm unclear on this one.
- Guidelines for use of images, bold, all caps, colored fonts etc.
- Keeping discussions Zazzle related - how and when to limit chit chat
- When to tag other users and when not to
- How and when to mark an issue as resolved
That's all that comes to mind at the moment...

https://www.zazzle.com/policy/community
From my end of things, I'd say this: be kind, conduct yourself in a professional manner, and always treat others with respect.
When to start a new thread vs replying to an old one (like, for instance, should we even be having this discussion in this thread or should we have started a new one?)
- I wouldn’t worry too much about this. The Mods do our best to be flexible and work with what’s happening. From time to time we’ll clean up some duplicates or lock discussions or whatever, but it’s basically for housekeeping purposes. These new forums are ~14 months old, and we have 35k posts with 54k kudos awarded. There’s a TON of really good information here. How can we ensure that a Creator can come to the forums and find the information they're looking for? This is why I do tend to ask for one topic per conversation, because it makes locating the discussion in search a bit easier. (As for this conversation, the solution was found and I don’t mind us continuing along here. I may move this portion over to General later on if conversation continues.).
Which things should go on which boards? I think some boards create a help ticket and others don't? I'm unclear on this one.
- There’s definitely some overlap, but I think there always will be. If it’s a potential bug then put it in Technical, but otherwise I’d do what seems reasonable. The Ideas & Suggestions board has some extra powers that help us collect the submissions. This would be the one that you’re thinking of.
Guidelines for use of images, bold, all caps, colored fonts etc.
- Text styles are good for emphasis. Images are good for bug reports 😁. ColsCreations has made some excellent posts here that make very tasteful use of bold, italics, colored text, and some screenshots, too.
Keeping discussions Zazzle related - how and when to limit chit chat
- We do want things to be focused on Zazzle, but related topics are usually welcome. Conversations about AI, or design inspiration, or advertising/marketing discussion are good to see since they still benefit Zazzle Creators. I’d think of it this way: is your post going to keep someone from finding the information that they’re looking for?
When to tag other users and when not to
- Hm. How about this: use tags like you would bold/italic text. That is, sparingly and judiciously. The main value with tagging people is to get their attention, either because you have urgent information to share or because you’re unsure that they’ve read the post. If you tag people every time you post it may start to lose its value.
How and when to mark an issue as resolved
- If there’s an obvious question and a clear answer then go for it (assuming you asked the question). You’ll see this more often in the Technical forum. But not all discussions will have a clear answer. Some conversations can continue on and on, such as conversations about AI.
If all of the stuff that I wrote above makes sense, then you can probably just use your best judgement about what to do in the future. Probably best that we don't get too specific with any of these topics, however, because we do try to provide flexibility for people to be who they are.
