On Tuesday I responded to a desperate (message in all caps) customer in the chat with contact information for her issue because it wasn't design related. Today I don't see that response in the chat any longer.
I still have the draft I wrote up on my clipboard so it sounds like I had it written it, thought I added it but never did. Sorry about that but I'm glad the customer got the assistance she needed.
