The last email I had to let me know 'New Sales From Your Store' was 12/2. (Cyber Monday - same time that the site went down for 'scheduled maintenance')
I can't believe that it's taking a week for products to ship out (unless they are?)
"My store email preferences" and the 'My products are sold' checkbox is checked under Notification Preferences.
I've made sure that 'Apply settings to all stores' checkbox is also checked but that box doesn't want to stay checked for some reason
Are there any other settings that I need to check?
(re-reading - far too many 'checks'- sorry about that) ☑️ 😂

I'm still getting all sale notifications - 9 in the last 24 hours - as well as other notifications about products requiring optimisation. Not sure why you wouldn't be!

Thanks! That's very strange then I'm not getting any emails. Do you get emails about products requiring optimisation then? Is that new?

They're not emails - they're notifications - under the bell icon at the top!

I'm getting the sale notifications under the bell icon ok - it's the 'your recent sale' emails I'm not getting. Are you getting those emails or have you not signed up to get them?

I can confirm receiving sales notifications under the bell (though they’re delayed) and NOT getting emails about sales.

Thanks for checking the sales emails. (or lack thereof)
The sales notifications are always delayed I've found ever since they started. Probably due to indexing and waiting to see if payment clears etc. Though I really have no clue what causes the delay in those.

I haven't had email notifications for years. I used to, and don't remember turning them off. For me, the bell notification is enough. I already get too many emails.
What I do do is check the earnings page, then check "Royalty History", and that shows me everything that's sold the previous day, and up until now.

That's my preferred method too. The emails and notifications always overwhelm me so I just ignore them.

I'm receiving promo previews and creation of new product emails. But I haven't noticed any you've made a sale emails in over a week. I'm assuming the customers are still getting their products made and shipped. 🤞

Thanks for checking. Happy that I'm not the only one not getting those shipment emails.
Cross fingers they are getting their products in time for Christmas 🤞🤞

Well, I do my best to ignore that sort of thing, and I think I have mine set to only send one notification per week because emails overwhelm me - so I have no idea if I'm getting them or not. But given all of the random things that are being funky lately (this issue, sales not rolling over to cleared, replace feature mysteriously disappearing, indexing being behind for so many days, weird issues with the design tool crashing, etc.) I'd be willing to bet that whatever took the site down on Cyber Monday was a non-trivial crash of some sort - an attack? a hardware failure? a virus? maybe just overwhelming volume? knows. Whatever it was, my guess is that the tech team is scrambling and probably just focused on keeping the site up and running as best they can. So I'm expecting it to be a while before stuff gets back to normal.

I'm also not getting the sales emails. I've made a number of sales so I should be. So same boat as everyone else.

Actually... I finally made myself do my weekly deleting of all the Zazzle emails and I got a "Your Recent Sales" email on the 7th, and a "You Earned a Referral" email on the 4th - both with numerous items in them. But I'm a little confused about your comment regarding shipping. Do these emails only go out after the item is shipped vs. after the sale? (As you can tell, I pay very little attention to them!)

From my experience, you get the "Your Recent Sales" email once they ship (if you set it as immediately as opposed to weekly in your store notification settings) as within that email there's an order date which is different to the date that the email is sent.
I have a spreadsheet where I update my sales with the shipment date.
Normally it's a couple of days after order date - you get the shipment email. Or in some cases, it can take 7-10 days from the sale it all depends on the product.
If needed, I can then calculate how long an item takes to make and if I ever get a cancellation for that item, can assess if - a) they've not received it, or b) they've had it a while etc
Or if I get a message that "I need this by then" I can say well it normally takes 'x days' to ship but ymmv
Cross fingers those emails come back soon 🤞

Same here. No sales email notifications for several days now, probably same as above. No changes have been made to my account to change receiving notification, so I'm adding my stores to the list of those above not receiving email notification of sales.
