Products stuck under review - any implications?

Hello!

I have a few questions:) I have two products that have been stuck under review for a year now and one recently. 

I am not sure what happens to them and could they have any implications on the performance of my shop?

The funny thing is that I put two of them under review myself when I just started my Zazzle venture, kind of by mistake. I wanted to delete them but that didn´t work. Any ideas on what to do with these products?

I have products stuck under review from 11/2022. I just created a flag that ended up under review so I'm hoping somebody actuallly looks at it.

The team have advised that these reviews should be sorted now. The one with no image seemed to have an issue so they asked if you can please post that for sale again.

I have 6 products that have been in review for several months.  One since 12/3/2022.  Others from July and Oct of 2023.
