Is this message really from Zazzle or not?

Has anyone ever experienced something like this?

Any suggestions on what I should do?

I'm receiving several notifications, apparently they come from the Zazzle Support team, but they don't seem reliable to me because they send me to a link that of course I didn't access. Be very careful with these emails because they can hack your account. I suggest not everyone access those links if you send them to your email. It is just a recommendation, the ideal is to contact the help service.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have already contacted Zazzle customer service with a screenshot, so they can investigate further.

That is obviously a scam, zazzle employees are all label with an official badge and obviously that one do NOT have one.

How to distinguish between the official Zazzle badge and the fake one? I have never seen the official Zazzle badge, can you please provide a link to know more?
