W8-BEN Question

Hello,

I have a small question regarding W8-BEN forms. So I filed mine on the 16th of March after some back and forth with the Z team. The were very helpful with instructions and I edited a couple of times then sent the final version and since then I have not heard anything. It has been almost two months and I am not even sure if the document is accepted let alone when will it be approved. I have tried writing a few emails but spam never helps so I am trying to message once every few weeks and still no reply at all.

Can you please advise?

If you haven't heard anything back from zazzle it probably means the form was accepted, but you should email support again and ask

I did so a few times since it will be two months since the last reply from them but I still haven't heard anything. I will wait a few more weeks and probably try to call or something since I am wondering should I resubmit or do any further changes. I wonder what is the usual time for approval since it the auto reply it says 2-4 weeks and I am near the 8th week.

Hi Ema, 

My problem also same. I have submitted w8-BEN form and revised several times. Last revision submitted on 6th April.  But no reply from your side. In my payment setting section  there is a message;

"We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete. Update your Payment Settings.W8-BEN form has not yet been collected"

Could you please check my one also?

Hi, Please I'm facing the same issue and i have got no answee. please help me out.

I have the same problem, waiting more than a month for answer. I have contacted twice Z team but no answer. How to know if my form is approved? Should I receive any email? thanks in advance.

Hi! I'm having the same problem. It's been more than a month since I received their email about my form forwarded to Zazzle team. The email was dated June 24, 2022. It also says they will email me back in 4 weeks once processing completes but I haven't received any email from them yet.
