I'd like to suggest a way for designers to get discounted product samples for the purpose of authentic content marketing. Before April 1, if I wanted to create product videos (which it seems that Zazzle is highly interested in us making?) for my Instagram, I would purchase my own products. They would naturally be discounted because I could rely on the self referral. Since self referrals are unreliable (*almost impossible*) to get anymore, it doesn't really make sense to do that now. On top of earnings being cut with the new fees, I can't also be purchasing samples at full price with reduced royalties AND no referral. Another casualty of the new system. (I'm sure it would need to be a separate program since obviously designing and purchasing something yourself is the whole point of Zazzle.) Maybe it's a program where designers need to apply and prove their social media presence (or wherever they are marketing)? Or maybe it's a perk of reaching a certain level of sales? Or credits earned somehow? It's worth considering if you want authentic video content and not just AI generated or 'slideshows with transitions' type videos (which honestly probably work fine on the product pages but they will not get any traction in the social media world). If the future here is geared towards affiliate and self promotions, and you put more weight in video content, then designers need some help to do that efficiently. Thanks for considering!

I suggest adding a hexagonal shape to the Acrylic Coaster Sets that Zazzle already has. I recently came across one at a physical store and immediately fell in love with it and purchased it. The hexagonal shape adds a bit more interest and uniqueness than just a common, round shape or square shape. The glossy finish to it makes it even prettier.

It would be wonderful if we could have categories for collections, at least on the back end. Then we could move whole segments of collections around, such as moving all the Christmas collections to the front for the holiday season. It would also make rearranging collections much easier in the back end.

It would be nice if Zazzle could partner with one of the Mockup companies that are available to give us more variety with in situ options. My biggest issues with trying to find appropriate mockups (other than price!) is style and scale. It would be nice if we had this ability within Zazzle so we knew that we were choosing mockups that are products we offer with our images in the proper scale as the mockup. TIA

It would be great if we could have a direct only or hidden only product option for matchbox sticker replacements. I've had a handful of customers need these in the past few months because they forgot to change something on their product or they messed up the stickers, or other situations. I understand not wanting to offer this as a public product (as to not encourage people to buy the matchboxes elsewhere), but since there is not sticker option on here that is the same size, there seems to not be an option for customers who end up in this situation. Or maybe only available to a customer who has already bought the set? Not sure all the details or how best to do it without costing actual matchbox sales, but figured I'd mention it.

I'm hoping given all the recent changes, that Zazzle will host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines. Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. Shouldn't all the creators know the best SEO practices preferred by the Zazzle algorithm so we can all sell more?

Our customers have been asking for this, so I go back to "ideas & suggestions" as well as the reviews, because I know I've suggested it. And I noticed that other designers have too, and it seems to be missing somewhere in the sales opportunities we could all be making. So today, I wanted to point out a few things that I've researched and if anyone would like to chime in too, great! #1, Binders can be a bit more flimsy than the standard scrapbook, as the vinyl breaks or tears, the rings don't always match up, and the inserts are not sold with the actual binders making it very difficult for customers outside the USA to even get the inserts needed for them. I've read the 1 star reviews, and customers are saying this. #2, Customers expect quality merch and will pay for it, if not here at Zazzle where they can get customization -but find going to local crafting stores for generically printed scrapbooks to find them. So, opportunity is being missed in the sales. #3, Customers who "think" scrapbooks and receive binders are disappointed because they have the scrapbook paper already picked out from craft stores. We have to lead them into where to go and buy the insert sleeves, for them to see how to pull together a "faux" scrapbook, when this is only partially what they expect...they want the whole shebang...a real scrapbook. To experience what it's like to put them together and learn how. This is a really big thing, classes for it, stickers, paper punches, scissors with shapes, and everything. So, not only are the binders from a customer's point of view, sometimes a big disappointment, they're reviewing it this way. Which is really unfair to us as designers. We do all we can, but it's like selling an envelope. What I'm talking about is, not only the book, but here's an opportunity to sell the paper in matching book sizes, the paper punches (in a lot of different shapes), more stickers of course, and a stronger book that's meant for scrapbooking to eliminate bad reviews. Please give us the option to set products to Digital ONLY. Now that digital self-referral sales are capped at 50% max, I would like to have the option to promote some digital cards using my referral ID, but I do NOT want to sell the physical cards that way. So it would be good if we could make digital-only versions to promote with the referral ID and get a cross-over sale instead of a self-referral sale.

It would be very helpful for those who are using the "Share" button from Z to be able to add a tc code before posting to a social media account or email. For example as it works now, when we use the "share" button from a product page the link is shared without any way to add a tc code. If we could track our traffic of sales to the source (Pinterest, blog, website etc) that would help us to determine where the sale came from.

I was in a bookstore the other day (not mentioning which one) and was browsing through the stationery section and came across these really cute password keepers. They are small and are either hardcover or faux leather, many are spiral bound. They all had printed, alphabetized forms in them for internet websites and their passwords. Many had beautifully, illustrated covers. Most I saw were 4 x 5.5 inches, with a few larger size ones. I think these would sell really well on Zazzle, since this is something most of us need these days. Covers could be customized with beautiful designs, either by the seller or the customer.

With the requirement to add a private phone number in order to deal with chat, I think it is necessary to add a disabling option to this feature for those who do not want to give their phone number or do not have a mobile. It's not only very unprofessional towards designers to force this upon them as well as insulting to customers who will never receive a reply. Not to mention a fool-proof method to chase away customers altogether. Actually it should have had that option to begin with. "Chat" assumes a reply within a minute, which is obviously impossible in most cases. Thank you.

I may have suggested this before, but I spend a lot of time assisting customers with their designs through the chat system. This generally involves sending them a lot of screenshots, and it would save me SOOO much time if I could paste images directly into chat instead of having to save the screenshot as a separate image and then go through all of the rigamarole to upload it. It would be great to have a separate category that could be searched and would only bring up Golf Tees under Golf. Right now it brings up any piece of golf equipment which happens to have the word "tee" in it -- and there appears to be quite a bit making it hard to concentrate on the actual tees as a customer. Also, making it hard to track them on the back end because of the same issue. Would be much appreciated.

With Easter, Mother's & Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day and so many other occasions knocking at our doors it would be extremely helpful to be able to create our own mockups especially for cards, so we can show front & inner pages/backside in one picture (which makes it easier also for customers to choose the right one without having to enter the product page first). It's also handy for other products that are printed on two sides, such as pillows. Once you had the opportunity to do so (beta), you feel lost without this option. I just noticed that under our product image on a product page there are two product displays / carousels that appear on the page in the follow order: 1. Other Products you might like 2. Other Products In this collection I would like to suggest: that if the product designer has products shown in the section that says Other Products from this collection that this display be shown above the section that says Other Products you might like. It's only fair that the designer products be given display priority / preference over the Other Products since they went through the time and effort to create the collection this product appears in. I get that auto-saving is a fail-safe, but it's frequently just creating unnecessary clutter in Saved Designs that needs constant cleaning-up. Anytime you enter the Design Tool on something or even just click to open the template panel, poof - into Saved Designs it goes whether it's your product or someone else's. There's lots of reason you might do either; maybe you're opening your own product in the DT just to copy an element or hex color, maybe you're looking at another Creator's work to help troubleshoot something, maybe you're just looking at a new product blank, maybe you're just testing that your templates work right ... And every single look, it's another thing added to Saved Designs. I would love the option to toggle this off and be able to toggle it on only when I am actually wanting to create something.
