I've searched this forum and it looks like the last time this came up was back in Oct. '22 during the Paypal incident. So I'm bringing it up again in the hopes of getting some movement, or at least a legitimate reason as to why Zazzle continues to hold back this important feature for creators. PLEASE add a direct deposit option for getting paid. I can't think of a reason why Zazzle does not implement direct deposit payments. Etsy does it. Amazon does it. My employer does it. SURELY it is less expensive for Zazzle than paying those Paypal fees! Ultimately, limiting payout options to Paypal or a paper check puts Zazzle WAY behind the curve and creates a poor user experience for creators. So please, please add direct deposit. When switching from the circle/square metal keychains to the rectangle shape the default is vertical. If the image is horizontal the customer needs to click through and access the design tools. It would be easier if they had a check box on the main page that gave a horizontal option without needing to access the design tools. Thanks for considering! ... View more

@Scott is there any way we can have some sort of board or even a volunteer group or an easy way to report stuff to clean up zazzle. that helps filter out the super poorly designed or monochrome or basic template products that just clog up search terms. There should be a way to report these products. I mean the really lousy ones where the design is just so obviously way to big or too small for the products. And also if products appear under the wrong search terms There should be an easy way to flag them and have them moved out. ... View more

We are artist, we are not computer wizards, for what I can see most artist in zazzle are over 50, only a small percentage will be computer savvy, and zazzle keeps changing things all the time, like create a video, changing the collections, change every year or two the design tool, wants us to promote, create websites, pay for advertising in social media, give the artist a break please, just tell us what zazzle is doing for the artists like for example, where does zazzle promote the site, apart from google, and who is promoted. ‘it will be nice to know also why one of my zazzle friends was having 4,000 sales a month every month for more than 8 years constantly, and suddenly my friend doesn’t even get 800 sales a month, why the change, what has changed, zazzle algorithm or is it promoting sellers that the hierarchy in zazzle like? I have tons of old products sitting in the “under review” area that I want gone.  In addition, sometimes when I’ve submitted new products that require review I realize that I’ve made errors and want to delete those after submitting corrected ones.  So they no longer need review and would only waste the reviewer’s time.  Why can’t we delete from this area?  It doesn’t make sense to me.  The same holds true for the “revise and resubmit” area.   ... It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement.  When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy.  When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc.  I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer.  Just a thought! ... Zazzle — Please don’t roll out new features—especially one that includes big changes—on a Friday and then abandon creators over the weekend with no support or feedback until Monday.  Better yet, roll out of new features should occur on Mondays, so creators can access the help they need (via forum moderators, software engineers, programmers, etc.) for a full five days. As you can see by the comments, and the frustration, and the amount of questions, this roll out was not smooth sailing. In addition, before a big change—like new collections—rolls out, create test groups before launch to work out as many kinks and questions as possible, and provide thorough training via videos, forum posts, and emails to creators before roll out—with an extra emphasis on training before roll out. I would like to see Grocery Bags with handles and made from recyclable materials that can stand on their own when filling with groceries, etc. The sides could be designed with a solid color, with the front and back designed with an all-over print. These would be very similar to the type of bags that can be purchased at many grocery stores for a few dollars and usually advertise their store name on them. It would be nice if designers could submit their best work to editors pick. The few editors picks I have are definitely nor my best work and I feel like my good stuff gets overlooked. That way it would make it easier for editors to sort through products and find good ones to highlight. I have a number of wedding enclosures designed on the small cards - stuff like website etc. The problem is that in sizes smaller than 3.5x5 they're only available in matte or ultra-thick paper. All of the other paper choices are missing. This is a real problem for people ordering wedding suites if they can't order the enclosures to match the invitations etc. Please consider making those smaller sizes available in all paper types. ...
