Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Collections need an option on the little drop down of each item to enable item to be moved to the top or to the bottom of the collection. If you have 200 items it is a long process trying to move items and they don't always stay where they were moved to. I believe the original collections allowed you to move to top.  Is it easier to delete all items and start from scratch? That is also a long process but might be more efficient than moving them one at a time and find out it didn't always work. It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. I absolutely love that Zazzle is size inclusive with this option, and I have ordered and enjoyed a plus size T-shirt from this line.  That being said, it bums me out that the cover for this is just a flat lay photo of the shirt, especially when all of the other adult shirt products have pictures. It’s honestly a bit insulting. 😞 It makes it feel a bit like the shirt is there to check off a box and not really because it is important to Zazzle to build this feeling of acceptance, which is what I was really hoping for as a customer and seller. I just noticed that under our product image on a product page there are two product displays / carousels that appear on the page in the follow order: 1. Other Products you might like 2. Other Products In this collection I would like to suggest: that if the product designer has products shown in the section that says Other Products from this collection that this display be shown above the section that says Other Products you might like. It's only fair that the designer products be given display priority / preference over the Other Products since they went through the time and effort to create the collection this product appears in. It would be nice if Zazzle could partner with one of the Mockup companies that are available to give us more variety with in situ options. My biggest issues with trying to find appropriate mockups (other than price!) is style and scale. It would be nice if we had this ability within Zazzle so we knew that we were choosing mockups that are products we offer with our images in the proper scale as the mockup. TIA ... View more

With Back to School coming, I would love to be able to individually customize each pocket folder in the set, especially with no opportunity to buy a single folder.  This option exists for the file folders, and the results are lovely. I know pocket folders are great for businesses and their presentations for clients/etc; however, for students and teachers, this offering does not seem to be terribly relevant.  As a teacher for nearly 20 years and obviously a student for many years prior to that 😊, I always selected different colors for different periods or subjects in my day. My students I taught did the same, and my son and his teachers also use this method.  I love designing the file folders, but for students and teachers, I’d love to add the option of a cool pack of coordinating, but different, pocket folders.  Thank you, Amanda ... The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on.  If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport.  Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. I've searched this forum and it looks like the last time this came up was back in Oct. '22 during the Paypal incident. So I'm bringing it up again in the hopes of getting some movement, or at least a legitimate reason as to why Zazzle continues to hold back this important feature for creators. PLEASE add a direct deposit option for getting paid. I can't think of a reason why Zazzle does not implement direct deposit payments. Etsy does it. Amazon does it. My employer does it. SURELY it is less expensive for Zazzle than paying those Paypal fees! Ultimately, limiting payout options to Paypal or a paper check puts Zazzle WAY behind the curve and creates a poor user experience for creators. So please, please add direct deposit.
