We are artist, we are not computer wizards, for what I can see most artist in zazzle are over 50, only a small percentage will be computer savvy, and zazzle keeps changing things all the time, like create a video, changing the collections, change every year or two the design tool, wants us to promote, create websites, pay for advertising in social media, give the artist a break please, just tell us what zazzle is doing for the artists like for example, where does zazzle promote the site, apart from google, and who is promoted. ‘it will be nice to know also why one of my zazzle friends was having 4,000 sales a month every month for more than 8 years constantly, and suddenly my friend doesn’t even get 800 sales a month, why the change, what has changed, zazzle algorithm or is it promoting sellers that the hierarchy in zazzle like? I just wanted to vent sorry if I offended anyone. William

Zazzle — Please don’t roll out new features—especially one that includes big changes—on a Friday and then abandon creators over the weekend with no support or feedback until Monday. Better yet, roll out of new features should occur on Mondays, so creators can access the help they need (via forum moderators, software engineers, programmers, etc.) for a full five days. As you can see by the comments, and the frustration, and the amount of questions, this roll out was not smooth sailing. In addition, before a big change—like new collections—rolls out, create test groups before launch to work out as many kinks and questions as possible, and provide thorough training via videos, forum posts, and emails to creators before roll out—with an extra emphasis on training before roll out. Thank you.

With Easter, Mother's & Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day and so many other occasions knocking at our doors it would be extremely helpful to be able to create our own mockups especially for cards, so we can show front & inner pages/backside in one picture (which makes it easier also for customers to choose the right one without having to enter the product page first). It's also handy for other products that are printed on two sides, such as pillows. Once you had the opportunity to do so (beta), you feel lost without this option. Thank you so much for a short feedback 🌹

Don't know if this is something that Zazzle can control or not, but I'd LOVE to see sunscreen as an option for the little travel bottle favors: Create your own Travel Bottle Set | Zazzle. Sunscreen would be the perfect wedding favor for destination weddings in tropical/beach locations! (Just thinking like a sunburn-prone red-head here!😉)

The most "printable" products in the Zazzle zoo of items is A4 sized sheets (I believe they're 8.5 x 11 inches in US sizing). Almost everyone has an A4 printer. Yet, they are not downloadable! It doesn't make sense. Customers pay a premium for a downloadable item, so I cannot see why these are excluded. Hope this happens.

I know this has been suggested NUMEROUS times over the years - but considering that PayPal has now made a stance that they will fine people $2500 if they consider anything they say as misinformation - I think it's time to reconsider your stance on how we can get paid. PLEASE start making direct bank deposit a choice for royalty / referral payments. We should not have to walk a politically correct line in order to get our money. Yes, I know they said it's a "mistake" but how do you "mistakenly" put something like that out there?

Product images in the media downloads section with the correct shape/size specific to Zazzle products on a transparent background would really simplify the process of creating cover photos , with creators only needing to add a simple shadow and mock-up background. Thanks.

Would it be possible to add some additional tee shirt color choices for women? The "Women's Basic T-Shirt" only comes in white, pink, grey, red, black, and blue, with only three of these (black, red, royal blue) available for vivid printing. In theory the Bella + Canvas style offers a wide range of color choices, but nearly all of them have been out of stock for months, and the colors that aren't are basically the same options (grey, white, red, black, blue, pink) offered in the Women's Basic T-Shirt. This is such a limited range, and colors like bright red and royal blue don't work well with a lot of designs. I've been using the unisex "Basic T-Shirt" instead, as it comes in more colors. Unfortunately, there is only one merchandising photo showing a female model, and she is paired with a male model. The new collections setup includes tee shirts as a "recommended product" for bridal showers or bachelorette parties; it's incredibly awkward to show, say, a "bride to be" design on a male model. I would love to see more color choices for women's shirts, or at the very least, a woman modeling the unisex shirt (without a man in the photo). It would also be great to have a maternity tee shirt option and/or a model showing how the Basic T-Shirt fits a pregnant woman (if it even fits at all?) The baby shower collections suggest adding a "mommy to be" shirt, so it's frustrating that there isn't actually a product suitable for this type of design.

When clicking from the earnings page to see what sold, working on a transfer or anything else that involves the product page, it's extremely annoying and distracting to have to smack the escape key when that giant ad banner shows up. What I'd like to suggest is a small checkbox on these banners that say something like a simple "No Thanks", "Don't Show Again" or "I'm a Designer not a Shopper", or maybe a "Do Not Disturb" setting I could select so that Zazzle doesn't bother me with any popups at all, including the "Continue This Design" popup reminder for saved designs. In fact for that I'd like to suggest a "Saved Design" indicator at the top of the product page that I could click on instead. Anything that would create a more distraction-free environment that doesn't disrupt the design process would be a welcome change. Thx.

If someone is buying a digital download of an invitation, they should not be allowed to apply a 50% off coupon to a digital download. They should have to pay full price for the invitation for the convenience of gettin our product not as a POD item at a POD site lol. An invite that would be $12-14 ($12-18 on Etsy in the good old days) should not be given away for a measly $5.98. Please consider restricting coupons to printed products. They are getting a crazy deal if they are getting our goods for pennies. While I appreciate that the percentage is much more fair, the price they ultimately pay is NOT lining up with what we would charge for a digital design on other marketplaces or our own websites. I would also really love to be able to see if they are erasing all the text and downloading blanks etc. We have no access to see the edits being made to see if our proprietary goods are being abused. Thanks!!

The groovy vibe is currently very popular on Zazzle, and I would love for the platform to offer some cool, retro fonts. While we can currently add retro fonts as an image, it would be much better if customers could edit these fonts within their designs.

By typing "thank you cards" into the Zazzle search bar, a drop-down list appears of various options one can click---and not ONE offers "non-wedding thank you" or maybe "everyday thank you cards" or something like that. I, a designer, wanted to find a page of non-wedding, general occasion thank you cards for a link to add to a social media to go along with a collection I was posting and it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get away from photo wedding thank you and to find more generalized, everyday sort of thank you's. After trying a variety of search terms, using "any occasion thanks," FINALLY brought me to cute, more generalized non-wedding thank you cards. It didn't used to be so difficult. Not having a search option in the Zazzle list of suggested searches for people looking for non-wedding thank you cards hurts designers like myself and others who DO design cute, non-wedding, more general occasion thank you cards & postcards and you are hurting our sales by NOT offering a way to access them! Tell this suggestion to your Team.

I would like to see Grocery Bags with handles and made from recyclable materials that can stand on their own when filling with groceries, etc. The sides could be designed with a solid color, with the front and back designed with an all-over print. These would be very similar to the type of bags that can be purchased at many grocery stores for a few dollars and usually advertise their store name on them. I really love these type of bags because they are sturdy and waterproof and can stand on their own when filling with groceries.

This yellow warning triangle is really annoying.. many of us designers use images that go off the edges intentionally.. I think that designers and customers need their OWN backend.. it just makes designing harder for those of us who are doing this daily.. to have to stop and look for things renamed and moved .. had to locate where my images were.. I don't even know what it was called before, I just know where it was.. now at the top called uploads.. confusing and unnecessary.. the continual chat box bottom right corner.. is distracting.. Please give the designers their OWN SPACE.. instead of making things geared for customers to understand.. please?

I have a number of wedding enclosures designed on the small cards - stuff like website etc. The problem is that in sizes smaller than 3.5x5 they're only available in matte or ultra-thick paper. All of the other paper choices are missing. This is a real problem for people ordering wedding suites if they can't order the enclosures to match the invitations etc. Please consider making those smaller sizes available in all paper types.

So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase. To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. Thanks for considering it!

I'm analyzing some of my products from the backend. I want to suggest a feature where we can see the items we have "hidden" from the collections album, probably just a mark to indicate that it's hidden, instead of clicking through the products one by one in the Collections to see if it's hidden, then go back to the collections again to check on the other items. Thank you!

I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Meanwhile: I wish you all continued success

I know some version of this has been suggested before, and I know Zazzle already has a huge amount of products that they offer, but I would love if there were some more all-over-print clothing options. I know tees and sweatshirts has been suggested in the past. Personally I would love to see dresses and skirts, possibly sports bras or other sporty tops to go with the different leggings we already have. I even tried setting up a separate store using Printful because of the different dress and skirt options they have, but it was taking too much time away from creating for Zazzle, and I already had enough on my plate.
