I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? A great idea would be either spiral bound notebooks or 3 ring binders with inserts that are large recipe cards that users can handwrite their own recipes on

It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement. When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy. When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc. I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer. Just a thought!

Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width.

Right now business cards are only offered as packs of 100. I think the idea of having a 100 item minimum is good, but I did receive an inquiry from a customer who was hoping to order 150 business cards, but who was disappointed that there only options were to order 100 or 200. So. I'm passing off the suggestion to allow customers to increase their order in units of 50.

I've been dealing with customer service but I don't think my issue/feedback has made it to the proper channels. I ordered some samples of my holiday card designs. They looked great HOWEVER the all-in-one cards were paper clipped. And the paper clip scratched the image on card. Customer service was great about sending a replacement. I get it - and there's another paper clip on there again scratching the card. So I get another replacement; it arrived yesterday with - you guessed it - a paper clip scratching the card. And that replacement was also printed on paper that isn't even an option for the all in one cards (it was on semi gloss and only matte or pearl are offered). I'm at a loss with how to communicate that this is a problem that should be addressed, hence this post. My Zazzle customer service experiences have always been top-notch (truly!) but this is just getting pretty frustrating that the problem isn't being addressed. Appreciate any help getting this passed along and taken care of!

I know this has been discussed to death, and I know Zazzle is analyzing data from the test run, but I just want to add another voice to the chorus begging for this feature. I just had to delete about 30 products that I'd already promoted because I discovered that I forgot to set the inner fill property on the photo template. It just kills me not to be able to fix things like that, and deleting products after they've already been promoted is such a messy solution.

It would be lovely if we get notified when indexing is running slow and there's a delay with new products appearing in the marketplace/store front and/or views not updating. Any chance of alerting us via the Notifications feed with a heads up? Thanks for considering!

When switching from the circle/square metal keychains to the rectangle shape the default is vertical. If the image is horizontal the customer needs to click through and access the design tools. It would be easier if they had a check box on the main page that gave a horizontal option without needing to access the design tools. Thanks for considering!

When multiple threads appear from panicky Creators as they did recently (maybe 20 threads on same topic) re the disappearing products from their back view can Zazzle make an announcement that appears in account pages where other announcements appear to say: " we are aware of [this issue] and we are working on it, etc." The obvious solution to ask Creators to use search before posting, however it's easy to forget especially when one is in heightened stress mode. Though we should all be mindful of this too! Thank you

A new product idea - pillow wraps. They come in standard sizes with a Velcro closure, and can be designed for endless holidays, décor enhancement, special occasions, seasons, etc. I purchased the one in the photo many years ago. Thank you! 🙂

We really need the words "return address" to be added to the end of the title for the return address labels. Only the word "label" shows up, which means we have to waste 11 of the very limited 50 characters for the title to add those words. Even just the word "Address" would be an improvement!

Zazzle promotes all types of holidays and dedications. I think this is a good thing. However, the month of June seems to have taken a backseat to one of the most long honored devotions. This month has long been dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Please consider mentioning this as the month of June draws near. I'm no expert at dresses since I never wear them 😄, but seeing how it's always trending in the summer, I think offering a basic dress in different sizes could be a big hit on Zazzle in the summer times. And it would be especially cool for creators if it has an all-over print. Think of summer dresses, simple bridesmaid dresses, cocktail party dress, glitter, gradients, floral, etc. Something like this, but there are probably thousands of types. PS. Don't forget me when you launch this product 😉

Happy Monday! On the back end, in addition to the "Total Views (Most to Least)" and "Newest to Oldest" please add the options to sort products by "Least to Most" Total Views and "Oldest to Newest." This would be very helpful for quality assurance and promotional activities. I have more the 10,000 products and I have not been able to figure out a way to view/review the oldest products and those views least. I've tried different ways to get to these, but I am unable to so, Best.

It would be nice if designers could submit their best work to editors pick. The few editors picks I have are definitely nor my best work and I feel like my good stuff gets overlooked. That way it would make it easier for editors to sort through products and find good ones to highlight. Maybe editors pick could last a few months then rotate out so search results don't look stuck on the same editors picks every time a customer does a search

I just noticed a new bell notification. "We think you'll like this store". 🔔 Does it make sense to offer this to creators? I would like to opt out of this and "Designer just created a new collection". I stopped following fellow creators because of that. I would love to follow them with opting out of notifications (like YouTube has). I can't have notifications full of things I am not interested in. 🔕 Then I don't see the things like "somebody added your item in a collection", new review.. and important stuff like this. Another one is when somebody gets extra generous (thank you ❤️ ) and gives a lot of Zazzle likes & the notifications are so long it overrides everything else that I might be interested in. Can you make longer scroll bar for notifications? I would really love to have different options for notifications. 💡If I think about it all, the easiest solution would be at least a longer scroll bar option. It is weird that we can't see all of our notifications. Can we access them somewhere? Please @zazzle consider this. Thank you!
