Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. Would it be possible to not count views to a product when the shop owner is the one that views a product? So when I go to my product page to double-check that the template is correct/change the cover photo/etc it won't count me as a view on the backend. It kind of messes with our stats over time.

Having the option for diary/journal-style page layouts for notebooks would open up a whole new market for businesses that take reservations. I'm thinking of barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, veterinary surgeons, chiropractors, dentists, etc., etc... Yes, many business have computerised reservations now, but a vast number still prefer to do it "by hand". A day-to-a-page option, or even week-to-view across a double page spread would do it.

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!

It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out. So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products.

Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. Thanks for considering this request.

Is there any chance Zazzle will consider square folded cards? I have so many designs that would work better on a square card would love that to be a new option in the future, before Christmas would be even better! Hope you consider this and a folded card landscape on the smaller edge full print. I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got : Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card. The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color issues in printing - I have tried to contact support via email and it falls on deaf ears - PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and be the correct color - Im upset to tears right now - what is going on in the printing department? I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made? if so can we please fix them? If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the stay at home years - brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.

I would like to see Curtain Valances available as a product on Zazzle. You have Curtains but no curtain valances. I see some really cute princess curtains, but no curtain valances are available to match. It would be awesome if you could add curtain valances to the products.
