Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.

it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags. First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I don't see why a Zazzle email isn't optional for every Collection type?

I hope this can be added to 'Zazzle's lengthy 'to do' list. Thanks! This first image below shows a design on the new foil invitation using a black background. The second image is on the same design with a white background and the final image is the same design on one of the older folded greeting cards. As you can see, on the black background the in situ looks like a flat yellow with no texture or color gradation...on a white background it looks slightly better as it shows some depth. The in situ for the folded greeting cards is so much better as it shows some texture and variation in color. I wouldn't be tempted to buy the invitation because it just doesn't look like foil. The product manager shows all your products. This is great but can get unwieldy. It's great that you can use the bar on the left to filter by custom category or Zazzle department. I'd love to be able to filter by collection though. Maybe just a drop-down list on the left right above your custom categories. Ideally it would combine with whichever department or category you've chosen. Thanks!

I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this. It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty). And if the customer does purchase prints of their design then they would still receive the digital file just as a discounted rate.

It's unbelievable how many "me too" posts are generated in the Tech forum. We need someone to lock all but the original post. Usually someone from Z has acknowledge the issue on the first post. But members don't seem to look for duplicate threads of the same problem and start another. Even writing on those duplicate threads with links to the original does nothing to deter other's from adding their "me too" posts. If a moderator would lock those duplicate posts the original posts wouldn't be pushed to the bottom.

I’d love to be able to sort my listings by royalty %. I have some product lines that have multiple royalty price points and without a sort it’s hard to keep track because everything is jumbled together. Adding this search to the drop down menu would be very helpful.

I had a family member that was an avid puzzle builder and loved to frame them and hang them throughout the home. I think that having the option to purchase puzzle glue and a frame at the time of purchase may be an additional revenue stream for puzzles. Thanks for considering. I've been designing a lot of envelopes recently and have a few suggestions/requests. First, it would be really helpful if there were customizable envelopes available for all the size cards that Zazzle offers. The two requests I get most frequently are for envelopes for 3.5x5 inch cards (not sure what size that is) and size A9 - for cards designed on 8.5x5.5 inch paper (cardstock) sheets. Second, would it be possible to get a product view that included the front as well as both back views (open and closed) of the envelope? Often, most of the design is on the inside flap, but if I choose that view, then customers can't tell whether the design has a pre-printed return address on the back flap, or a pre-printed mail-to address on the front. 1.) Can we please get a new department, to choose from, for magnets? All magnets default to kitchen magnets and I find it odd, that there is not a department for car magnets, when I am making a car magnet. 2.) Hi Everyone So I have had customers asking me about Wedding Websites and in more depth Websites that would be matching the templates to my designs. Zazzle has give us a QR Code generator which works amazingly and is great but this sends traffic away from Zazzle to other sites who have wedding websites. Is it a possibility that Zazzle could look at offering this service in the future? Whereby our digital or printed cards could be available on a wedding website in this template form (and the websites could sell like a digital product for example). Or a combo like is already available. I feel these additional offerings could also bring more traffic and extra sales on top of the current printed and digital sales, it also could target a different customer base. Thanks

Is there a way for the customer to select the matching envelope when purchasing wedding invitations? I have seen the envelope drop-down box option, but the only options were for either a white envelope or none at all. I think it might be a good idea if, when purchasing wedding invitations, the customer had the option of selecting the matching envelope made by the same designer. For example, in the drop-down box when purchasing the invitations, there should be the option of something like, "white, matching design, none" rather than just white or none. Just a suggestion.

Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us. We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us. The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response. My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling. A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials. I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine. For example... 1. One for shipping times. 2. One for order mistakes with name, etc.. 3. One for product materials and specifications. 4. One for returns.
