I just discovered a fun product that I believe would fit in very nicely with the rest of Zazzle's party and event items: Tear-off Cocktail Napkin Rolls. There's even a holder for them that could be an optional accessory to order. I hope Zazzle looks into these!

Can we please have a sort feature parameter for OOS or temporarily sold out? Perhaps we would like to organize those in our stores for our customers. One, for those customers that don't want to see those products and ultimately be left disappointed and never come back. Two, for those are hopeful customers that keep coming back to the same product notification, and be left disappointed again and again, despite multiple attempts, and so exhausted they're not coming back ever again. And three, for those creative designers who don't come to the forums because they've reluctantly tried to report or find out about a reported product being OOS. And lastly, four, a big need for some of us to organize.

I would like to suggest an improvement for the default product mockups on Zazzle. For many products, it is currently difficult for customers to see at a glance what the item actually is. Examples include bath mats, bedding, coasters, tiles, light switch covers, etc. Often, these look like a flat digital file rather than a physical product in a real-world setting. If a designer chooses not to create custom Cover Photos, Zazzle should provide better, high-quality default mockups that show the product in its natural environment (e.g., a bath mat on a floor, or a tile on a wall). This would improve the customer experience and help our products stand out without the extra manual work of creating individual mockups for every single item.

I would like to suggest a new feature for the design tool to improve the artist experience. Currently, if I want to change the font or color for multiple customizable text lines, I have to do it manually for every single field. This is very time-consuming. It would be great to have a Apply to All button for fonts and colors or a Global Styles option. This would allow us to change the font and color for all text elements at once with just one click. This small change would save a lot of time and make the design process much more efficient.

Allow users to edit text within existing designs and save changes directly, eliminating the need to delete and repost to fix minor typos.

It would be great, if we get a page on top too, so we don`t have to scroll 204 items to the next page, especially when we have many designs to change, edit, make cover photos, etc. Even better is, if you can put in manual the page number.

We need a place and table card all in one for every single guest. So the card must be selectable for 1 Card only. I use the thankful cards to do it. This is not very professional.

I think it would be really nice to have rag paper style greeting cards with rag edges.

Earlier this week, one of my designs was rejected with the reason "an image and/or text that is not suitable for printing...". It turned out to be a typo in my tags that accidentally created a bad word 😟. In the past, I've had two other designs rejected due to tag words I wasn't aware were copyrighted. This time, it went straight to review and I received an instant email, so I'm guessing a new automated text scanning system is in place. It's quite alarming receiving a violations email, since it doesn't tell you what the reason is, and you have to ask. It made me think that for copyright or unsuitable words, it would be much better if a warning appeared when you attempt to publish your design, similar to how it works when you forget to check a box. This way, you could see the word highlighted and fix it straight away. I wonder if that's possible?

As a number of the favor boxes styles (gable, takeout, tent), are now available in 2 or 3 sizes, it would be nice to have the merchandising options reflect it: - "This Style", to encompass the additional sizes - and "This Style and Size" (i.e. exact) added Thank you for your consideration! W.H.

When the reason for the rejection is "Your Letterpress design’s orientation is not locked," would it be possible to bounce the design to the revise and resubmit page? Whenever I've checked mine, it's empty. This would make recreating the design a lot easier, especially for those of us who can't remember what the design looked like in the first place 😅 Thank you!

I had an issue with Google Analytics no longer updating starting yesterday (1/23/26). I thought that Google Analytics was down. That turned out not to be true. Upon more investigating, GA was no longer checked in Zazzle advanced settings in all of my stores so it was no longer updating. I figured out how to fix it. There’s apparently updated code that needs to be added. My old code in Zazzle advanced settings started with UA-xxx… The new code, found in Google Analytics, began with G-xxx…. Find the code in GA by going to Admin, click on data streams, click on the store feed and find the “Measurement ID” code. I replaced the UA code in Zazzle advanced settings with the new one, clicked the check box and submitted. Click on a product to check that it’s working. It should shortly come up on the GA real time page. Do this for all Zazzle stores with a separate GA tracking code. All of my GA feeds are now updating.

When you add a product to a collection through either the product page or when posting it for sale, the product always appears in the collection with the default merchandising settings instead of the chosen ones. There is a work around - if you post it to the collection from the products list in your store rather than from the individual product page, the collection will show your chosen settings, but it totally defeats the purpose of being able to add it to a collection when posting. It would be SUPER helpful if products could maintain their chosen settings when shown in a collection. Likewise, if you edit the product merchandising settings - like you change the default size or paper etc., those settings are NOT reflected inside of the collection. The only way to get the new settings into the collection is to delete the product from the collection, then search for the product in the products list in your store and add it back from there. It's really a huge time waster for something that should fairly simple and straightforward. It would be really great if this issue could get fixed.

I just noticed the duvet covers Zazzle offers are very small. Twin: 88" x 68" Queen: 88" x 88" King: 104" x 88" In fact, I've never seen duvet covers that small offered in any store or on any website. Also, while most duvet covers in stores may be sold with microfiber material, we should also make them available with cotton material, as some people prefer "breathable" material.

There should be a notification to us regarding the products that are replaced. They sit among other "saved designs", and there's no way to know for sure if anything has been done yet or not. It often becomes confusing to me because the saved designs means you go from there to actually work on them. If you go to the "replaced products" from the saved designs, I think it the next message from Zazzle states, "Do I want to still work on them?" ...Well, how should I know if it's been replaced or not?? This is why the replaced products should either have a notification or a separate place, once they are literally fixed/replaced to let us know something, before we're wasting your time, repeating the process over and over again.

Please consider adding booklets for wedding programs to your list of products. I've designed many trifold programs but would love to see booklets for longer programs. Program booklets with four, six or even eight pages would be a wonderful addition. Thank you.

I've read the discussion posts on being able to move items between stores, but I'm adding it here as a suggestion. When I first started on Zazzle, I didn't realize that a specific sub-niche of wedding invitations would end up being 50% of my sales. I would love to be able to create and market a store specifically for that avatar, but I have so many products and sales and stats I don't want to lose! I really think in the long run, it would also benefit Zazzle, because specific markets and buyers could be targeted much easier, and therefore most likely driving up sales. I understand this suggestion has been around on the discussion boards for years, but PLEASE consider a way to do this. It most definitely would benefit BOTH designers and Zazzle!

SVG files are great for customers who want to match specific brand colors or wedding color scheme etc. but they must be selected in the design area to access color options. When used as picture frames (or "picture shields" with cutouts), they prevent customers from selecting the photo beneath. The new customer design tool recommends locking frames above template objects, but SVG frames must remain unlocked. This could be solved by enabling photo selection within the 'open area' of an unlocked picture frame. Is that a possibility? Plus, this would be super helpful for designers without access to the 'Replace Feature' option, as many older designs face this photo-blocking issue with normal unlocked frames! Example: https://www.zazzle.com/cute_personalized_photo_custom_color_love_heart_classic_round_sticker-256439832508746722 The heart frame is an SVG that customers can select and see the color options. It's unlocked and positioned above the photo. But, only the SVG can be selected in the design area because it's layered above the photo. Repeated attempts to select the blocked photo could result in accidentally shifting the picture frame. If only the photo could be selected within the open area of the frame!

If we could maybe have a giant warning on photo based items, or have the safe lines moved in even more? I've noticed a number of reviews lately are negative because of people/faces getting cut off of the sides of a variety of items. As designers we have to make sure the template goes to the edge, but then it seems the customers may be allowing the faces too close to the edge or safe lines when they change them out. So not sure what can/should be done, just noticing quite a few coming in with the same customer notes.
