From what I can tell, the "Search this store" search doesn't include word variants such as plurals or close matches. For instance, if I have a product with the tag "dragon" and instead search for "dragons," that product doesn't show up at all. It makes it difficult for me to find things within my own store, so I know that it isn't serving my customers well either. ... View more

Is there a way for the marketing department to create a video or tutorial that explains how Zazzle works. 90% of the customers who message me are asking things like "can you ship this by XX date?" They all think we are actual creators of the product like on Etsy. I don't mind telling them and explaining that I don't print or ship, but it feels like a pretty frequent frustration from other designers as well. I know that there is an auto reply option, but if that many customers don't understand the concept of Print on demand or they think the function of the "ask the creator" messages are to inquire about shipping, perhaps Zazzle could be proactive on the welcome page and educate the customer how this is all set up. Would it be possible to add some additional tee shirt color choices for women? The "Women's Basic T-Shirt" only comes in white, pink, grey, red, black, and blue, with only three of these (black, red, royal blue) available for vivid printing. In theory the Bella + Canvas style offers a wide range of color choices, but nearly all of them have been out of stock for months, and the colors that aren't are basically the same options (grey, white, red, black, blue, pink) offered in the Women's Basic T-Shirt. This is such a limited range, and colors like bright red and royal blue don't work well with a lot of designs. I've been using the unisex "Basic T-Shirt" instead, as it comes in more colors. Unfortunately, there is only one merchandising photo showing a female model, and she is paired with a male model. The new collections setup includes tee shirts as a "recommended product" for bridal showers or bachelorette parties; it's incredibly awkward to show, say, a "bride to be" design on a male model. I would love to see more color choices for women's shirts, or at the very least, a woman modeling the unisex shirt (without a man in the photo). It would also be great to have a maternity tee shirt option and/or a model showing how the Basic T-Shirt fits a pregnant woman (if it even fits at all?) The baby shower collections suggest adding a "mommy to be" shirt, so it's frustrating that there isn't actually a product suitable for this type of design. ... View more

I've been dealing with customer service but I don't think my issue/feedback has made it to the proper channels. I ordered some samples of my holiday card designs. They looked great HOWEVER the all-in-one cards were paper clipped. And the paper clip scratched the image on card. Customer service was great about sending a replacement. I get it - and there's another paper clip on there again scratching the card. So I get another replacement; it arrived yesterday with - you guessed it - a paper clip scratching the card. And that replacement was also printed on paper that isn't even an option for the all in one cards (it was on semi gloss and only matte or pearl are offered). I'm at a loss with how to communicate that this is a problem that should be addressed, hence this post. My Zazzle customer service experiences have always been top-notch (truly!) but this is just getting pretty frustrating that the problem isn't being addressed. This is an idea I had not and sure if it is technically possible, but thought I'd suggest it anyway. The reason Pinterest prefer the long vertical rectangle images to squares is because they work better on a mobile phone. Ie they match the dimensions of the mobile screen giving a better experience for mobile users.  NOTE: This would also apply to Zazzle customers viewing products on their phones! Our collections when shared on Pinterest look great and suit this purpose as they feature the cover image above then 4 images below.  It would be so amazing if we could have the same experience when pinning single products from the product page. The proposal is that the pinned image in addition to sharing the product image it includes 4 of the 'alternative product views' below. Thus satisfying Pinterest's needs for vertical images ( not square). Alternatively (or, as well as)  we could have the option to download such an image to then share to Pinterest. Thoughts?   ... I think the option of adding the ruler has been suggested before but yeah, reiterating the request for a horizontal and vertical ruler (that you can toggle mm/cm/inch for your preference) in the design tool AND guidelines that we can drag in and move around as needed would be wonderful in setting up layouts the way we intend them to look. for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount.   Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something?  Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page.  finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass.  it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie...     Thank you for your consideration!  ... I know that it's been suggested before, but we really, really need a good in-situ view for Duvet Covers. As it is, one can't tell what they are looking at, and the design detail is tiny. A view showing them on a bed would do the trick. Also, we could really use more views on the Pillows. The round pillows, in particular, look like a lump of nothing. A nice view of them on a sofa or chair, please! There are so many items that need an in-situ view, and Zazzle should make this a priority. Within our Collections tab the default shows us 60 collections at a time. We have to scroll to the very bottom to "load more collections". It's pretty daunting (and still adds way more clicking) to keep scrolling down to add another 60 collections for us to view. It would be great to have the "Show 100" or 200 etc. option at the top of the page like the old Collections tab page had prior to the changes. Also when we refresh that Collections page it automatically refreshes to the first 60 collections. Here again, it's more scrolling and clicking to get to the lower tiered collections to work with. ... View more

We have "Recently Used Fonts" which populates with any font you've even tried within a design.  It would be really helpful as a designer (and probably as an end customer as well) if there was a fly-out for "Fonts Used in this Product" which would ONLY list the fonts currently active/in use on a product. This would save time when finalizing our designs, and also make it easier for customers when adding text boxes.    : ) ... View more

I thought I asked this a while ago (can't find it now) but please please please.... can we please finally have double side product (front and back together) product views in one same image? Front and back of coffee mug in same image / insitu Front and back Tshirt image in   "         " This is kind of important for products that have a message on one side and punchline on the back.... see only the front of such a design takes away all the pop and power of a two side message, joke, even front and back images THESE ARE NOT my images: I'm just displaying as example of front and back designs. Imagine the front and back like father and son design below.... and all the customer sees as the representing image is the father and son sitting... who is going to know what the other side says unless both are displayed in one product view image? Hi Zazzle Team, Now that the little graphic that used to be under the product image on the product page is gone, there is no way that I can easily tell if a product is in a collection.  It doesn't really matter to me how you do it, but please provide some way for us to be able to tell if something is in a collection.  As of now, besides opening a collection to see if something is in it, there isn't a way to know that it has been added to at least 1 collection. As things are evolving, maybe its there somewhere and I'm just missing it??  But it would be helpful to know that I did add something to a collection without going through collections the product might have been added to. These user questions get posted in multiple different forum discussion areas. It would be helpful if all of these type of payment/earnings questions had their own forum category with the appropriate Zazzle Mods from the payment department reviewing regularly and responding to these concerns. ...
