It might be helpful for the digital stats to be able to be sorted independently of printed stats.  Meaning, currently, even after drilling down the backend preview to Show digital stats only, and also selecting the "digital enabled" radio button... if I sort by "orders all time" or "last sold date" - I'm seeing them in order of print sales and NOT digital sales.  I think I'd love the option to view digital sales entirely separately/without taking printed sales into consideration?  Also if there was a way to show them a little more obviously in the Earnings section (besides the little "t" and transferred indication), (a different column color on the Earnings page similar to canceled orders? Instead of the "t" maybe an uppercase "D"?) it would be helpful from a visual standpoint and a spreadsheet sorting/filter standpoint.    🙂 thanks! ... View more

It would be so helpful if we included the zRank to our My Stores page, because some of us have multiple stores.  You have to go into each one's home page if you want to gather that information up.  I wish to see it included on the My Stores page instead of each store. Another suggestion, once we complete the store to 100%, it's nice to have this show up.  However, it seems like it takes up "unused" space at the top after many months.  Could this notice disappear after, say a month or so many days?  It's not useful once we see the 100% completion.   Thanks for any considerations! ... 🤔  I think it would be helpful if we could have a way to narrow our sort for our store's Invitations & Stationery category by sizes.   There's a real burden on our part to seemingly memorize all the different sizes of all the various paper and card stock.  Thumbnail pictures only allow us a small picture to view all kinds of various paper products.  We are always trying to sort out products in many different ways, even using the subcategories it does not help very much.  Now in addition to the downloadables, sorting by size could help us tremendously in visualizing what is what. Actually, pillows have the fabric options Polyester, Zipperless, Cotton, and Outdoor. IMO it would be helpful for customers to add a zipper note on the "regular" fabric options and add Polyester on the zipperless one, AND to change the order. E.g. Polyester, zipperless Polyester, w. zipper Cotton, w. zipper Outdoors, w. zipper This way you can list the less expensive zipperless variant as default, and for customers, it's clearer what they get. It would be wonderful if we could select multiple layers and move them at the same time.  For example, you've designed a card with images and wording. Then, you decide to put a bunch of stars on the background. You can copy and paste the stars but, each one ends up on top. Then, you have to drag each one individually down so it's in the back layer. It currently takes a very long time to set up a thorough store category tree in Zazzle. If I am making a listing for an item that should be placed in a new category several sub-categoies deep, it takes so many clicks! Aside on the Maths of Making A New Category - Skip this if youre in a rush To make a top-level category, it takes 2 clicks: New, and 'Edit Category'. That's not bad. But the deeper your tree goes, the clicks goes way up. 2nd level category: 4 clicks (New > Select > Click top-level category to nest under > 'Edit Category') 5th level category: 7 clicks (New > Select > Click top-level category, 2nd level, 3rd level, 4th level > 'Edit Category') If you were making a 5th level category from scratch, that would make 2+4+5+6+7=24 clicks. And this is all if you do it while creating a product listing. If you do it in category management, you also have to factor in whole pages loading for each click. New Idea: Text Editor Here is my idea. It would be great if there were a plain text editor to plan out the department tree. It could use a symbol like a > to indicate a subcategory For example, a tree for clothing and then womens clothing and then shirts could be typed out like this: Apparel > Womens > Tops A whole apparel tree may look like this: Apparel Apparel > Womens Apparel > Womens > Tops Apparel > Womens > Tops > T-Shirts Apparel > Womens > Tops > Sleeveless Tops Apparel > Womens > Tops > Outerwear Apparel > Womens > Tops > Outerwear > Sweaters Apparel > Womens > Bottoms Apparel > Womens > Bottoms > Leggings Ideally there would also be a functionality where if you tried to delete a line / category, you would be prompted where you'd like those items to be moved - to a new category or to an 'unsorted' category. The benefit of a system like this would be the speed at which one could make new categories - as fast as typing. This would be multiplied by being able to copy lines and edit them, to make a new department and all its subcategories even faster. For example, I could copy the above line and change Womens to Mens. Another benefit would be the clarity. I can see the whole tree on one screen. It's easier to tell if I am missing a category or need to copy one from say, the Mens branch to the Womens branch. Another alternative way to design the category tree could be a flowchart. Again, the ability to copy and paste pieces would be very important to increasing efficiency of tree editing. One last suggestion I would like to make is that clearly Zazzle already has a very good department tree set up. There probably are people who don't want to mess around with having to invent their own, especially if they are new to Zazzle and POD in general. It could save a lot of time for such people if the personal category tree could just be a copy of the Zazzle Department tree. And then simply hiding categories on the Store page if they are unused i.e. contain 0 products. Thank you to anyone who read all this. I know it's a long post. From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper. This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'. However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was: 'will all the text appear on the front side'? Which is quite different. She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'. A small twiddle re previews (overlay text) just to say 'this is the front view' and 'this is the back view' would help negate this issue going further. Many thanks   ... View more

Could we please get an option to make a new category or subcategory while we are listing a product? Sometimes when I'm posting a new design, I get to the listing page and when I try to select the store category, I realize I forgot to make a category for that design. So then I have to stop and go back and make the category, then finish the listing. I checked out the new Instagram videos for the making of products and was disappointed. They went too fast and were too narrow to gain any concept of how things are done. YouTube is a far better format for this with the time, natural speed, and wide format and can, therefore, be vastly more informative.
