It has always been very easy to add items to collections and over the years some get really full. However, when a collection get's too packed there is no easy way to remove items in bulk. Yes, you can try the backwards way to add stuff that are already in a collection in order to automatically delete them. However, if the collection is really full, you just get an error message saying you can't add more products. Removing items from the bottom of the collection is hard too. You have to press 5 different LOAD NOW buttons to get to the bottom of the page. Then, you remove 1 item the page refreshes then you have to click on 5 more different load now buttons. Then, remove and repeat.... SOLUTION: A checkbox next to each item in the collection with the following options on TOP 1. Remove From Collection 2. Move to Top of Collection 3. Move to Bottom of Collection BONUS WISH: Add an option to the "ACTIONS BUTTON" that say's remove from collection. We have great sorting features and adding features for collections. We just need an easier way to remove items in bulk. Thanks!!!

I love the cropping tool. It works great. It would be nice (and please let me know if I am missing this somewhere) ... If there was a tool to allow me to crop or frame my images into circles, ovals or rounded corners. I know there are shape options but they are opaque and don't work as a frame or rounding tool. I have checked out the frame options, but there is nothing simple for creating a circular picture. I do most of my image editing on my computer, but in order to maintain the file size to make the image useable here, it seems better to use the edit tools on the site. With thousands of products, I'm always trying to make things easier to manage. One thing that would help streamline things is the PRODUCT TYPE in the back end in bold type while browsing items . BONUS WISH: Click on the products BOLD TYPE and instantly all those products would be shown. YES....I could go through the directory and search for a product type under it's correct classification which sometimes takes a while as I'm not sure if it's under Office, Home, Sports, etc, and what subcategory. But... clicking on a bold name under a type of product and having all those items in the store displayed would be AWESOME!!!

BACKEND MANAGING COLLECTIONS I have difficulty figuring out what some of the products are in my collections as the title is ABBREVIATED and leaves out the end, which generally says what product I'm looking at. Did I make a sticker, round invitation, paper plate, magnet, button, wall decal, window decal....etc.. Or is it the discontinued plate? EXAMPLE BELOW:

I opened a new store and clicked on it and got a message under my name. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful. LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012. I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) If not, I'd like an option to turn off the joined date and followers data, as, I don't really want this store as my real name since I'm trying to run it as part of a business. Thanks

Yes, this has been asked before, I know. But I'm doing some serious envelope designing and editing, and trying to "cross-reference" my descriptions, telling the buyer which of the co-ordinating cards will fit with which envelope. My 'math brain' is hurting, because so few of all the cards (folded or flat) actually match up with the envelopes, particularly the A2 and A6 sizes. The A7 envelopes are easy enough - 5"x7" flat and folded cards. The square envelopes only fit the 5.25" square flat cards. (Wish we had folded square cards). But the A2 is 4.375"x5.5", and says it fits 'standard A2 4.25"x5.6" cards'. But Zazzle doesn't offer a 4.25"x5.6" card. The closest are the 4"x5.6" folded note/greeting cards, and the 4.25"x5.5" flat cards. And the A6 envelope is 4.75"x6.5", and says it fits 'standard A6 4"x6" cards'. Again, Zazzle doesn't sell 4"x6" cards. I'm saying it will work with the 4"x5.6" folded cards, and the 4.5"x6.25" flat cards. I had someone message me not long ago about which card would fit with a specific envelope, but my brain was 'cold', and I embarrassed myself trying to direct them to the right card. Am I missing something obvious that would make all this easier? It would be so nice to have card and envelope sizes that matched up better, as well as more envelope options for more cards, like the 3.5"x5", and maybe 4"x9" or 9.25"? Ok, and the little 3.5"x2.5" notecards. OK, just for all the sizes. There, I said it. Please. 🙂

It would be super FABULOUS to have the a check mark box option when creating a template that would enable you to make a text field change required - just like how that function exists with images (forcing the customer to change the image before being able to purchase). This would be a beneficial update for these reasons, plus more: Make the customer more aware of what other creative options are included with the template - options they would have not have been aware of unless they clicked on "edit this design further." Less returns from customers who "forgot" to change a portion of text that should have been customized (even though they get the red warning text when a template field had not been changed when trying to check out). Here is an example of an invite with back text that I would make a requirement to change before checking out: https://www.zazzle.com/monogram_hearts_in_the_sand_beach_wedding_invitation-256292676907651459 The back text enables the customer to realize that they can include other popular elements to their beach invite (ie. flowers, palm tree leaves, or even their own photo). I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content.

it seems this is becoming a huge problem right now, the review team are not able to keep up the update on the W8 form of many designers. why not automate them just like other sites. zazzle currently are accuse of many things. because they are not able to release payments for the designers. You can check the general discussion on this matter, someone even reported that zazzle withold his earnings for a year now.... is that even possible? with the increase number of people working on zazzle without automating this thing, will become a huge problem.

Hi All, I am a newbie here in Zazzle. I am still finding my way into many aspects Zazzle. One aspect that still confuses me or rather raises a question - WE HAVE TO ENABLE CUSTOMIZE DESIGN OPTION while uploading the design for TRANSFER DESIGN option to work for clients. Couple of questions: -> Why can't transfer the design be an automated benefit for all images that has been uploaded irrespective of customization option enabled or not? -> Creators may not want customers to change or modify the design or even at times lose the authenticity by enabling customization for all designs. While I agree most products like invitation cards, keychains etc will appeal to a customer when customization is open. They can add their names , messages etc. That is the whole point ...we decide which of the designs are open to customization AND irrespective of enabling customization or not ALL FINAL images that have uploaded should be available for "TRANSFER THE DESIGN" to all customers for us to gain sales!! Kindly share your thoughts and inputs. I was told I HAVE TO ENABLE CUSTOMIZATION FOR ALL PRODUCTS IF I WANT TRANSFER THE DESIGN TO WORK I DISAGREE!

I'm a bit discouraged since my products apparently are the last on the search results on that niche and I barely have views (but I'm? IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. It would be great if Zazzle could offer blank prefolded vellum wraps as an optional add-on for wedding invitations. I know they can buy blank ones from Etsy or Amazon, but the goal is to make Zazzle the one stop shop for all their wedding needs. Maybe it would even encourage customers to also buy matching wax seals from the collection.

I love that we have now a semi-circle doormat style added to the conventional, rectangular style, but could we please have a publishing option of making them available in either one style or the other? All of my doormats with "welcome" text on them do not work when transferring from one style to another. Thanks!

It would be really great if customers had the option to purchase different amounts of sheet protectors with their binder purchase. Maybe a drop down box to add different amounts like 12, 24, 36, 50 or something along those lines. Also, an option for Tab Dividers in a similar fashion would nice, and perhaps offer these in different solid color options or white with colored tabs.

I really wish Zazzle would add some items that people really want, like pajamas or pajama pants. People wear them everywhere now and they're not available. Also nightlights were very popular and are no longer available.

I've been a customer of Zazzle for over 2 years and every time I've tried to get one of the shirts that has the cut off sleeves they have never had them in stock I have complained to Zazzle customer service multiple times and they have never redressed my grievances it's ridiculous that for 2 years now I still can't get a sleeveless shirt they're always sold out you guys need to fix this and get more in stock or just get some in stock anyways it seems like you just don't ever have them I'm beyond frustrated that I can't make the shirt that I want for over 2 years

It would be great if the Zazzle design tool would include font effects similar to Canva so we wouldn't have to create files in Canva to be brought over to Zazzle. Canva's effects include shadow, hollow, lift, outline, splice, echo, glitch, neon, background. These can be used to create custom text effects for more creative designs.

Please can you add Engagement as an Event/Occasion in collections, and/or change it so that the Invitations requirement of the Wedding category also accepts Engagement invitations. At the moment, when I put them in the Wedding Category Cross-Sell, it doesn't recognise the invites for the required slot, so I've had to put all my engagement collections in the Similar Style/Theme category instead, which is not ideal. I've also tried putting them under "other" in the events section and put Engagement in the "suggest a category box". Thanks very much.
