I have been trying to find my uploaded media images, and because I am NOT orgizationally blessed, it is taking me hours to find what I want, so I can create more images in Canva and share on social media. So my question is this: can we please, (pretty please with sugar on top,) have the ability to download the cover image that we already uploaded? It's already on file in your system, I am thinking it shouldn't be that difficult. I'm analyzing some of my products from the backend. I want to suggest a feature where we can see the items we have "hidden" from the collections album, probably just a mark to indicate that it's hidden, instead of clicking through the products one by one in the Collections to see if it's hidden, then go back to the collections again to check on the other items.  Thank you!  ... It would be great if the Zazzle design tool would include font effects similar to Canva so we wouldn't have to create files in Canva to be brought over to Zazzle. Canva's effects include shadow, hollow, lift, outline, splice, echo, glitch, neon, background. These can be used to create custom text effects for more creative designs. ... View more

Can we please get a dedicated category specifically for products with these in mind?  Whenever you search the MP, it comes up as a secondary description.  And, there's so many different types of worded tags and titles to help it get close to surfacing, yet not be grouping altogether with all the various similar type of designs.  In the research that I've done, it is still a best selling type of art, that I think would do well as a leader in products to color on - opposed to coloring books. So far, "adult coloring" and "coloring pages" gets close.  Adult coloring gives a good subcategory list, while hardly any products in the MP are listed.  "Coloring pages" gets the subcategory list, but you'll find the first one beyond the 8 or 9th product, and then it's entirely mixed in with non-coloring pages type products.  "Color your own" has no products listed for coloring, and "color me in" has a couple subcategories and probably the most in the MP selection.  However, this still does not connect all the products under one umbrella category for the subject.  Hopefully you can understand, that this is a well deserved category on it's own.  And, it's hard to find a category that they should be found in.      ... It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... Currently with the new system we can only view what is in our collections by 1. we go through a product page or 2. go through the settings. One click is all we need from the Collections page on our profile. Way too much clicking. ... View more

I just got a message from a confused customer. She was ordering a wedding sign - I had made the "his" and "hers" words templates so that people could use the sign for an LGBTQ wedding (His & His, Hers & Hers or whatever) but since she didn't customize those, the "Review your Design" dialog box popped up to alert her. Unfortunately, the message is so vague that she didn't understand what the problem was - she thought she had done something wrong. It would be much less confusing for the customer if the message could spell out what the issue is. Maybe it could read something like "you didn't customize this text, did you mean to do that?" or something on that order. Thanks! ... View more

Hello, The One thing which I keenly look for just after login every time is the Bell or notification icon. Any new sale, or a favorite, or added to a collection alerts just makes my day, boosts creativity. But I never get any notification for Editor's Pick ... the only way I find that out is by randomly checking my collections or if I ever check emails. Would love to be able to save a custom palette for background colors (like you can in Canva) instead of being able to only access the last 6 most recently used.  I spent a lot of time finding the hex codes for a particular palette (like Pantone Spring/Summer 2022...) and would love to be able to easily access those colors/shades without having to rely on my handwritten cheat sheet once I get past 6 or 7 colors.  (Also open to other creators' advise as to how they handle similar issues - TIA  🙂  ... The notifications do not currently link to the specific product that is shown in them, but simply to general areas in the backend, leaving you to search for the object you have been notified about.  I hope this can be upgraded so that where where there is an image, it takes you to that specific product.  For example, I'll often see a notification that says "you have one product that needs optimization."  Let's say I think, wow, I really want to fix that item and get it back into marketplace.  But if I click on that notification it brings me to the big general listing of all of my products that need optimization instead of to the specific product I just saw an image of.  I would have to hunt - sometimes through several pages, to find that item I'd been notified about.  So I wind up not doing anything about it at that moment. It would be much more effective as a prompt if I could click on the image and immediately fix or delete the item that needs optimization. The sales notifications also bring you to a generic page - the page with all recent sales.  That works for me, and I think it's less important for those notifications to go to the item page.  However, it would be really helpful if those optimization prompts took me right through to the specific product so I can take action on it.  I would definitely get more done. ... Discussions about unscrupulous folks who are using screenshots of invitations and other flat products and then printing items elsewhere for cheaper got me thinking that one way to discourage this beyond watermarks, might be to make the product views or mockups in such a way that it discourages this sort of behavior, similar to what is done with t-shirts or other non-flat items. With invitations this could be something along the lines of angling the product just enough so that it can't be screenshotted in a flat state, adding some shadows or adding some sort of small overlay such as a thumb holding the card or some foliage that overlaps a corner. I realize that determined thieves could still find workarounds for such effects, but it would at least make it more challenging to steal the artwork. ... View more
