I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element. I would like to be able to name each element like, “pink rectangle, green square, black bar,” etc.

for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount. Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something? Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page. finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass. it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie... Hello everyone, I'm a new designer in the Zazzle US marketplace. I'm pleased that my cover art notebook/sketchbook "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" I designed for kids has been selected for the 'whimsical' word search term on Zazzle's US marketplace home page. whimsical word search However, my suggestion is for Zazzle's e-commerce team to consider listing products, featured in image word search terms, in the top row when a customer clicks through because when I tap on that link, I don't see my "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" notebook cover design displayed on the top row. In my opinion, customers don't want to keep browsing for products they see on display in an image word search when they click through even if that product image is used for marketing purposes. This could lead to a lot of independent designers missing out on sales as well as Zazzle. Another suggestion I have for Zazzle is to improve the user experience for desktop users by displaying: "Other products from this collection" is positioned directly under the Zazzle designer's product listing, then "Other designs you might like" from other designers on the next row below. I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place. . I noted there were 12 of one design. All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine. I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well. Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates. This would give exposure to more designs and designers. It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from.

Is it possible to put a mark on items or add another dropdown in the stores backend to let the designer know if the items that are in the 'Optimization Needed' group are in a collection. I hate to pass over an item in a collection that should be updated before other items. I have old collections that probably show up almost empty because of this. Collections need to be intergraded with the backend. Currently the only connection is the ability to add an item to a collection. There is nothing showing if an item is in a collection. Doesn't matter what collection just that it is in a collection. Oh if tech is reading this - when I try to add an item that I am making to a collection from the final list item page the collections all come up with the green 'remove' button. --- Visit Leatherwood Design ---

Since your announcement via email that products with cover images will be prioritized over products that do not have them, I've started to dabble and have even created a few. Yay me! But as I go along I do see the need to be able to quickly tell which products do have and don't have a cover photo. Seems like adding something under the product visibility drop down is a logical place to add such a sort. You may have a different idea about where to place it, but having the ability to figure that out quickly would help everyone. On a side note, being able to d/l a transparent .png of the product mock up would be super helpful too! Thanks for reading, PC ..............................................

I have several things in my shopping cart and every time I go to another page the shopping cart pops open in the corner reminding me I have things I haven't purchased. It's super irritating. I always add things to my cart over a couple of days so I can place one order. Maybe that's not how most people shop, but it's how I shop. At this point I just want to write it all down and empty my cart till I'm ready to buy.

Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately. It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like.... " Thank you for writing, however, I could not answer that question so I'm forwarding on your message to Zazzle's help center."

Sometimes the customers need to have a single line of text, sometimes they need 2 or 3 lines. This is the way the product is created: In case the customers need more than one line the text will be off-center: I haven't found a way to solve that, so I'm suggesting the text to be auto aligned when more than one line is added to the product: And the result will be a text that's centered no matter how many lines the customers add:

When working on collections, I only can select to see them on the marketplace. There is no one-click way to jump back to the collection section. To work on another collection I have to go all the way via selecting my store - clicking on the collections button on the top and then browse to the collection I want to work on. Also, I somehow miss the save button as I don't know if the changes are accepted and this save button could lead back to the collections overview page. Can this be added, pretty please?

Is there, or can be there someday soon, a way to sell product for a "limited time" so to create things that will "never to be sold again (maybe)" therefore greatly increasing, automatically, the "fear of missing out"? Also things could be sold for much more money as part of the collectability and specialty of items. Then, at the pre-schedule time (with a count-down on each product's page), the item can no longer be ordered and show it is "sold out" with a button option to have people sing-up to be alerted via email when new, time-limited things are for sale.

Sorry to beat a dead horse here, I know this decision has been made, but this is bothering me. Maybe this could be reworded somehow? If you must refer to me as "the creator", could you at least not capitalize it? I mostly just think it looks silly and ridiculous, but I think there are some religious communities that might be offended.

Use of Template Images in Large Format When designing a large-format banner, poster, or billboard, and including an image intended to be a template and replaced by the client, we should not be criticized for its size. This image will never be used in a way that affects its quality. Z, do not make me waste my time resizing and uploading enormous images. This should only apply to the client and never to the creator.

The ceramic bathroom soap pump and toothbrush holder was one of my best sellers, they are now listed as 'discontinued'. Can we get something like this again? Also a larger kitchen sized soap pump sold on it's own would be great.

Hi guys,
You're doing a fabulous job with the site, and LOVE the new features!
Just wondering: would it be possible, sometime, to allow us to track, perhaps on the product page, the sales by month that any given product has sold? Maybe like a graph chart or something, so we can see, historically, how a product has done over time? This would help greatly when planning product marketing, and so many other applications.
