I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card.  I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use.  Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. Previews used to be labeled front, back, left, right, etc etc.. That went away with the new page design. I thought that was really helpful and while it's often self-evident which "side" of a product you're looking at, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it's not clear if you're looking at a different pic of the same side or a different side. Here's two examples where being labeled "Side 1" and "Side 2" would be helpful. Can Cooler  Duvet Cover  Then there's things like Zipz or pillow case sets where there are multiple pieces each with multiple sides. Also sometimes can't tell which side an insitu is showing. (Accent pillows have five previews but four of them show the same side.) I wouldn't label things "front" & "back" anymore as for many things (like pillows and tote bags for example) there isn't really a front & back, just two sides that may or may not have the same design on them so the product can be worn/displayed either way. Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. However, I have to keep that locked, otherwise, in theory, the customer could ungroup that and download the separated elements.  ... View more

I know that it's been suggested before, but we really, really need a good in-situ view for Duvet Covers. As it is, one can't tell what they are looking at, and the design detail is tiny. A view showing them on a bed would do the trick. Also, we could really use more views on the Pillows. The round pillows, in particular, look like a lump of nothing. A nice view of them on a sofa or chair, please! There are so many items that need an in-situ view, and Zazzle should make this a priority. I think it would be wonderful if Zazzle offered a gift box or case to accompany the pens. Please consider adding something like this, as it would make for a much better presentation when giving as a gift. When I look at the pillowcases, I see nothing that would indicate what they are with the images that are presented. They look more like a placemat. I just had a frustrating experience trying to locate a product I'd saved to finish later. Since we are not able to delete revised designs, it's become very difficult to use this folder for its intended purpose. I currently have several thousand products in my saved designs folder. I'd love to have some type of search function to make it easier to locate things we'd like to continue working on at a later date. Any type of search box or filter to improve the functionality of the saved designs folder would be much appreciated. I never did manage to find what I was looking for. At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works.  I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms?  I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue? ... View more

I'd like to suggest there being the option for white text to have a grey drop-shadow effect added. This would be useful for text that is placed over a photograph, as a caption on a calendar page for example.
