When designing stickers, I often find the design looks good on some shapes (let's say star, rectangle) but not on others (e.g. heart, circle). I then need to choose either just one shape (and lose some other shapes which would have worked OK) or set the listing to sell on all shapes, even though some look wrong. Dear Tech Dept. You are doing a FABULOUS job with all of the new changes! Yay! As DESIGNERS, our store FRONT is our MAIN advertisement.  I've noticed that  on all of the store images that look very crisp, clean, elegant, and white, as I upload my images to my store front, the quality seems to be lost, and especially the whites  becomes greys.  Hmmmmm, & I'm assuming there is an automatic gradient added to our images.  Please consider REMOVING this and allow our images we've worked  so very hard to create for our product images and store front to be EXACTLY what  we created. On the main page of the Collections list (where we see all of the collections in a vertical list down the page), where we have the option to view by Manual, Name, Last Updated etc. on the top right, I'd love to see an option that says 'most viewed' or 'last viewed', 'most popular' so we can see how well are collections are really doing. I know several people have asked for a way to tell if a particular product is in a collection on the product page, but we really need a way to see at a glance IN THE BACK END, if the products are in a collection. Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content. ... View more

Isn't there a way for Zazzle to display (show) the bath towels folded with the design centered on the towel.  They do it with the kitchen towel.  Most people fold their bath towels and hand towels in thirds with the design centered on the middle if the towel.  Zazzle shows the towel simply folded in half which means you either don't see the entire design or you have to move the design to the edge of the towel.  By designing a product not consistent with how people use them it is costing us sales.                           6999999993------+ ... I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:   They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?    I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.   Thanks for listening.  -LauraLee   ... Hi Zazzle Team, As the international situation escalates, don't you think it would be just the perfect timing to introduce the long awaited option to get our payments directly to our own bank accounts? I'm pretty sure it would have more positive impact on your valued Creators' lives than changing a button color to a different shade of blue or making the profile picture round instead of square. I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible.
