I just wanted to send a shout-out Thanks to the guys who program the site for (1) making it a lot easier to move the categories around now. I moved mine monthly btw. (2) Easier to make fabric now. Having said that, I am not thrilled with the layering issue where if I want to remove something, I have to bring it to the front layer first. Kind of picky.

Would it be possible to have someone adjust this particular mockup (see example) for the stamps so that the wooden stamp is closer to the stamped design, and preferably a little larger? it could even overlap a corner of the stamped design, but it doesn't have to. Just please make it look like these two things are intentionally grouped together instead of randomly placed. Thanks! Cute Okapi Line Drawing Rubber Stamp by mscontrary

Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

Could we have a permanent "replace product" button that does not need to go through approval? Fine Art America allows an ability to replace the image if necessary, without changing any other information. This is helpful for those of us who have made some errors with templates that may confuse people, or have not "locked" their image, or do not want to allow customizations.

1. it would be really cool to have an insitu with a business person holding a business card towards the viewer with the focus on the business card. It's a fairly common mock up template I see all the time and it's really effective. As an alternative view their could be a less formal / casual business personal holding the business card. Going one step further (not sure this can be accomplished maybe have 5 or 6 popular professions displayed: a nurse holding a medical business card, a teacher, an office professional (that could work for any white collar job) etc. 2. For business card perspective it would be really useful for a buyer to see what their business card design would look like on all business card sizes at once for perspective and showing the difference between sizes side by side with content on them... their content. For example: lets put a prompt or button to "show this on all sizes" This would display their finalized design (or the original template) on a standard size, Euro size, Might size, mini size and square side by side... sort of the way we display transfer this design to

I was just trying to transfer some of my old award ribbon designs that were good sellers to the spools of 3" grosgrain ribbon. My idea was to rotate the text and tile it, thinking they could cut them to make several diy ribbone awards; but I can't get the text to tile in a way where they line up correctly to make that possible. So the question part is what are the chances of Z finding another maker for a similar product or maybe Zazzle becoming the maker? This would be the best idea because then I could just transfer all my designs to the new product. The suggestion part is for the design tool tech team. Could we get an easy way to tile text when we have enabled it to the be read from top to bottom instead of left to right? I was able to tile it but I when I rotated the text template on the new ribbon I could not get the spacing of the text right to make it usable. I hope this makes sense... and thanks in advance!

These are changes just to change stuff. If it's not broke, why "fix" it. I won't be able to find replies to this. I don't even know where this post is or how I got here. What a freaking mess. Why?

Sorry to beat a dead horse here, I know this decision has been made, but this is bothering me. Maybe this could be reworded somehow? If you must refer to me as "the creator", could you at least not capitalize it? I mostly just think it looks silly and ridiculous, but I think there are some religious communities that might be offended.

It would be cool if we could have font attributes like bold italics underline strikethrough, etc., enabled in the text fields of the Zazzle design tool, in the same way that that I have done so in the body of this message. The additional (and more advanced) abilities to - (dynamically) add shadows and knockout to text, - adjust text size, - as well as adjust leading within multiple paragraphs of the same text field would be nice, too. Thank you for your consideration! W.H.

I would love the option of changing pricing on individual products (including different style/shapes) in one place. Allowing us, for example, to choose a new price or percent for a classic mug (or combo, or two-tone, etc.) across all stores or in one specific store. Selecting products 96 or 204 at a time is cumbersome. Plus many products are not differentiated to sort properly. For example different shaped/style ornaments are all lumped together but have different prices. I have very specific pricing goals for each product, but if there is a global new base price trying to hunt down that specific product across all stores is hard and time consuming. Or if I just want to change my pricing strategy for a product. If we had one place that said "Change all of my men's value t-shirts to 12.9% in xyz store" then I could update everything swiftly . Thanks for considering.

I don't know if this is already an option, but I think it would be a great idea for Zazzle to give the consumer the option to purchase an entire wedding suite (or other collection) at a discounted price. Just a thought.

I've been designing a lot of envelopes recently and have a few suggestions/requests. First, it would be really helpful if there were customizable envelopes available for all the size cards that Zazzle offers. The two requests I get most frequently are for envelopes for 3.5x5 inch cards (not sure what size that is) and size A9 - for cards designed on 8.5x5.5 inch paper (cardstock) sheets. Second, would it be possible to get a product view that included the front as well as both back views (open and closed) of the envelope? Often, most of the design is on the inside flap, but if I choose that view, then customers can't tell whether the design has a pre-printed return address on the back flap, or a pre-printed mail-to address on the front. Thanks for considering my suggestions!

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

Zipz are available in 17 sizes, 14 of which are currently sold-out for the high-top style and 7 are sold-out for the low-top style (according to the product page size options box). for my 9 pairs of high-tops: 4 show a "discontinued product option" alert in the back-end and show as sold-out on the product page. 5 have no alert in the back-end but show as sold-out on the product page. for my 4 pairs of low-tops: 1 has no alert in back-end and does not show as sold-out on the product page. 3 have no alert in the back-end but show as sold-out on the product page. So first issue is a known one: there's a mismatch between what we see in the back-end and what we see on the product pages. Of my 13 total pairs of Zipz, 12 show as sold-out on the product page but the back-end only has a warning notice on 4 of them, and the notice isn't even correct since it says they are discontinued rather than just sold-out. Issue #2 is that when you first go to these pairs, the default product page message says "this Mirror is temporarily sold-out, please select another size." Huh? Mirror is just a design option (and un-checking it doesn't make the warning go away), and there is no size selected by default. But if you go ahead and select another size anyway, the message then changes to say "this Size is temp sold-out". If you go browse Zipz in the MP, you'll find a mix of "this Mirror is temporarily sold-out..." or no sold-out message at all. Now, I could be totally off base here but I think what's causing much of this mayhem is that when we publish a pair of Zips we have to choose a size and you can change that later via Edit Details - Product Merchandising. I'm pretty sure that the pairs that don't show a sold-out warning on the product page are pairs where the designer happened to choose a size that is not currently sold out. This is where issue #3 comes in. There's no way to tell what size you initially selected and the product page view defaults to having no size selected anyway. But if you go into Edit and select a merchandising options size that is not sold-out, it should result in the messages on the product page and back-end going away. So I changed the size to a not-sold-out size on two of my pairs. One pair was showing no warning in the back-end but as sold-out on the product page. Hours later and there is no difference. The second pair was showing the "discontinued" warning in the back-end and as sold-out on the product page. I just changed it maybe half an hour ago to a not-sold-out size and now the sold-out warning is gone from the product page but the "discontinued" warning is still there on the back-end. It's all so inconsistent and confusing and I think much of this mess could be avoided if we didn't have to choose a specific size for them. As is, every time a different size goes temp sold-out, we have to first realize that (difficult since the back-end warnings are not reliable) and then change the marketing size option and hope it "sticks". All of which doesn't matter since the product page defaults to no size being selected anyway. Having to select a size isn't doing anything but complicating things behind-the-scenes. Summary of issues: mismatch between back-end warnings and product page warnings back-end warnings inaccurately flag item as discontinued instead of just sold-out product page warning confusingly says "mirror" having to choose a size behind-the-scenes for no apparent reason changes to merchandising options not "sticking"

Ever since we have gotten the new situ views for paper plates I have notice an increase in sales this is fabulous! It would be great if we can create views for tissue paper - table number cards and especially posters. Maybe tissue in a bag - a table number card on a stand on a table - poster on an easel? As easy as it is for us designers to imagine these items when they are appear flat it is for whatever reason difficult for buyers to picture what they would look like as actual products. I am sure some others have asked and I know you all are busy but I just wanted to note what a big difference have notice with such a little change as the new plate situs - hoping we can incorporate with these other items that appear "flat" (in product view) in the near future. Thanks much

Virtually every day now, I'm getting questions from customers regarding matching RSVP cards, envelopes, etc. for their wedding invitations. At first I thought I maybe I had neglected to put some things in the correct collections, but now I see that collections have all but disappeared when the customer is using a mobile device - at least that's the case when I tested it using Chrome on my Android phone. There's absolutely no indication that there is a collection unless you scroll down about 50 pages. I know screen space is limited, and depending on the type of product, collections are not always terribly relevant. But for weddings, this is a pretty big problem, and I think we're losing a lot of sales because of it. Maybe Zazzle could at least include a small link to the collection somewhere that the user has at least some hope of finding it?

I mentioned this in the old forum but I’ld like to give it a bump here and say that the thumb nail views on the Minx nail art are still a bit faded compared to the other insitu images. I would also love to see an insitu for nail art that shows both sheets of the nails together. It’s difficult to see that some sets have a different design on each hand. The insitu with the two hands is a bit small to notice at a glance that there is a difference and the mug insitu is close but you can barely see the thumb to know there is a different design on that hand. Thanks for taking it into consideration.

On our home page the customer sees. I would like it better if more than 6 categories were visible. Customers have to make an extra click to view all main categories in my store. 6 is too little limiting. 9 to 12 would be better. I know Zazzle wants home pages to be less cluttered. But 6 categories visible is to limiting for large stores, with a wide variety of designs.
