Store Category Names

Hi- I am revamping my categories but I noticed when I view my store from the customer perspective the "category names" are not showing up under the category photo. Has anyone had this problem, and any suggestions on how to fix?

Click on the category, click on edit category, then there willbe a box where you can add the category name, then hit save.

Thanks I did do that when I set-up the categories, it is showing up on the left side menu but not under the photos.

As a test, try doing adding the name again with just one category to see if the change takes this time. If it does, then its the spider/indexer not having caught the category changes you already made in the past.

I tested 'accessories" still nothing. 😞

How long ago did you do the categories? Maybe the indexer has not gotten there recently.
Maybe its time to call in the big Z to look at the situation, since you tested and it did not change.

I did categories a couple of months ago and then revamped earlier this week.

The Zazzle indexer has been apparently slow recently , taking days to spider, that may be what is happening with your shop, just may not have been visited by the spider yet to register  your recent changes.

Settings > Advanced Settings > Show Category Titles in Grid (make sure this is checked)

Hmm... don't see that option.

Thanks it worked! I found that those settings you mentioned were only available using my phone, it was not available using my desktop, which is strange. Thank you!
