Categories and Sub Categories

For weeks, I have rearranged my store, added new items, and added categories and subcategories. 

I can see the items on my side, but when I share my store link, items are not showing up in their categories/subcategories. It's not every item, but it's a lot of items.

 

For instance, I have a Christmas & New Year category, then subcategories such as Christmas Cards, Christmas New Year Food & Drinks,  Home Decor & Accessories, and Invitations.

Can Zazzle reindex my store?

I am so embarrassed as I have been sharing my store and people arent seeing what they are supposed to.

It's been weeks and on some days, this is happening to.

I'm new to the forum and couldn't figure out how to post on the forum..I'll keep searching. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I noticed others are having trouble, too. My sub categories are showing up on the backend, but when I move through like a customer shopping, the sub categories aren't showing anything. What do I do?

Roberta, could you give us an estimate of when this will be fixed? I'm having the same problem with categories, and I notice that it was reported months ago, and several moderators have said they'd "pass the issue along to the Team." Thank you!

My products are not moving to the categories I'm assigning them to. There are so many that I've been working on, I don't have a clue where to begin to show the TEAM. I have tried and tried, waited for so long, it's ridiculous. I just keep trying and getting frustrated and leave. Will the indexing or whatever this site needs to be fixed, ever work right again?

I have the same exact problem, products not going into categories. I can't even see all my categories cuz when I click on that it takes me to my products page. Yet Zazzle is ranking my store lower because I haven't shared my collections, but I can't share them because all of my products are not in there. Has this issue been resolved?  My subcategories have not been showing up for quite some time. They used to show up but don't anymore. When I click on a category photo I used to get my subcategories. Now I just get all the products in the category. Please advise.  Thanks!
