Fonts favorite list disappeared

Had a really good list of favorites, and now it's gone. Tried logging off, back on, switch stores, cache, etc., it's gone. Just "one of those unexplainable things"?

just checked ... my favorite fonts list is still there (for the moment, anyway).

Mine is also missing in action.  Has been for at least several weeks now.  I've also noticed that my "recently used" list seems to be cleared out until I start designing again each day...  So - if I was working with 5 different fonts on Tuesday... there is no "recently used" list on Wednesday until I start designing again, then it repopulates.

We believe that we know what happened. I'll list the steps below:

Repro steps (this is damaging, so do NOT repeat these steps yourself)
1. be logged out
2. go to design tool
3. add some text, and add a font as a favorite
4. use the login link at the top of the page to log in
Notice that your previously favorited fonts from this account are gone. You now have only the favorited font from Step #3 above

In other words, if you favorite a font and then log in it should be adding that font to your favorites list, but at this time it's overwriting the favorites. I spoke with engineering yesterday evening and again this morning about this issue, and we should have a fix soon. Not entirely sure if there's an 'undo' button for this, unfortunately. So, for now I'd log in before entering design tool.

Can you please provide an update?  Was this ever fixed?  My font favorites disappeared, I never took the damaging above steps and they’re still missing.  Do I need to start a new Favorites list?

Oof. Normally I do log in before going to the design tool. Not my week for Zazzlin', for sure.

If this was fixed, it's back - the above was in May and it's now October. I have no Favorites List again.

Favorites came back after the last fix. Now it's January 2024 and the issue is back again. Geez.
