Image Upload Not Working

Apparently this has happened before with no real fix: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/images-not-uploading/m-p/12913

For two days now I upload one card size image (under 3MB) then I go to upload another and get the same long wait with an error message result just like the one reported in the above (year old) post:

These files have always been the same size and type. They upload fine on other sites, this is a Zazzle issue and a bad time of year to have it.

With this issue happening back in 2022 and again various times this year, I've opened this new thread to hopefully get some attention on this issue.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the 10,000 saved images that WILL NOT DELETE and 10,000 seeming to be a limit. It's frustrating that these two issues have gone on so long with no fix.

I'm SO SORRY to have bothered everyone - turns out this was an issue on my internet providers end. After having the same results on other sites yesterday, we finally ran a diagnostic of our home network and found that we barely had dial-up speed rather than high-speed. Our provider seems to have corrected the issue last night and this morning all is well again.

Is there a way to close this post?

@SalonOfArt try renaming your image in all lower case. That's what worked for me when I was unable to upload

HI Sara - thank you so much for the suggestion.

For me however, renaming did not work. I've logged out and in more than once. I've renamed all in lower case and a different name - same error.
