Lost created product

I just created a product and it has vanished from both my products and my saved designs?

Normally a link will still be there unless you've cleared your browser's history

It would help the tech team if you explained which type of product disappeared

Oh no, not again. This was happening a week ago, but resolved. I haven't made anything new in the last few days on this account so I can't say if I've seen it too but it was a sitewide issue on here recently.
