Requested payout did not pay out

I am not sure which board to post this on so my apologies for the duplicate. Looking for a moderator to help. 

I have my payments paused but requested a payout and when I tapped the button weeks ago it informed me that my payout would deposit by the 15th but the money never moved to pending.  The button to request a payout is also now missing from the payment settings page because I’d already clicked it for this payout. Being that the 15th is on a weekend and a federal holiday is on Monday, I expected to see the deposit for Friday and didn’t get it. I was relying on my payout and I don’t understand what has happened. Please help.

As an aside I requested a payout while my payments were on hold for the December payment and received it just fine, so it has nothing to do with the hold status.

Since you posted today, the weekend, the mods probably will not read or reply to your post till Monday (holiday?) or Tuesday most likely.
The notice for payment thru PayPal went out  (for me) around 5:30 pm, at least to let you know that z initiated payouts yesterday.
The Mods are the ones able to check the status, and for that you have to wait, sorry to hear that this is not working for you right now.

This isn’t my problem but thank you. The payment was not initiated.

Don't know if this is what's causing your problem or not, but the royalty payment reports seem to be behind. My payment still says pending even though it came through to PayPal yesterday. So maybe your payment has actually moved to pending but it's just not showing? I'm assuming you've checked your PayPal account?

That's the same for me, Cat. After reading your comment, I checked mine and it is still showing "Pending" on my earnings summary but it's already in my PayPal account.

Yeah, the payment never even moved to pending, and was not deposited. I also no longer have the button to "request" payout for next month, because I already requested it so its just missing because it was supposed to pay out by the 15th. I never received the payment.

Hi MJ, I understood your post about your payment not being initiated. 
I was trying to assist by letting you know that payments thru PayPal started yesterday, to possibly take that out of the equation. Which it looks like you did.
The extra stress of waiting for the mods to sort it out for you absolutely doesn’t help.
Hope you get it resolved fast.

I know if you change any payment settings close to payout date it gets pushed to the next month, at least that's what's happened to me in the past.

Requesting a payment is changing the settings though? @Mark could you look into this for them please?
