Royalty Rate Not Updating

I am trying to update the royalty rate setting of my greeting cards and it is not updating - it shows whatever it was before. 

I selected all cards in bulk and entered the new royalty rate I wanted it changed to - and no changes occured.

It is pretty self explanatory ...what would I take a screenshot of? It is not changing the royalty rate to what I enter.

It seems to have been a temporary glitch... I tried again just now and it did work.

Mine never did change before the cutoff.. I changed my default royalty sitewide and ticked the box for all existing products to change.. nothing did.. oh well.

I just had a sale on one of the things I KNOW I changed the royalty on and it has reverted back to what it was before I changed it weeks ago. Also several other specific items I had changed the royalty for, have reverted back.

This seems to get worse in October.  It's 2023, and yet again, the royalty rates are not updating.  I get the green little notification that it got it, but go back to check and it's reverted back to what it was.  There seems to be no reason why this glitch continues.  We shouldn't have to re-edit it more than a dozen times, doing the same thing over and over.  It's truly maddening, but it's that time of year again.  Can this be fixed once and for all?
