Sales History, Last view Product, Messages are not working properly

Hi everyone, since the begining of June I have several problems: Sales are not showing up in earnings History, Las View Date product either are not updating, messages are not showing and my "bell" icon and functionality disappears from my Store. We really appreciate if someone from the tech team could tell us what's going on and if they are aware of these problems. Thank you!
