Wierd email

Got an email from zazzle saying my order has shipped. ORDER NUMBER 6OX84 OR 60X84 not sue if its an 0 or an O. When I clicked on it it was one of my new designs which I didn't order. When I login my account and go to orders it doesn't show it. What is going on?
