I just wanted to share something that might help anyone feeling stuck with sales right now. I wrote an information-style blog post (not a catelog blog) about the history of Christmas in July from the early beginnings, to how Hallmark ran with the movies, how stores started selling themed products, even how craft shops pushed decoupage and party supplies and how people in communities decorate their homes and host parties. I made sure the title had good keywords and wove them naturally into the post so it would index right. I added my product links in images and in text hyperlinks. That blog ended up doing way more than I expected. It’s been sitting in the #1 spot on my site for 82 days straight. And honestly, it kicked off a whole chain reaction. My Christmas in July products were buried in the Zazzle marketplace I couldn’t even find them myself back when I made them in 2025. But once the blog started getting traffic, people began clicking through to my store. Then Pinterest picked it up, and suddenly the product was being shared around. One thing led to another. Because of that one blog post, My sales have been wonderful 1K postcards sold today! Plus other sales for this category and I am certain it all started with that blog post. I’m sharing this to show that informational blogging can help bring in organic traffic and get your products seen when they’re buried. People still read blogs. They search for topics. And when your post helps them, or they learn something they’re more likely to click over to your store. So if your sales are off, maybe try writing a few information blogs with keyword titles that match what people are already searching for. It’s free traffic, and it might give your store a nice boost like it did mine. And I guess this is my last post at this community. See you all at the new community...

Hi everyone, I’ve been facing a major issue with my shop lately. I haven't made a single sale in the last two months, and I'm not sure what's going wrong. On top of that, my zRank has been stuck at 5 for a while now. What could be the main problem, and how can I fix this to boost my visibility and sales? Any advice on optimization or strategy would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I have been using this website for about 7 years an have noticed a trend of the same designers always being featured on the "Home Page" or their artwork suggested while browsing. I understand the concept of promoting your friends and spouses but it just seems so "in your face" nowadays. I have been taking screenshots of MOODTHOLOGY and Redwood and Vine, and their variants for a while now. In the long term, I feel that this practice could cause more harm than good,

I don't understand this cancellation. Zazzle's return policy is 30 days. This was an order for 6 passport holders, so it was a nice royalty. Has there been a change in the return policy? Should I bother to contact Customer Support?

I'd like to be able to offer my customers multiple products in one download--like a bundle of similar items, with the price adjusted to reflect the number of products that are contained in a set/bundle--or a product plus an attached user guide. This feature is available on Etsy and other POD marketplaces. Is this something that Zazzle can offer to customers?

The marketplace is getting flooded with near‑identical listings same titles, same descriptions, same tag clusters, same artwork sometimes “new” only because something was moved a fraction of an inch or the background changed from white to ivory. It makes search results feel repetitive and pushes down genuinely creative work. Using the same artwork on a pillow or mug? Totally fine that’s cross‑merchandising. But uploading the same invitation twenty different times with the same title, same description, same tags, and the same artwork… just because the paper color changed, the age changed, one more candle was added, or the card size or shape is slightly different? That’s not a new product template it’s a duplicate with tiny cosmetic tweaks. And this is exactly why so many creative products aren’t getting visibility or ranking. The marketplace is clogged with near‑duplicate listings in almost every category, and it makes it harder for customers to discover actual variety. So, here’s the question I keep coming back to: Wouldn’t a simple algorithm update help clean this up? Something like: Limit each design to one listing per category, and let editable templates handle size, card stock, and background changes and age. Customers still get full customization, but the marketplace isn’t buried under twenty versions of the same design. Right now, the algorithm allows duplicates so of course people use the system as it exists. But is that really helping the marketplace? But allowing something and it being good for the marketplace are two very different things. Are you seeing the same thing? Do you think an update would help?

I was scrolling through the links at the bottom of Zazzle, and clicked on Press. This was released June 23, 2026. It sounds like they're going to be making an announcement soon? https://www.zazzle.com/press_release_20260623 I'm just sitting here wondering if I should be making multiple colors for one of my collections if they're going to be integrating AI (if it's going to have the capability of changing the color). Or if I should even be adding anything even if it's going to be completely generative and able to create designs (meaning I should switch back to my own website). Has anyone seen any announcements about this?

There is a notice that community forum will be transitioning around July 17. Posting this in case someone didn’t see it, I just did. “We're moving our community forum to a new platform, and we wanted to give you advance notice before anything changes on your end. Around July 17th and for a period of time, the forum may be temporarily unavailable or look different as we complete the platform transition.”

It's been an awfully long time since Flip Flops were in stock. Is there any word if this item is being discontinued? If not, any news of when we might see them back in stock? Also, any word of when the Seat Cushions will be back in stock?

Now maybe something like this already exists and I'm unaware since it's been awhile since I've purchased anything on Zazzle, but customers need to be notified during the order as well as after ordering that messaging us designers isn't going to get them the help they need to change an already existing order. They also need some clear instruction on how to use the edit tool, like a pop up that says "click the text box to change the text, select your font style, change the color, or change the size" and have a little pop up for each one. There's too much confusion for buyers all around, I've been getting messages because of it for years. And I notice a lot of users are more elderly and not as familiar with the use of technology. Some kind of message too that tells them to contact the designer regarding a design-specific issue or request. Contact Zazzle with issues regarding existing orders, technical issues, or any confusion on how editing works as it's not a designers job to explain without pay to a customer on how to use Zazzle. I just had a customer this morning ask me to change the text of her already ordered license plate to black. I had to reply with a message explaining I'm just a designer, she has to cancel first since I can't change her order, and reorder after she's changed the text color herself, and walked her through how to do it. Hopefully she'll see it in time to cancel and reorder with the sale going on. I feel like us designers are in a way customer service and we aren't paid anything to do it.

The small pop-up toolbar that appears whenever you add a text box is quite frustrating. It covers the text directly above the box you just inserted, making it difficult to see what you're editing. I have to keep clicking out of it while working. If this has already been discussed, I apologize—I searched the forum but couldn't find anything about it. It would be great if the toolbar could be repositioned automatically so it doesn't obscure content, or have an option to disable or minimize it.

Suddenly Zazzle is opening tons of new tabs, please make it stop. It's happening on both normal edits and transfers. It's making my browser chaos. And maybe this has something to do with why the replace tool is missing all of a sudden. For a normal product, if I click in to one of my products, hit 'edit this design', it opens an entirely new tab for the design tool, while leaving the duplicate product tab I just hit the button on. If you hit 'transfer design' (either from on the product page or from the backend product feed dropdown), choose the item you want to make, it opens one new tab (like it always has). Then when you hit 'edit this design', it opens the design tool in a second new tab. It happens whether you are logged in or not. Both Chrome and Safari.

I havie been expanding on a particular wedding collection, I've almost got 50 items. In the interest of reducing the amount of scrolling a customer has to do, I wish to split it into 2 collections - one for the invitation suite, and one for reception items: napkins, table numbers etc. However, when I make my 2nd collection, it still says an invitation is required. I don't want to move any of my invitations into the reception suite, it wouldn't make sense logistically, and it would stop that invite from showing up with the rest of my invites in collection 1. Is it possible to remove the 'required' flag for the invite?

Should I post all three sizes of examples (blanket or any product with different sizes) for better sales results? Is it better to post all sizes of the same product or is it okay to post just one size of a product? Example blanket, scarfs, oven mit, tablecloth etc.
