I spend a lot of time every day helping customers navigate the Zazzle site through the chat system. It would be SOOO much easier to grab screenshots etc if we could just paste images directly into the chat system like we can on the forum. I'm still ruminating over the problem I posted here of helping customers choose the right paper for their wedding invitations, programs, seating charts etc, and I had a new idea. What about offering a "paper sampler" for designers and/or customers at either a free or nominal price. I'm thinking along the lines of fabric swatches or those cards you get in paint stores with color samples. Ideally you could order a little kit with samples of all the papers available for a given product. They wouldn't need to be big pieces of paper - maybe business card sized - with the name of the paper and/or description printed on each one and maybe a rainbow of colors at the bottom so you could get an idea of how the paper would impact the printed color.  It wouldn't be quite as nice or illustrative as ordering a sample invite or card, but it would certainly be a more universal solution. It could even be a perk available to designers who have reached a certain level - it would be infinitely more valuable to me than business cards.  ... View more

It would be extremely helpful if we could edit existing tags without having to delete them and repost them in the tags box. For example, if I transfer a wedding invitation design to a birthday party invitation, and my first tag is "beach wedding," it would be AWESOME if I could just change the tag to "beach birthday party", without deleting the old tag and typing in the new one. this would preserve the correct order. As it stands now, if we want to change the first tag, and keep it as the first tag, we have to delete ALL the tags and relist them, otherwise that first tag when deleted and changed, will become the last tag. ... It would be nice to see somebody actually wearing the socks. I've noticed socks are a product I have that actually sells occasionally 😅 I think it would be nice if you can see what it looks like when your wearing them, because otherwise it can be hard to tell if there is text on them were it is showing on the sock- Is it on the side of the foot or the bottom of the foot?  Also designs stretch a bit when you wear socks, it would be nice to see how that stretching might effect a design. ... I would like to suggest a "force text customization" for text templates (any field independent from one another). This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. Hello!  I would love to see a feature added that allows us to upload a grouped SVG and then ungroup it into its separate layers after uploading it to Zazzle.   The interface on Zazzle limits our ability to quickly align and arrange elements with absolute precision, and the zoom still makes it difficult to see those finer details.  As such, it would be easy to create these in Illustrator, group together to keep the sizing/placement correct upon upload to Zazzle, then ungroup to give us the freedom to create with already perfectly scaled and aligned design. I think it would be wonderful if Zazzle offered a gift box or case to accompany the pens. Please consider adding something like this, as it would make for a much better presentation when giving as a gift. I will be ordering two of these pens to give as a gift to our priest, however I will have to order through Amazon to find a case in which to present them in. I am starting to design some of the Paper Guest Towels that are shown with the paper napkins. I always thought guest paper towels were used in bathrooms and powder rooms as a disposable option for people to dry their hands after taking care of business in the bathroom. There is a great market for these Guest Towels being used in that way, both for home and business. I also notice their description is the same as a paper napkin one would use to eat with and thought that was odd.  Can these be added to the category Home & Living > Bath & Beauty > Bathroom?  as well as an appropriate category for business establishments? Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. Hi! Maybe I'm the only one who has a small laptop screen but when I go to add products to my collection from the backend it looks like this: You see that tiny sliver? How on earth am I supposed to see what I am selecting? It would be cool if we could have font attributes like bold  italics  underline  strikethrough, etc., enabled in the text fields of the Zazzle design tool, in the same way that that I have done so in the body of this message. The additional (and more advanced) abilities to - (dynamically) add shadows and knockout to text, - adjust text size, - as well as adjust leading within multiple paragraphs of the same text field would be nice, too. I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference.
