Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. It would be extremely helpful if we could edit existing tags without having to delete them and repost them in the tags box. For example, if I transfer a wedding invitation design to a birthday party invitation, and my first tag is "beach wedding," it would be AWESOME if I could just change the tag to "beach birthday party", without deleting the old tag and typing in the new one. this would preserve the correct order. As it stands now, if we want to change the first tag, and keep it as the first tag, we have to delete ALL the tags and relist them, otherwise that first tag when deleted and changed, will become the last tag. ... I would like to suggest a "force text customization" for text templates (any field independent from one another). This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. It would be nice to see somebody actually wearing the socks. I've noticed socks are a product I have that actually sells occasionally 😅 I think it would be nice if you can see what it looks like when your wearing them, because otherwise it can be hard to tell if there is text on them were it is showing on the sock- Is it on the side of the foot or the bottom of the foot?  Also designs stretch a bit when you wear socks, it would be nice to see how that stretching might effect a design. ... I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. I am starting to design some of the Paper Guest Towels that are shown with the paper napkins. I always thought guest paper towels were used in bathrooms and powder rooms as a disposable option for people to dry their hands after taking care of business in the bathroom. There is a great market for these Guest Towels being used in that way, both for home and business. I also notice their description is the same as a paper napkin one would use to eat with and thought that was odd.  Can these be added to the category Home & Living > Bath & Beauty > Bathroom?  as well as an appropriate category for business establishments? It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. It would be cool if we could have font attributes like bold  italics  underline  strikethrough, etc., enabled in the text fields of the Zazzle design tool, in the same way that that I have done so in the body of this message. On the bottom of the product page you have an arrow system that only allows you to go one page at a time. Would it be possible to export all our products listed in a store to a spreadsheet (a .csv) which could look like a list of links? So that we could know the exact number of products in each store and have their links and PIDs. That would be very useful for various purposes. ... View more

Would it be possible to not count views to a product when the shop owner is the one that views a product? So when I go to my product page to double-check that the template is correct/change the cover photo/etc it won't count me as a view on the backend. It kind of messes with our stats over time. ... I have discovered that over the past few months that pacifiers are going in and out of stock due to the mouth guard color and/or size.  I did change every one to have a white mouth guard to have them all show in the MP.  Sales started again.  Sales have stopped again because on the smaller size pacifier all colors of mouth guard are not available.  But if one change the product merchandising to the larger size with a white mouth guard then they would all show in the MP again.  So I set my product view to 204, chose select all discontinued products, then went to action to mass edit the merchandising view and the only option was to delete.  I tried only selecting 24 at a time but again, only an option to delete.  To get my pacifiers back in the MP I will have to individually change the merchandising option on 600+ pacifiers.  Ouch. Having the option for diary/journal-style page layouts for notebooks would open up a whole new market for businesses that take reservations. I'm thinking of barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, veterinary surgeons, chiropractors, dentists, etc., etc... Yes, many business have computerised reservations now, but a vast number still prefer to do it "by hand". A day-to-a-page option, or even week-to-view across a double page spread would do it. ... The configurable shapes available is very limited. Customers may wonder why we just have a circle, square, line and triangle.  There are no hearts, stars, arrows, etc..  They may not do a icon search to find a shape. Further, many may not be able to mask a photo with a shape, or group things.  Zazzle and the customers may see better designs and more creativity by expanding the tools we can mask with.  Customers may like their wedding photos in hearts, or team photos in stars.  Or, perhaps charge us say .05 cents per icon we want to use for artistic purposes. PS Sorry I have so many ideas.  I think you guys are doing an excellent job.  I just figured if you went through all of this trouble to create a new forum to also collect more ideas.  I'd submit them as I think of them.   ...
