I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). It would be really great if we could copy a collection to make a new one. For example, if I have multiple colorways, I could make a collection for the blue colorway, and then copy that and change the word blue in the title and description to red. I really was excited to see Wedding anniversaries had their own Invitations category. Thank you for this. If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. I bet the customer would love to find that category easily found within the Wedding landing page. I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image. ... View more

I am trying to report an entire shop for Tag Spamming, but I see no way to do this.  Please add to your report feature, a button for reporting an entire shop of Tag Spammed products. Right now the only option shoppers and designers can see is REPORT THIS DESIGN. There are shops offering hundreds of non-personalized products, each of which is  assigned with tags completely unrelated to the topic of the design. If busy designers had a quick way to report an entire shop, Zazzle would be able to knock out thousands of these products in a cinch. Clearing away these products quickly would greatly improve the search results, taking these designs off the top of the search results, and out of Zazzle's serving up of OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE. This would help Zazzle shoppers with cash-in-hand to find the high-effort, beautifully designed personalized products Zazzle is known for,  and would be a wise, effective and quick way to improve Zazzle's image with the shopping community. Currently when you add a product to a collection, it becomes the very first item in the collection. It would be awesome if we could choose for our newly added products to be organized behind existing products.   Or, if we could just have the option to "pin" certain items so they are always the first in the collection, that would be really helpful.   My hero products often get pushed out of the way by newly added complimentary items. I have to go back into the collection every time and reorganize (which is honestly not an easy process if I'm not working on my PC).   Thanks for considering!  ... View more

After being on Zazzle for 14 years, I've uploaded many images. But I've also deleted many products. To make my images easier to sort through and to save hosting space for Zazzle, it would be nice to know if I have images that are not on any products. Hello everyone, I've noticed not all product sizes, ratios (square, round, oval, star, heart, rectangular), paper types, and colors (e.g. suitcase bumper handles, spiral spines, etc) suit the style of illustrations and patterns I create for kids, mothers, and other occasions on the Zazzle marketplace. So I've needed to create individual product listings for products with more than one size and or shape option. When I do this it looks like a duplicate product listing especially if it's the same shape (square) but a different size when they see the product image if they don't click through to see the size in the title description. This also means that Zazzle shoppers will only see one size/shape option when they go to view my product.  This means I might miss out on product sales if customers don't scroll down to view my collection or read my design description where I may mention other sizes.  So I'd love for Zazzle e-commerce and tech developers to consider incorporating checkboxes as seen in this photo below of my hedgehog's note card which includes a hand note of my suggestion about what e-commerce improvements for note cards I'd love to see Zazzle offer their customers.  Check boxes please 🙂 Please note the example you see above of my hedgehog's Christmas note card is not the finished designed product. I've other custom hedgehog note cards in my store that you can view here.  When you offer checkboxes this should speed up the design process for the creator and show what 'recommended sizes, colors, and paper/material types' are offered by the Zazzle creator/designer.  Please also consider including a separate comment box below "About This Design"  which may read: a special message from the Designer/Creator or a personal note from The Designer/Creator explaining why they chose a particular size, paper/material type, color (for the notebook spine, bumpers, handles for suitcases, frames for prints, etc) for their art, illustration or pattern design. This will save customers time in selecting which materials or colors to choose from when they see 'recommending product options from the designer'. When trying to place editable text on golf balls, the 10pt size barely covers 7-8 letters across in most fonts, especially bolder fonts (which are a bit better suited for golf balls due to the small size imprint).  When looking at many of the top search results, many use text placed as an image, which comes out to much smaller (sometimes half the size) of most of the 10pt fonts that we can add with the Design Tool.  OR they are using Dongle, which can be placed at 10pt, but the actual size is close to half compared to other fonts.  If Dongle works at it's 10pt size, and prints well, and customers are happy, then can we please be allowed to use the other fonts at a smaller size, so more text can fit? 🙂 ... Posted this in the General category in a longer thread. Placing it in Suggestions to make it easier for you (Zazzle) to find. Would you consider offering sellers a once yearly, free shipment, of our invitations. (Like, 20 invitations with 1 of each design?) This would increase the chances of sellers making real-life, social media friendly, videos.  Keep in mind, that when a seller buys 1 invite or 3 invites, there’s a higher chance of an invite arriving damaged from shipping.
