A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. We have "Recently Used Fonts" which populates with any font you've even tried within a design.  It would be really helpful as a designer (and probably as an end customer as well) if there was a fly-out for "Fonts Used in this Product" which would ONLY list the fonts currently active/in use on a product. Problem with current Dart Boards is the metal web with number.  This limits how we can be creative with designs.  Creators can't create original game ideas.  No metal on front, just 1 inch of Dart Board Cork Circle and Square options Dart board sizes up to 3 feet wide Back side should be printable, mainly for game rules. It would be helpful to add a date to your post title about payment concerns. Some Zazzlers use old posts to voice concerns over late payments etc. I know I always check these posts out and it is frustrating to find it is an old one and then I have to hunt through dozens of outdated concerns. I get a number of questions from people who've already ordered, or are about to order, and they are not sure if the envelopes are included.  When I go to check if it is even possible for the specific item (postcard or not) I admit it may be confusing if you aren't familiar with the site or ordering invitations.  It might be more clear for the envelope drop downs to read something along the lines of: Envelopes (select) YES - blank white  NO - skip the envelopes And have it be a required choice before adding to the cart. And if that choice could be listed as part of the description on the cart and order confirmations as well (maybe this is already the case, but I don't remember seeing it last time I ordered card samples, but it's been a white.) : ) ... I just got a request from a customer for a tshirt design I created for them. They let me know they are going to be ordering the same design in three sizes..... so I did a test to see how complicated it is for buyers to do this. The result: this is a very clumsy shopping cart for buyers to navigate to order this way. After I add something to the cart I'm left with zero helpful choices for me Example:  1. I add a tshirt design I like to the cart in 3Xl size.  2. Now I want to add another of the same shirt to the cart but 2 XL Problem?  After I add the first one to the cart I am left with zero helpful choices... Just a suggestion mainly for the moderators to view, but it would be great and most kind if Zazzle would UPDATE the use of ICONS and BACKGROUNDS to be PROHIBITED in the design tool function AS the designer is creating!  Please create a pop up notification while designing, (something like the yellow exclamation mark that comes up when an element in our design needs adjusting)...BEFORE we finish..lol, can't tell you how frustrating and disappointing it is after you've spent quite a lot of time on a design and you have to go back and REPLACE elements that you cannot access or sell!!! it would be extremely helpful to have insitus for the five favor box styles, with another object placed near them for size comparison purposes, just like you have for the candy jars. despite the fact that the dimensions are listed in the respective "About This Product" descriptions, customers still express dismay that the favor box is smaller than they expected. it is far easier to visualize with a photo. thank you for your consideration!  ... I know this has been brought up in the past but more and more I am receiving messages from my customers asking for digital invitations. I am a diamond pro seller and specialize in invitations so this is my jam and I am very familiar with what my customers want. I think it's time to seriously think about this Zazzle! I believe I mentioned this in the old forum, but I think it would be great if, when purchasing invitations, the customer was given the option to choose the matching envelope by the same designer in the dropdown box. Can we please either get more colors in the women's basic tee, or another women's tee with a wider selection of colors? The color selection is getting pretty dire in the women's department. There isn't even a pink for vivid print anymore in the women's shirt.  Or if even basic tees become unisex (or something like the boy/girl basic tees where they are listed separately but are really just the same shirt using male/female models) so we can get the "men's basic tee" color selection in the women's department.
