I've just come from working on some postcards and greeting cards and noticed that the attribution removal box is now labeled "Remove Independent Creator Credit". In my considered opinion, Zazzle has just made things worse--much, much worse--for designers who use their own attributions. Quite frankly, the move seems calculated to discourage the practice of using our own attributions entirely. Paying the 5- or 10-cents will not remove a designer-generated logo or attribution causing the customer to wonder just what it is their paying for. And, the designer will be blamed for including their logos. This is/is becoming an ongoing issue between Zazzle and designers. Customers should not even be made aware of it with this nickel-and-dime charge. Please take the attribution box off the listing page altogether and put it on the Post for Sale page rolling the removal cost into the overall pricing of the cards/postcards. That way designers have control over how to market their creations and customers are oblivious to the process. Unless, of course, Zazzle really is trying to force designers into abandoning their own branding. I didn't think it possible, but for me, the whole attribution thing has now gone from bad to worse.

Zazzle, instead of offering your fine company to outside investors who will destroy your vision, please consider a "Creator-owned" company, with the Creators as the investors. We can all chip in something, and I'm sure most of the top sellers would be glad to invest more in order to keep the company thriving and their profits flowing in. In an age when more and more companies are "community-conscious," this is a no-brainer. PLEASE, support your community of Creators, and don't sell us out to Wall Street.

Please put a brief message below the Search Icons search bar of the Icons tab, explaining that addition of icons means that a design can only be added to the shopping cart; it cannot be posted for sale. New creators may not be aware of the restriction that use of icons places on their designs, and often are frustrated with the greyed out Sell It button that greets them upon their exit from the Zazzle design tool. Thank You W.H.

I'm sure that this request must have been brought up in the old Zazzle forums, but it bears repeating here: For designs with multiple layers, please enable the default/initial placement of a new layer below the currently selected layer. This would also be more intuitive than having the new layer as the very top one -- for both customer and creator. Thank you W.H.

So, one of my most selling collections is a Christmas collection and it shows under every collection I have and well, I don't believe many people are really interested in Christmas stuff right now so why not remove that collection from the row and thus replace it with something that also sells well and isn't seasonal? I mean, it would be probably beneficial if collections that have "Christmas" in tags only showed up during August-December? and the space they take would be given to some other collection that also sells well. I am not entirely sure in this suggestion. Christmas stuff sells every now and again during the whole year, but statistically, in April, I think more people are looking for something else. I welcome any feedback and thoughts on this suggestion, thank you 🙂

We desperately need to have a designable envelope size that the 5x7 invites with white envelopes will fit into. The only other choice for customers is to downsize the invitations and use a 5x7 A7 envelope that is designed. We need A8 and A9's to design Please.

Hi Zazzle Team Thank you for your continuing efforts to improve the Zazzle experience. I think it could be helpful to many of us designers if when a customer reaches out to us via customer chat that you prompt them to include the link to the product that they are asking about. I've had many fun mystery solving conversations along these lines:😎 Can I make this in the color blue? (no product link included) I need to order this but I need this (no product link included) Can you put this on a shirt? (no product link included) As much as we all would like to be able to read the clients minds 😀 it would be so helpful if they included the link of the product when needed. This extra step will help us save time and to help the customer experience. Thanks for considering this option.

I may have asked before (I don't remember) but.... Please allow the customers to see both sides of a product in ONE single view image in the marketplace. Example: I have a tee shirt that is a double side humorous design. Without the customer seeing the punchline side (the back) of my tee shirt design the entire concept is lost IMO because how else can the customer know there is something on the back unless it's seen in the marketplace image? Double side views are really needed on the following products. Tee Shirts (all double side apparel) - Coffee Mugs - All Drinkware - Double Side Keychains Business Cards - Name Badges... and any other appropriate double side products. Thank you for listening and I wish you all continued success

Discussions about unscrupulous folks who are using screenshots of invitations and other flat products and then printing items elsewhere for cheaper got me thinking that one way to discourage this beyond watermarks, might be to make the product views or mockups in such a way that it discourages this sort of behavior, similar to what is done with t-shirts or other non-flat items. With invitations this could be something along the lines of angling the product just enough so that it can't be screenshotted in a flat state, adding some shadows or adding some sort of small overlay such as a thumb holding the card or some foliage that overlaps a corner. I realize that determined thieves could still find workarounds for such effects, but it would at least make it more challenging to steal the artwork.

As it was discussed in General section, the situation with image thievery is becoming sort of crazy. People use screenshots to print elsewhere or send via mobile. I think for every case we know for sure about, there are many we don't know and will never know about. 2048x2048 is really too big for cards, it allows for good result when printed, even with 72 dpi. Using smaller product views (like, 1024x1024) could to some extent prevent this. As of now, normal view is 540x540, so zoomed in view 1024x1024 (or even smaller) would be fine for customers I guess. No need really for such giant zoom ins. We all are missing sales because there are local and online print shops that charge less than Z, so people are figuring that out and take screenshots to print elsewhere. With smaller screenshots they won't be able to print with good quality.

It would be really nice if we could have more standard size options for the glossy finish posters. As it is, there are mainly large sizes available. There aren't any other prints or posters available on Zazzle that offer smaller, standard size prints that come in this glossy style. Would very much like to see sizes such as 8 x 10 inch, 11 x 14 inch and 16 x 20 inch sizes available for this product. Would be perfect for portrait photos! https://www.zazzle.com/bright_red_tulips_floral_photographic_glossy_poster-256985243286773243

I often find myself delaying creation of my promotional posts until the day a sale starts because the notice email lists a certain product but sometimes not all of them are on sale. This often results in getting my posts out much later in the day. When I have tried getting ready ahead of time, I've had to take additional time to recreate my images before posting anyway. For example, I design a lot of all over print totes and tops, and create my post images using them, only to sometimes find out that they are not included in the sales when totes or shirts are listed. It would be really helpful if the specific items that are included / not included would be spelled out in the sales notices.

I know table numbers are not exactly a big ticket item, but I sell a lot of them, and I'm constantly getting requests for bigger sizes and different paper options. I'm finding myself having to transfer them to either invitations or cards so that customers can get the size/paper they want. It would be super helpful if they were available in a variety of sizes and with all of the different paper options.

This design was made some time ago, and I hope the customers are okay with the back of the card. Apparently there is an addition by Zazzle that covers up part of my original text. The issue is on the back of the card.
