Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately. It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like.... " Thank you for writing, however, I could not answer that question so I'm forwarding on your message to Zazzle's help center."

I've received numerous messages from customers who don't understand how to select the quantity of cards or invitations that they want to purchase. The drop-down box seems to totally confuse them because they think that the drop-down selections are the only options - they don't realize that they can type any number into the box. I've only had a handful of customers ask me about this but judging by the fact that I frequently see weird orders on my royalty reports where the customer places two orders for the same card/invite - one with a quantity of 100 and one with a quantity of 50 - or some other combination of numbers, I think that a very large percentage of customers don't understand. I'm guessing that at least part of the purpose behind the drop-down is to show the volume discount, but I think it's really off-putting for customers who don't get it. Perhaps there's some other way to display the volume discount that wouldn't be so confusing?

As many will remember, the old forum had several thread topics that had 3 or more individual threads. I just came across a new duplicated thread with subject of NEWEST PRODUCT CREATED Original thread from january Recent thread from 6/16/22 I have seen several other threads that seemed to be duplicates, but did not take the time to investigated. Can we get a button/link to notify Forum Moderators of suspected duplicates. They can then merge the threads and keep the forum from being as inflated as the old one was.

I frequently get requests for the standard stickers in a 2" circle size. As well it was a popular size for my previous off-Zazzle projects. We could use the custom cut decals, but those come out with the white border around the edge, which doesn't look as nice for stationery applications, and it's difficult to get exact sizes with the design tool. Would love to have this as a size option. Also I've had requests for decals that would fit on a poker chip now that the actual custom poker chips have been discontinued - I believe that size is something around 1".

As it is, I have no idea how big these golf hat clips are just by looking at them. It would be great if there was perhaps an insitsu image of a golf hat with the clip attached. Thanks! https://www.zazzle.com/blue_peacock_feather_plumage_photo_golf_hat_clip-256236317773121486

I keep wondering why the only insitsu image of the Espadrilles shows an image of them that is not what the creator published. This is very confusing to the customer. Could we not have an insitsu of what was actually designed and published? Below is an example of what I am referring to. Take a look at the insitsu image. It does not match what was published. Seems that it is just a generic image being used for all the espadrilles published. https://www.zazzle.com/yellow_dahlia_floral_pattern_on_blue_espadrilles-256440039468971276

Pinterest wants tall and skinny images, as they spell out in the screenshot below. Therefore, please update in situs for all products to add some in situ images in the aspect favored by Pinterest which is 2 by 3. Zazzle has a lot of square in situ images--or maybe all of the Zazzle in situ images are square. According to Pinterest, these square images will be cut off on the Pinterest viewing platform and will not display properly on the screens of many shoppers looking at Pinterest. https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/pinterest-product-specs Many forum users here report that most of their referrals come from Pinterest. Pinterest changes things up now and then. How does Zazzle stay on top of these changes? Is there a point person on Zazzle staff who has the task of keeping up with the changes in this website which is so vital to the success of Zazzle and Zazzle designers? If not, I recommend appointing such an individual to monitor Pinterest and keep Zazzle on track.

I've requested this before, but I strongly feel this is very important so I'm repeating this suggestion. I hope that is okay. Please, please put disputed products on hold or freeze until the dispute is settled. Nearly 2 years ago, I had products deleted because of an erroneous belief. Putting products on and promoting them is labor intensive and time-consuming. Human beings make mistakes. I totally understand. What I don't understand is immediately deleting the products. Thank you.

For years I waited for wall plaques to make a debut on Zazzle, and when they did I was greatly disappointed in the product branding and product description. Why brand them as Award Plaques? Many creators design them for displaying family portraits, verse, prayers, quotes, photography and more. I strongly encourage Zazzle to change the product description for these plaques. And they should just be called "Wooden Wall Plaques." https://www.zazzle.com/this_too_shall_pass_bluebells_floral_wall_plaque-256017035518734931

Actually, pillows have the fabric options Polyester, Zipperless, Cotton, and Outdoor. IMO it would be helpful for customers to add a zipper note on the "regular" fabric options and add Polyester on the zipperless one, AND to change the order. E.g. Polyester, zipperless Polyester, w. zipper Cotton, w. zipper Outdoors, w. zipper This way you can list the less expensive zipperless variant as default, and for customers, it's clearer what they get. Thanks for considering. Oh! And please, add a front+back product preview, you missed it on your recent changes, or, even better, give us back the custom previews. Have a great day!

It is a small but useful item for cleaning rings and other jewelry. it could also be a great accessory item for bridemaid gift bags. Men's accessories jewelry. Also for many small businesses of jewelry or other business advertising. I got one from a funeral home with their logo on it. I have worn it out, but I still use it, because it is an awesome item to own. thank you, Sherri

I posted this to the forum earlier today 9am?, has not shown up, so posting again, apologies if you see a double post, talk to the slow server about it. This has frustratingly happened to me before. Zazzle,How about adding 3D printing for some products and/or images? Haven’t done a thinking deep dive on this as how it would be used by Zazzle for images but it could be a “huuuge” cornucopia for customers. Thinking of alien images, unicorns, etc. not just our images but customer uploaded images too. 3D keychains? 3D bride and groom wedding cake toppers? Other tactile friendly concepts… Read about it— https://3dprinterly.com/can-3d-printers-print-anything/ Apparently add a 3D printer to the list… And a special department to run the printers and scanners… Read more — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3D_printing Just checked, still no post showing up. 🤔 Just logged out, cleared everything on my browser, logged in again, nope, still not showing up. Had to find it using my contrib name to get to the link/post. 1pm, post still not showing up. Hey server, wake your gerbil up. 3:30pm still no post. Posting again under New Idea. Maybe that will work for the server gerbils.

Some people created TRANSPARENT backgrounds for the top banners based on Zazzles top white background. Now all those banners have a blue background instead of white as default. This makes some of the store banners look very odd and parts of the text fade into the blue. I recommend switching back to white. It's simpler and fresher. Thanks!!!!

Hello, I didn't notice that you have Paper Fans in the product offer, so you could include them in the offer. Is there this possibility? 🙂 Do you like the idea?

I design images on my Power Point on my Laptop and then upload to my Zazzle product. I find that on Power Point, one can copy, paste, move around, add backgrounds (though I use the Zazzle backgrounds too), add text (though I use the Zazzle text tool too), use more filters such as color, artist filters, correction image, borders, etc. I save my final image or images on JPEG, then I upload to the incredible design page on Zazzle. I can arrange all my predesigned images etc. and voila, all done! I can "fill" an image on my product and use it for a background and then upload more to add and arrange. Zazzle makes this so easy to do and then of course, one has the extra Zazzle tools such as: filters, white only, sizing, backgrounds (remember: if you use the solid backgrounds offered you can sell your product; however, if use the beautiful other choices, you cannot sell, cause not your orginal, I think.) Thank you for reading. I love ZAZZLE. I don't sell hardly anything and I so admire the other designers who do. I thank Zazzle for keeping people like me. Of course, I still make so many things for families, friends, caregivers, and take requests from close friends and family if they want anything done. Stay safe, and keep creating cause it truly enhances everyday existing.

I think it would be a really good idea for Zazzle to have a special person to be a liaison between designers and the printers, with a special messaging button or email address just for that. That would make it easier, when we order samples and see that something isn't right, to actually work with somebody knowledgeable about the designing and printing processes, to determine the problems and work toward a solution. Customer service is fine as far as they go, but we need a way to work more closely with the printers, to know if a design or colorway is feasible, and to ensure that the problems are fixed for all future orders, and not just for my replacements. This would probably save Zazzle a lot of money on returns and lost sales, as well.
