ok first im not trying to come off offensive, rude, or anything. i love zazzle, im still new to the whole thing, 8 months and i put alot of time in here but there is something completely not right with the way the designer centers anything. text, images. its pretty basic, anyone can see it. i was an ace drafter in high school and again im not being insulting, i cannot believe the designers disrespect for centering. its a simple concept, put the image or text on the center line and it should be centered exactly i couldnt get a screenshot showing the center line mac wouldnt let me it takes it from the image but you can trust me i know where it is and this is where the designer actually put the text on the product. 65 pixels from the right side of the phone and 58 pixels from the side of the phone it happens all day long making products, images and text do not center it happens on any product, maybe it works out on some products where they are centered, but ive been dealing with this the whole 8 months ive been here. and i end up manually centering alot of stuff because the designer is faulty i wasted months after i made templates for Quick Create, made alot of products, then realized none of the text was centered on them, tons of products. i had to throw them all away. then painstakingly, and i mean a pain, center every products text myself. its hard because you cant get it 12 pixels this way and 12 pixels that way. the centering tool bounces around and is honestly off center every time you cant get it exact months it took me to redo all my templates, then post my products with quick create i had to do for the second time this whole thing is not about quick create just making single products too i started putting notes to the buyer in the personalize thing that they may have to center their different initials or text themselves because the designer we have doesnt know how to center it itself. i didnt write it out to them like that i was just making a serious point, the designer is not right, its faulty and doesnt work properly ... Regarding the coming backend changes to our store, this sounds great! I know we've been asking for a while to be able to bulk delete discontinued products. Thank you very much for listening to our suggestions. I just have one request, though. Can you please FIRST fix the current indexing issues with product merchandising changes not sticking, and moving products from one category to another taking days to update? And please don't break anything when you implement the backend changes, and DON'T do it on a Friday, LOL! It's always appeared to me that the speed style bottle openers preview backwards or at least left handed here. Now that we have a digital download option for invitations I would really like to see Zazzle require a purchase of 10 Printed Invitations.  I think customers primarily purchase samples of Wedding Invitations, not Birthday invitations.  In that case offer a sample set of 5+ invitations so customers can see the wedding invitations before the final purchase, but make it specific to wedding and call it a Sample Pack.  I am seeing quite a few sales of birthday invitations where the customer buys one printed invitation, which clearly means they are going to copy that invite.  That really hinders the digital download option.  Even at 10 invites my commission is going to be much lower than a digital download but it might discourage this type of buying behavior and it certainly not a 28 cent commission!  ... I created an individualized coaster that has had 878 views. So I think it's an attractive idea. But to be honest, I didn't think it through. The customer will have to make a separate order for each guest and the minimum order is 6 coasters. This becomes cost prohibitive and labor intensive for large weddings. I have a serious customer who wanted to order the coasters, but her guest list is 123. I would love to see the Oliver's waterproof labels in the same sizes as the food container labels, specifically in the 2" x 3" size and the 4" x 3.5" size.  Both types of labels are waterproof, but the food container labels are matte whereas the Oliver's labels are shiny.  I had good feedback from a customer with the Oliver's labels who would like larger sizes. I love the cropping tool. It works great. It would be nice (and please let me know if I am missing this somewhere) ... If there was a tool to allow me to crop or frame my images into circles, ovals or rounded corners. I know there are shape options but they are opaque and don't work as a frame or rounding tool. I have checked out the frame options, but there is nothing simple for creating a circular picture. I do most of my image editing on my computer, but in order to maintain the file size to make the image useable here, it seems better to use the edit tools on the site. Many text fields, e.g. when replying, are small in height and the resizing (dragging) doesn't work, which makes it a pain to edit the content (Win10, Chrome, desktop). In some cases the resizing works, in other cases not. If it's a setting and not a bug of the tool you're using, please allow resizing on all text fields, or make them at least taller in height (especially on replies). Thanks! ... View more
