When a buyer has already made up their mind to buy something, they then at that time presented with a range of alternatives from other sellers, which means they have another opportunity to change their minds? These are not other types of products that might make a nice match they are competing products in the identical niche. Can all pop-up options be our own (where they exist) ? When designing stickers, I often find the design looks good on some shapes (let's say star, rectangle) but not on others (e.g. heart, circle). I then need to choose either just one shape (and lose some other shapes which would have worked OK) or set the listing to sell on all shapes, even though some look wrong. I know I could always create a new listing for each shape that works, but maybe we could have the option of check boxes to decide exactly which shapes will be offered on the listing?

For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise. They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife. They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color. Here is the example: They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely. Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines? I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well. Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. Yet when you go into one of these new double size departments, you must either know the name of what you are looking for or you must scroll through two department's worth of blanks.

Since your announcement via email that products with cover images will be prioritized over products that do not have them, I've started to dabble and have even created a few. Yay me! But as I go along I do see the need to be able to quickly tell which products do have and don't have a cover photo. Seems like adding something under the product visibility drop down is a logical place to add such a sort. You may have a different idea about where to place it, but having the ability to figure that out quickly would help everyone. On a side note, being able to d/l a transparent .png of the product mock up would be super helpful too! Thanks for reading, PC ..............................................

Not really an urgent idea, but as I continue my quest to finally reach the heady heights of the Pro Bronze Seller tier, the thought occurred to me that I make quite a lot of sales outside the USA Zazzle Marketplace. If I'm remembering correctly, it's only the USA cumulative lifetime sales that count to the tier levels. So it would be nice to have a little counter somewhere on the Earning Summary page that tots up everything earned via USA-only. As I say, not really an urgent one, as it's for sellers' eyes only behind the scenes - but possibly a motivator for some of us (aka, me) to work harder. Lol.

Hello! As creators, it would be exceptionally helpful to have a “heads up” when an item is low on stock. This would be a fantastic time for us to really champion customers visiting the site and making those purchases before the item is gone (or at least gone for awhile). Even more critical, we need to know when an item is out of stock. We have advertising everywhere and promote heavily. Sending customers to out of stock items— or worse, discontinued ones with a 404 message— looks bad for everyone. Other POD sites do this, so I know it’s possible. Thank you for your consideration. Instead of listing "3rd party" for referred sales, could we use our Member ID numbers? Or the last 5 digits of our ID numbers? So the categories would be Self, None, Zazzle and 'Member ID'? It would be nice to have a better idea of where these sales are coming from.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!

It would be great if we had the possibility to put some kind of "away or out of office" automatic reply into the chat. With the hurricane we had just now I knew that I would be without power and internet for days so any requests coming in during that time just sat for days in the chat. Additionally when I finally got to them they were about production and shipping so not for me to solve anyways... would have been great to have an auto-reply message to inform customers and redirect them to customer support. I tried to utilize the custom message in the chat settings with an out-of-office text but customers don't seem to see or read that message.

As it was discussed in General section, the situation with image thievery is becoming sort of crazy. People use screenshots to print elsewhere or send via mobile. I think for every case we know for sure about, there are many we don't know and will never know about. 2048x2048 is really too big for cards, it allows for good result when printed, even with 72 dpi. Using smaller product views (like, 1024x1024) could to some extent prevent this. As of now, normal view is 540x540, so zoomed in view 1024x1024 (or even smaller) would be fine for customers I guess. No need really for such giant zoom ins. We all are missing sales because there are local and online print shops that charge less than Z, so people are figuring that out and take screenshots to print elsewhere. With smaller screenshots they won't be able to print with good quality.

I'm pretty sure this has been requested before (likely by me 😉) but I've been flooded by requests recently so I'll ask again. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could order place & escort cards with the names and table numbers pre-printed for each guest. Ideally, they'd be able to upload a csv file with the info and the system would merge the data into place. But even if there was a way to sell them in sets of 10 or something where each could be customized separately (sort of like the wine glass charms: Create Your Own Set of 4 Wine Charms | Zazzle) it would be a step up from what we've got now.
