It would be great if we had the possibility to put some kind of "away or out of office" automatic reply into the chat. With the hurricane we had just now I knew that I would be without power and internet for days so any requests coming in during that time just sat for days in the chat. Additionally when I finally got to them they were about production and shipping so not for me to solve anyways... would have been great to have an auto-reply message to inform customers and redirect them to customer support. I tried to utilize the custom message in the chat settings with an out-of-office text but customers don't seem to see or read that message.

As it was discussed in General section, the situation with image thievery is becoming sort of crazy. People use screenshots to print elsewhere or send via mobile. I think for every case we know for sure about, there are many we don't know and will never know about. 2048x2048 is really too big for cards, it allows for good result when printed, even with 72 dpi. Using smaller product views (like, 1024x1024) could to some extent prevent this. As of now, normal view is 540x540, so zoomed in view 1024x1024 (or even smaller) would be fine for customers I guess. No need really for such giant zoom ins. We all are missing sales because there are local and online print shops that charge less than Z, so people are figuring that out and take screenshots to print elsewhere. With smaller screenshots they won't be able to print with good quality.

I'm pretty sure this has been requested before (likely by me 😉) but I've been flooded by requests recently so I'll ask again. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could order place & escort cards with the names and table numbers pre-printed for each guest. Ideally, they'd be able to upload a csv file with the info and the system would merge the data into place. But even if there was a way to sell them in sets of 10 or something where each could be customized separately (sort of like the wine glass charms: Create Your Own Set of 4 Wine Charms | Zazzle) it would be a step up from what we've got now.

It has always been very easy to add items to collections and over the years some get really full. However, when a collection get's too packed there is no easy way to remove items in bulk. Yes, you can try the backwards way to add stuff that are already in a collection in order to automatically delete them. However, if the collection is really full, you just get an error message saying you can't add more products. Removing items from the bottom of the collection is hard too. You have to press 5 different LOAD NOW buttons to get to the bottom of the page. Then, you remove 1 item the page refreshes then you have to click on 5 more different load now buttons. Then, remove and repeat.... SOLUTION: A checkbox next to each item in the collection with the following options on TOP 1. Remove From Collection 2. Move to Top of Collection 3. Move to Bottom of Collection BONUS WISH: Add an option to the "ACTIONS BUTTON" that say's remove from collection. We have great sorting features and adding features for collections. We just need an easier way to remove items in bulk. Thanks!!!

The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... Make it right please, give all of your wonderful creators who use the direct only link, the referral, as we deserve it, thank you❤️

Looking at all the stationery products that Zazzle has to offer, the one thing that's sorely missing is spiral-bound memo books. I use them all the time! The most popular sizes are 3 x 5 and 4 x 6 inch, with college ruled paper inside. Many of the local chain stores offer them in packs of three or more. I would like to see Zazzle offer them in these sizes. Yes, I know that Zazzle offers spiral-bound Personal Size Notebooks, but we also need smaller ones that will conveniently fit in a purse or bag when traveling. Thanks!

I sometimes find that products I'm designing could have more than one purpose. It would be nice (and time saving) if we could assign a product to more than one category so it automatically appears it two (or more) categories when we post it. For example, one might want to post window cling decals to an "office" or "business" category and also post it in a "car accessories" category. The car guy may never look at the business category and vice versa. Automatically posting them in both categories at one time would very efficiently serve them up to both interests. Thank you.

Hi, while I really like the current Insitu photos for these pillows, I just wanted to suggest adding a photo that displays both the front and the back of the product. Many of these items feature different designs on each side. Just a suggestion.

Here's an idea. The consensus seems to be that hiding products is better than deleting them. What that means is that it is possible to build up quite a number of hidden products, and as additional "needs optimising" items are automatically added by Zazzle, can make the hidden section unwieldy. I'd like to suggest having an option to "archive" products that one is unlikely to display for sale again, so they are always there should you change your mind in the future for any reason, leaving the hidden section uncluttered.

I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image.

Zazzle People, Please help us by creating a way for us to quickly move products from one store to the other. That way we could make each store as mean and lean as possible and have better results from cohesive branding and marketing I would think. This would help those of us who have created many products across different types of niches form better store pages and have more cohesion in general. I personally think it would help boost sales. I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows. For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. It would be really nice to have a marketplace department for certificates--gift certificates, certificates of appreciation, etc. There are a lot of them available on Zazzle, yet there is no department dedicated to them.

I have a number of wedding enclosures designed on the small cards - stuff like website etc. The problem is that in sizes smaller than 3.5x5 they're only available in matte or ultra-thick paper. All of the other paper choices are missing. This is a real problem for people ordering wedding suites if they can't order the enclosures to match the invitations etc. Please consider making those smaller sizes available in all paper types.

I just noticed a new bell notification. "We think you'll like this store". 🔔 Does it make sense to offer this to creators? I would like to opt out of this and "Designer just created a new collection". I stopped following fellow creators because of that. I would love to follow them with opting out of notifications (like YouTube has). I can't have notifications full of things I am not interested in. 🔕 Then I don't see the things like "somebody added your item in a collection", new review.. and important stuff like this. Another one is when somebody gets extra generous (thank you ❤️ ) and gives a lot of Zazzle likes & the notifications are so long it overrides everything else that I might be interested in. Can you make longer scroll bar for notifications? I would really love to have different options for notifications. 💡If I think about it all, the easiest solution would be at least a longer scroll bar option. It is weird that we can't see all of our notifications. Can we access them somewhere? Please @zazzle consider this. Thank you!
