It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent. Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague. Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears. If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.

When I choose Pinterest as a social media sharing platform from the Share button within the Show Me forums, it pulls up every product posted in a particular thread (as opposed to the product(s) inside a specific post). Unfortunately, each product/design can only be selected and pinned one at a time. It would be nice if several products could be selected and batch pinned. The Sharing button also offers Creators' avatars as sharing choices. Can we have this filtered out automatically? Thank You!

Just wishful thinking .... it would be awesome if we could use any combination of two or more of the shapes elements to create our masks. Right now, we're confined to using a single rectangle, triangle or round shape but by combining multiple shapes, we could mask just about anything. I usually go back to photoshop to create a png of whatever mask I need but sometimes it would be great to be able to do it on the fly.

I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. This would be really helpful for templates here. Thanks!

I am not real sure how to explain this but I will do my best. When I check my notifications under my profile image it will say the number I have. Tonight I had 11 unread so I clicked on the first one to read it and then when I went back to the list they were all marked as read. My request is that only the one that I actually read be marked as read so the I can go back to the list and systematically read them without having to count or remember what the count was... Does this make sense to anybody but me? 🤔 I wonder? Thank you in advance for fixing it. 🌹

I think it would be great if there was an undo or back button in the body features. I don't know if I am just missing it or one does not exist. If I right click the drop down menu allows me to undo once. If I undo the wrong thing I have to start all over again. I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image.

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

It would be nice to be able to look at account area and have a total at the bottom of the columns. I look at them and have to either add using calculator or get a general total using my brain ( not always a wise way to get totals) - Could we possibly get a total for a certain area. I think it would be best at 'Royalty by Product' areas. Perhaps in the drop down options like custom date and such one of the options could be totals. ??? 📌

I was trying to make a white design on black tissue paper, but it won't show any white elements. It just looks solid black. As a workaround, I can use the white tissue paper and make its background black and then add the white design. I imagine the backside of the tissue paper will still be white though.

Before one used the pinned stores to change between stores and when you were on a products page, the "new" store you choose loaded on the products page too. What I liked was that I could visit one stores product page, sort by "last viewed date" and then use the pinned stores selection option and select my other stores. Each page would load the products page with the "last viewed date" sort. It was very easy to visit each store and see what was seen last. Now, when I use the pinned stores to visit each store, the "Home" page loads and I have to select products and then sort. This results in many more clicks and a bit more time to find the last viewed for each store. It is not a big deal, but I do miss how it worked before. Can this be restored to how it was before? It would be so great if, when we are in a collection, we could delete items from them. I have been reorganizing my store and deleted some items without first removing them from collections. Now I have collections with items in them that are no longer available. I would really like to have a delete option within collections.

I just read the post about Products not showing up on backend past page 10 in Technical Issues. I can get to page 83 and I have 417 pages (when I include all the hidden and discontinued products). I tried years ago to put everything in categories but I am not sure I ever finished. Now that we cannot go through our stores page by page to make sure we have everything in the appropriate categories, it would be useful to be able to choose an option under "Product Visibility" to view all products not assigned to categories, as well as, products not assigned to collections. I am assuming this is not a technical issue because I noticed this around the time that the marketplace pages were limited but just assumed our store backend pages had been limited as well. But even if it really is a technical issue it would make it much easier to find those products that were never assigned to the appropriate category/collection. If I had to choose between one or another, right now I would choose category. The reason why I would choose category is because we can edit the products either singularly or in groups and see products' statistics in the categories (including their visibility). I have been wishing for this ever since I discovered not being able to see all the pages and may have suggested it on the old forums. I just don't remember. Is there any way to make gift messages more prominent? I've sent a few things to people who claim they had NO IDEA who the product came from. Anyone else experience this? (And yes - gift message text was added during the buy process). 😟

I kept thinking it was my eyes, but there seems to be a problem with the previews on the bottle labels. I'm hoping it's just a preview issue, not something about the printing process for these, but the colors just look WAY off. These cards use the exact same artwork as the bottle labels, but they don't even look close. Could this be fixed please? Thanks! The configurable shapes available is very limited. Customers may wonder why we just have a circle, square, line and triangle. There are no hearts, stars, arrows, etc.. They may not do a icon search to find a shape. Further, many may not be able to mask a photo with a shape, or group things. Zazzle and the customers may see better designs and more creativity by expanding the tools we can mask with. Customers may like their wedding photos in hearts, or team photos in stars. Or, perhaps charge us say .05 cents per icon we want to use for artistic purposes. PS Sorry I have so many ideas. I think you guys are doing an excellent job. I just figured if you went through all of this trouble to create a new forum to also collect more ideas. I'd submit them as I think of them.

It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us. We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us. The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response. My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling. A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials. I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine. For example... 1. One for shipping times. 2. One for order mistakes with name, etc.. 3. One for product materials and specifications. 4. One for returns.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I've been totally slammed with shipping inquires recently - three so far this morning. I really think that calling us "creators" has made this problem worse. I would love it if Zazzle could allow us to craft an instant auto-response to clarify, but since that might be difficult, perhaps Zazzle could implement an instant "thank you for your message" note which would clarify that we cannot help with customer service requests, but to stand by if their request is about the artwork/digital template. The current auto-response isn't very automatic so if we're not available to reply instantly, the customer is left hanging, and I think it's very frustrating for them to have to wait hours or days only to find out that we can't help them. Something like this perhaps: Thanks so much for reaching out! Your message has been forwarded to the product creator. Please Note: creators produce the artwork/digital templates, but not the products themselves. If you are inquiring about product specifications, the ordering process, printing, or shipping, you'll need to contact Zazzle's Customer Care team via www.zazzle.com/about/ask. Otherwise, stand by and the creator will back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for considering it!

It would be wonderful if Zazzle could find some way to allow place cards to be customized individually. As it stands, they can only be ordered in packs of 10 for the flat place cards, and packs of 25 for the folding variety. This means that the only real option is to design something generic or something with a write-in spot for the person's name. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could have printed names on these. I understand the minimum order since these are an inexpensive product, but perhaps there would be some way that they could be customized individually within the minimum order - sorta like wine charms work where you can buy them in sets of 4 but customize each one in the set individually. for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount. Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something? Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page. finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass. it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie...
