it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags. I rarely use my Saved Designs unless it is something that appears on the first page (first 24 designs). I use it mostly to go to a design I am currently working on. I frequently think there is a design somewhere in the 114 pages of saved designs but it is too slow trying to look through all those pages. If I could search by product type and search for design titles I believe I would used the saved designs much more frequently, especially now that the Titles, Descriptions and Tags are all included with our saved designs now.

If you have products in your Featured Products area, and then one these products later on has a discontinued option placed on it. There's no way to remove it from the Featured Products area. Suggest, let us have the option to move it from featured products or it is automatically removed from any Featured products area somehow. This product: 235297723497929793 is one that is stuck in mine for example.

I know that it's been suggested before, but we really, really need a good in-situ view for Duvet Covers. As it is, one can't tell what they are looking at, and the design detail is tiny. A view showing them on a bed would do the trick. Also, we could really use more views on the Pillows. The round pillows, in particular, look like a lump of nothing. A nice view of them on a sofa or chair, please! There are so many items that need an in-situ view, and Zazzle should make this a priority. Would go a long way towards better marketing of these products. Thanks!

It would be an enormous help and time saver for us if messages that come in from clients for chat are automatically translated or at the very least have a drop down to select the language to translate it to / from. I get a message in another language and I have to copy and paste the text into a google translate box, then copy and paste a reply back in their language etc. etc. In addition it probably would not hurt to include the same module for the client to read and reply to our chat back messages. In other apps I've used, a background photo can be moved in the design tool to set it where you want it. For instance - if your background photo is slightly larger than the print area - you can move it up or down to set it where you want it. Can this be done in Z design tool and I just don't know how? If not, it would be helpful.

When a customer clicks on ask the designer for chat - from a product page - it would be Very helpful if Zazzle automatically just added the url of the product they are on and asking about.. it would save so much time and effort having to ask the customer which product are you looking at? Not only is it time consuming but a delayed response usually loses you (ME) a sale -

It would be nice to see square/rectangular pillar candles. These would offer more printing surface area than the conventional rounded pillar candles. I'd like to see LED candles with realistic flickering flames. These are much safer than the beeswax/paraffin candles. Thank you for your consideration, W.H.

Most posts in the Show Me are simple lists, but a few have 2 columns. Using 2 columns uses half as much space and therefore there are half as many pages to scroll through. I think it would be good if the forum was set up for a 2 column display - or at leasr someone could write a simple tutorial on how to display 2 columns in a post as it is not obvious in the interface and put it in a prominent place in the forum.

Building on what @Windy mentioned in the Make the White TeaPots Pop - Zazzle post, All drinkware (but especially the ceramic mugs and frosted beer mugs) would benefit from darker and better contrasting in situ backgrounds (look at how the paper plates are a lot more appealing now with the recent in situ photos). I am So tired of each time I am working on a design I have to click off this annoying popup that covers up most of the page - is this how we are losing self referrals I have to ask? But that aside, I'm working ... Not buying.. it is VERY annoying.. if I were just a customer - I think this would be enough for me to say Goodbye - and go elsewhere.. popups are annoying to just about everyone .. I'd think Zazzle would know that - the internet is full of junk mail & unsolicited ads.. and this qualifies IMHO - Please Stop or at least give us a way in our profiles to click an option to not have this in our faces.. I bet I click off of these 20/ 30 times a day.. drives me nuts

I am trying to create an eyecatching graphic to show off my teapot, but the teapot is white, and all the in situ backgrounds are also white. It would be nice if the in situs could be expanded to show the teapot against one or two other colors of medium or dark hue. I would like to suggest that the product description for Ceramic Tiles be amended to include a statement that the tiles are not recommended for flooring. I've had customers ask me if they could tile their floor with them. Definitely not!
