This has been an ongoing problem with Zazzle that really needs to be fixed. The search function in the backend does not yield results for some products in the backend even if I search by the product’s exact name. This issue makes it difficult to find, edit, or optimize products—and to manage my store. Can you please address this issue? Here are links to products that are experiencing this issue. Thanks.

Apologies for the false-positive above. Engineering is still working on a fix for this issue.

Thanks for the update because yes, it's not solved. The ones I know are not showing are still not showing in the backend. Hopefully this is fixed soon!

I just tested this and I think @Zorinda is right
https://www.zazzle.com/sage_green_wildflowers_boho_save_the_date-256298638945415013
This is the only product I have that I created on 02/12. I can see it's in the correct department tree and I can find it under "save the date" and "sage green". I tested some products prior to this date and I can find them.

This one is created on 02/13 and it does not show up on the backend no matter what I search for. The ones after this date don't show up either.
Please let us know if we should still create new products or it's a waste of time as they might be affected in the marketplace visibility too.
Are only a few of us affected or is this impacting everyone?

Yes, I can find everything before that date just fine. It's just anything after. And they are also not showing in their assigned categories either, so I can't even use that as a work around to find things. I have to physically scroll through all products to find anything.

Everything created before 3/28/25 is showing in marketplace.
Nothing created in April is showing.

You can find your products created from 02/12 to 3/28? Can you please test this to be sure? It might help Zazzle find the issue, thanks!

Funny, after an analysis I did last night I’m missing 9,000ish products in the market over several stores. All is most definitely not well. Still awaiting responses to multiple Proseller support emails.

This feed is about the backend specifically. I still cannot search in my creator backend management for any products created after 2/12/25. They are all on the front end marketplace.

Sorry - I just checked "search in back-end" -- Nothing created in April is located (most are bee related and "bee" or "bees" finds only older items)

I just realized this when looking for my newest clocks.
Searching "clock" in back-end, newest to oldest: this is the most recent: created 1/25/25
https://www.zazzle.com/clock_black_ship_helm-256553623738419777
Not showing:
created 4/8/25 - https://www.zazzle.com/clock_yellow_and_black_bees-256008662937732934
created 3/21/25 - https://www.zazzle.com/clock_red_triangle_markers-256208631068091767

In Store Management when searching for some products, they are not found. When I switch to Public Store, it’s found.
Collections In Store Management it’s there just not in product Categories, and yes, in Product Details I do have it in the Category I am searching.
I always set my products to Public, not Hidden.
I only have one store.
Each time this happens, I double check product details. It’s not hidden and is set to Public.
My collections are associated with an image number of the painting theme collection. In this case I searched for 2584. But it seems to happen randomly with other collections.
I have noticed that it happens with the newer (number collections) and random categories. The new number collections start a few collections down from the top in Collections.
It happens when I first create and I give it a time to show up (in this case 2 months) but it’s still happening.
Very frustrating when checking the status of (number of views, sold, etc) certain categories of my products and I have to go to Collections. I can’t get those details in Public Store or Collections and I have to open the actual individual product to see details.

@TreasuresbyLola it's a bug and you're not the only one. Items created from end Jan/Feb and until now are not indexing into their department correctly which means they can't be searched for using whatever term you use
It's known about but we have yet to hear if or when it will be fixed

You have to fix it. I have to go through many pages to access what I want to find.
The indexing stopped working more than 2 months ago.

When I can't find a product in categories under Store Management, I open up the collection I would of put the product in.
*Make sure all products are showing for that collection. Click "See More" at the end until you don't see it any more.
*Use the browser's find (ctrl+F) to locate the product on that page.
It would be nicer if it showed up under the category it's supposed to be in. It helps to get an overview how the products are doing overall for that category.
It's not a fix, but might help until they can take care of this bug.

I have the same problem:
Only products created before (and in) February 12 are retrievable.
All the products created after that date can't be found via search in store backend.

Please prioritize this.
I ,and I think most people, create a lot of products and then slowly add cover images, add them to collections, promote them, transfer to other products when they start selling,... It's very frustrating to have to go page by page through 3 month worth of products to work and it's been 2 months now. Please find a solution as soon as possible. This is vital so we can work here.

Maybe Zazzle staff doesn't realize how often we need to be able to search items on our backend. It's not a luxury to be able to search items, it's a necessity. It hinders so many daily actions. I can't see what is grouped, I can't compare product stats together, I can't see what's created in a category (can't even tell what I have created at this point at the most basic level), and so many more things. Using collections to look at things does not work.

Agree. My biggest problem is that I have months of creativity where I just create new products and months where I promote/update/ etc. Now, just thinking about the amount of work I'll have to do to do basic things I always do with my latest designs it's making me feel an aversion to be here at all. I love and trust Zazzle and they've told us they are working on this but I honestly don't get how finding why our items are not showing is not something that can be fixed in 2 days. It's really strange. And how does it impact the visibility in the marketplace if the system can't even index it on the backend? Most of my new products have 0 views for months now when more than 50% used to get at least some views. I checked my designs since February and out of about 500, more than 90% have 0 views. Really strange. Even my views are not counted. It's really discouraging me to continue this as my main job and I really want to continue selling here, it's the best place I've ever sold in 12 years selling online.

I did want to include one detail for Zazzle team that I don't recall having seen before - when you first make a product, it does briefly show up in the backend search. It doesn't seem to stick for more than a day. So it may be something that when indexing sweeps through, that is what is breaking the backend search.
(to be clear, yes, I have been having this issue for the past two months and I would also really love to see it fixed!)

I just tested this and you might be right!! The product I created about 3h ago can be found but the one I created yesterday is not searchable in the backend anymore.
